I have been dealing with issue after issue with Danco Financial! It is not my intention to write a " report '' on them every time there is an issue, but these are significant issues that have vastly affected my life, and my every day activities. In XX/XX/2016, I was given a loaner car from XXXX via Danco because of the problems I was having with them and another vehicle that I had financed. The day before I returned the car I was pulled over THREE TIMES in the loaner vehicle. I was given XXXX tickets, XXXX for no tag ( there was a tag that said XXXX but no date ) XXXX for no registration ( the loaner vehicle had n't been registered for 2.5 years ) and XXXX for no insurance ( if the car was registered through the dealership my insurance would have covered it ), from the first officer, who told me he was supposed to give me XXXX tickets, impound the car, and take me to jail, but he did n't because it was " obvious that the car was n't stolen ''. He suggested that I take the company to court and engage in a civil suit. I instead contacted the person that I had been dealing with about my initial vehicle and explained the situation to him and was informed that the tickets would be taken care of. I sent him a copy of the tickets and allowed him to take care of them, I was later informed the court date had passed and I went to court with one of their financial people. She informed me that they would pay the tickets but not the failure to appear which I did n't understand because the failure was on their behalf. I contacted the assisting person once more and was given a guarantee that they would be taken care of. Several months later they still have not been. When I called to check on them, they were still not taken care of, so I contacted Danco and was connected with XXXX XXXX, who informed me that he did not care about the tickets but about my payment because " that was Danco and not XXXX and that had nothing to do with him! '' He was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and told me he only cared about my payment. I told him that made no sense because I was a VICTIM here, I was GIVEN that car, I did n't give it to myself and now my record is in jeopardy and I may face XXXX time! I 'm confused and bewildered! They repossessed my current vehicle and when I called to ask XXXX XXXX about how much I had to pay to get it back because I realized I did n't want a repossession on my credit, he told me to send him the citations first. I sent them and he told me they would n't pay for the " no insurance '' I told him they would because the car was not registered for my insurance to cover it, he said " oh yeah ''! I told him I had the bailment agreement and the text messages that I was sent saying the tickets would be handled. He asked me to send him those as well, I sent them. When I did not hear from him again I called him a few days later and asked him how much it would be just to get the car out of impound because I did not want the allotted time to pass without me having had the opportunity to pay the money I owed. He said, he " told me to send him the texts and the agreement '' I told him I had, he said I did n't and he was n't going to continue without them. I said well I 've given you the citations and that is all you need to pay the tickets and find out the vin # on the car that YOU GUYS OWN. He said that nothing had come up on the tickets, but I 'm not understanding how that is when the citation number is there clearly on the tickets. ( I am attaching the citations ) I asked again how much I had to pay to get the vehicle before the time had passed and he told me I would have to pay the entire $ XXXX owed on the loan in order to get the vehicle back in my possession. By this time 3 1/2 months had passed since I 'd had a car. XXXX XXXX went to court with me and was going to pay the tickets and after the judge had spoken to me XXXX XXXX informed me that they were willing to pay the tickets but not the failure to appear fee. I was confused because I did not come prepared to pay anything with the understanding I had had with XXXX. She ended up leaving because they would n't let you pay the tickets without paying the failure to appear fee. The same day I ended up going to XXXX XXXX, XXXX location, to sign my lease on a XXXX XXXX. When I got there I did n't have the proper identification so I had to return the next day. When I did, I went to test drive it and it was on E, I asked XXXX whom I was signing with was there someone who maybe put gas in and she asked a co worker for {$5.00} to put in the tank, he gave it to me after asking would he get it back. I drove to the gas station and after I paid and was about to pump found out the gas cap was broken and I could n't open it. I drove back and told her about it. She said she would have someone get on it while we signed the papers. I sign my contract and as we 're leaving, we see everyone has left. I get in the car and realize there is still no gas in it. And the cap is still broken. I call XXXX and she tells me that a service manager is on his way back there to lock up, but at the moment I 'm the only XXXX here and I have no had in the car or any way to put it there. I waited for 15 minutes and he came and gave me a new cap. I ran out of gas pulling into the gas station. A few days later XXXX XXXX started calling me but unknowingly my phone had been on Do Not Disturb and I was n't receiving calls at certain times of the day. I Chexk my messages about 2 weeks after getting the car and XXXX is telling me that I have to come back in and sign a paper that I forgot to sign or else I can not get my tag. It being so far from my house I had n't had time to go, but planned to go before the temporary tag was due off. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO MAKE MY FIRST PAYMENT TO DANCO ON XXXX XXXX, 2016 I got online to use my client id # and it said it was " invalid '' I tried 3x that night and 4 the next day. I called Danco the day after and I spoke with XXXX XXXX, when I told him my name he said, NOPE, and hung up on me! I called back and told him I wanted to pay my car note and he was nice! But he had to transfer me. I WAS TOLD BY THE OPERATOR THAT MY CARNOTE WAS MORE THAN THE AMOUNT I HAD SIGNED FOR, I assumed the payment was higher because it was due days before so I gave the operator my card number it was declined twice so she transferred me to speak with XXXX. When he pulled up my account he was very rude with me and told me to contact XXXX to find out what I need to do to pay my carnote. I again assumed that it was because of the paper I needed to sign, so I called and spoke to XXXX and she said she saw no reason why I would n't be able to pay it. So I called Danco back and XXXX again told me to call back and see what they could do so I could pay it. When I spoke to XXXX this time she said, oh I remember, we had you sign the wrong paper and we need you to come and sign the right one. I said what was wrong about it? She said that " they '' had mistakenly put down that I had paid {$3000.00} instead of {$1500.00} for my down payment which made my monthly payments lower. And that I had to come and sign a new paper. So I pulled out my contract which I had signed to say my payments would be {$310.00} a month, but they were saying I had to pay {$370.00}. I said that the contract I have is legal and that they ca n't just make me sign something else because they made a mistake and she told me to hold on. She came back to the line and asked me to c

( PLEASE READ ENTIRE PASSAGE, PLEASE!!!!!!! ) In XXXX of 2016 I leased a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX location, I was informed that I had a 90 day warranty. On the 92 day the " car just stopped running ''. I found out the engine was basically blown and I was told by XXXX at XXXX, that there was nothing that could be done and to call my finance company, Danco Financial. They also gave me little resolution, so I called around and waited what ended up being 2 1/2 months for someone, anyone to contact me back and say they could help. I was without a car throughout this time but still paid my carnote along with paying XXXX, cabs, friends, putting gas in my moms car and taking the bus to take my baby to doctors appointments. So I, feeling hapless, made a report about this situation before and soon after I was contacted by a man named XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX and Danco. He informed me that they would come and get my car the same day ( a Monday ) and that the car would be fixed by Friday and if not then I would be placed in another car with the same value. On Friday my car was n't ready and I was told it would be ready by Monday, on Monday it was n't ready. So I told XXXX that I felt like the car was irreparable and for the safety of my child I 'd just like to relook at something else ( which was what we spoke about initially ) and when I proposed this he said he could n't help me if I decided to go down that route and he would refer me to someone else. I was irritated so I asked if that was the case and he said that he would still help but he 'd place me in touch with XXXX at their XXXX location. So I spoke with XXXX and he told me to come in on Friday and he would have some options available. When I got there he had just left and I waited for 2 hours for him to return, when he got back he saw someone else first and when he saw me he had no options readily available for me to see or test drive. So he offered me a loaner car for the weekend because I was about to be late for work. So XXXX offered me a loaner car that I was to return on the following Monday. I signed the Bailee agreement and I returned on Monday, I was an hour late due to timing issues, and when I got there he was with a customer so I waited on him and when he got to me he told me to hold on and he went outside for about 10 minutes, he came back into his office and asked me did I want XXXX older model vehicles that were nothing like the vehicle I was replacing, I was very disheartened because I felt like he would have at least had a list of the vehicles that were in my price range, from all the lots combined, for me to be able to see. There were none. So I was told to keep the loaner car until they could find me something. I ended up having the car for about a month and the day before I returned the car I was pulled over THREE TIMES IN THE LOANER CAR ( in 1 day ). I was told by the XXXX Police that the car had NO TAG, NO INSURANCE, and NO REGISTRATION! I was given a ticket for all XXXX and told that I was supposed to have XXXX tickets, the car was supposed to be towed and I was supposed to be on my way to jail! But he told me that obviously the car was n't stolen, and that I should engage in a civil suit against them. I instead returned the car the next day and told XXXX about the tickets and I was informed that he would take care of them, he told me to bring him the receipts and he would reimburse me. I told him that I did n't want to go to court and admit guilt for something I had no idea about and pay for it out of my pocket and hope that he would pay. He told me that was all he could do. So I contacted XXXX and told him about the situation, he immediately put me in contact with a lady named XXXX. I sent her a picture of the tickets and was informed that she would handle them. XXXX contacted me a few days later saying that the date on the ticket had passed

On XXXX XXXX 2016, I put a ( {$1500.00} ) down payment on my vehicle at XXXX XXXX, in XXXX XXXX and was approved for a loan through danco financial. Upon driving the car overnight, I noticed a problem with the front right tire, I contacted XXXX ( whom I purchased from ), and was instructed to bring it back. After brining it back he had his on-site mechanic look at it and " fix it ''. After leaving I still noticed the problem and spoke to XXXX again and we made arrangements for me to bring the car back in and have it serviced by his " official off-site '' mechanic. He trailed me there and we told his mechanic the problem. They kept the car for 2business days and 2 weekend days. After getting the car back, about 7 days later, the grinding sound started back and I called XXXX again to inform him. He told me to bring it back so he could drive it and see what was wrong. I took it to him about 3 days later, he drove it and he told me I would have to leave it overnight. They in turn had the car for 3 business days and I had to continue calling to get it back. After getting it back in my possession NOTHING had been fixed. I called him and asked him what could be done and he told me he would let me know. I was taken to the hospital for about 15 days and was unable to have anything resolved. After being released I could n't really drive but when I was able to drive again. About a half a month later the car started sputtering. I called a mechanic and explained what I felt like was wrong and was told it could be the transmission. The car eventually stopped running on XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX, and was told my 90 day warranty was up on XXXX XXXX and there was nothing he could do for me and to contact his contact ( XXXX ) over at Danco financial. I did as I was instructed and spoke with XXXX. XXXX told me that they were willing to pay for half of the repairs and would defer my payments on the vehicle. I had the car towed to a transmission place XXXX miles away from my home and was told that it WAS N'T in fact the transmission but the engine. I was emailed over all of the engine codes as well as a statement that said that the engine mounts and axel rods were bad. I have contacted XXXX at XXXX financial and XXXX at XXXX almost 100x and I have gotten absolutely NOWHERE in these past 2/3 months. I have been paying for rental cars, ubers, lyfts, cabs, and gas for friends cars. I 've had to get the car towed on XXXX separate occasions out of pocket and they are still charging me for my monthly car payments after I was told it would be deferred! I am frustrated and left with no car, no money and no way to even get around. This was my absolute first time purchasing a car from a dealership and not through family friends or word of mouth of someone selling a vehicle and thought I was making the right decision. But they have left me confused and injusticed! I keep calling both XXXX and XXXX but they are both giving me the run around about the car and the situation. I have a XXXX month-old son, and he 's missed his last XXXX doctors appointments because of, and I 'm STILL having to pay and make a way for he and I. I do n't know what to do and it has left me in tears a few too many nights now. PLEASE HELP!

On XX/XX/2020 I sent in a tender of payment for the full satisfaction to pay off the alleged loan with Danco Financial Auto, located in XXXX, Georgia XXXX. They refused the payment, which they felt in default in dishonor. Now, they're refusing to give up the title to my car. This family owned business is doing shady business as well as Fraudulent. According to FDCPA laws and Title 15 U.S. Code 1692g I have a right to asked for a debt validation letter, I asked them to validate this alleged debt as well as to verify and send me a certified copy of the " Accounting Statements ''. Danco Financial didn't do either. They sent me a payment history. A payment history is not an accounting statement, these are two different documents. After, they couldn't vertify my request, they manual from their office turn my car off so I wouldn't start. They have some kind of wires, that's hooked up to my starter that's in my car and if I missed a payment, they turned it off. I don't mind owing up to an obligation I have to pay, as long as Danco Financial can furnished an " Accounting Statements '' which they haven't. Next, they been harassing me about this debt, causing so much mental stress to my health, headaches, worry about if they gone turn off my car or not, how am I supposed to make it to work or not. According to the Declaration of Human Rights, Article 4 there shall be no slavery. It's a form of slavery when you're using Federal Reserve Notes to try and play off a debt using a debt, knowing you're never going to pay off this war debt. This is a violation that's goes against The Declaration of Human Rights & Danco Financial is in violation of my Human Rights. Furthermore, According to the State of Georgia Constitution, Section 1, Paragraph 1, I have a right to Life, liberty, and property. No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property except by due process of law. This is my right. Danco Financial never gave me ANY DUE PROCESS OF LAW. In the declaration of Independence 1776, I have unalienable rights from My Creator, which man can not and will not take them away from me. You didn't give them so you will not take them away from me. Section 1 Paragraph 7 in the State of Georgia Constitution says, such laws as will protect them in the full enjoyment of the rights, privileges, and immunities due to such citizenship. So Danco Financial stop with the fraud and the breaking of the laws. Finally, Danco Financial can not take any of my intangible property rights nor my tangible property without just compensation by law. This private company is in so many violations, breaking the laws and are getting away with it. I am reporting them of the Fraudulent they're doing. They're doing extortion, which is a felony in the State of Georgia, shady business in the State of Georgia, as well as over the phone. They aren't staying in honor but dishonor. ( continued XXXX ) She came back to the line and asked me to call Danco back. I called them back and spoke to XXXX again. He told me that Danco could n't take the payment because they had n't taken on the terms of the lease because it was too low and I 'd have to take it up with XXXX because the car still belonged to them. I asked him so who am I supposed to pay my carnote to and he told me to call XXXX again. By this time they were closed and I was soooo frustrated! When I got home later that evening I was doing a client and I saw a tow truck pull up outside. They asked me did I want to get anything out of the car because they had been sent to repo the car. I was so confused because they would n't let me pay the car note but they were going to repo it and it had only been 6 days since the payment was due! My brother drove the car off because I did not want a " repossession '' on my credit history. I parked it in a garage and called them at daybreak the next day. I spoke with XXXX at Danco and for 2 days he tried to convince me to either 1. Sign the new contract 2. have the extra payments placed at the end of my current contract or 3. Find another car of lower value or 4. Have the payments taken out of XXXX Chexk since it was her fault. All of this just placed me in a highly XXXX situation as if I had n't been through enough with them I was in jeopardy of not having a car again, but I was n't going to pay more. So I told him they could just get the car back and take me out of the contract and give me my money back, because if it would be that easy to sign a new contract it 's just as easy to release me from one.. he said I was correct but he felt like I was going to be a good customer and that he would just pay the {$1500.00} out of his pocket. I agreed and I 've had the car for 4 months since and have paid my carnotes but I just recently found out that my license may be suspended because the tickets STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID! I risk going to jail and I have a baby. This is asinine and EXTREMELY ridiculous that these people have taken me through all of this XXXX for almost a year now and on top of it all they sent me a XXXX IRS form for the XXXX XXXX, stating that they 'd reported the vehicle as income as if they 'd either given it to me or I 'd paid for it, either way all of these things will take almost a lifetime to be rectified and resolved. This harassment started in XXXX, over a car that was repossessed in XXXX. I went to court, and on XXXX the case was closed, case status Disposed. On XXXX, Danco Financial filed another claim against me for the same case, XXXX. I was never served in reference to this wage garnishment. I noticed that my wages were being garnished. I filed a defendant 's claim against Danco Financial, and XXXX XXXX, XXXX ; went to court on XX/XX/XXXX at the XXXX XXXX XXXX. The Plaintiff 's garnishment was disposed and I was granted the money that was being garnished from my pay check. Then my employer notified me that Danco Financial had filed a new claim against me for continuation of wage garnishment. I filed another defandants claim again and wen to court on XX/XX/XXXX and my defendant 's claim was denied until I fight the underlying judgement, in which, I received no documentation in reference to the claim filed. I am really tired of going through this with them harassing me and garnishing my wages for a claim from XXXX, that was disposed, and my money was refunded to me. This is something that is not legit, and is causing a hardship with my living expenses and employment opportunities.The vehicle they are claiming I owe money for was repossessed in XXXX, and I never heard anything from this finance company. I stay at the same address for 15 years and was never served any papers. I did not receive any notices from them after the case was disposed in XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. I would like for them to stop harassing me and causing hardship in my life for a repossessed car from XXXX, that case was disposed, and I was refunded my money back that they had garnished at the time. I would like them to stop the garnishment and give me back all the money they have garnished from me at this point.

I have been trying to clear this collection up for some time. i purchased my car in XX/XX/XXXX. in XX/XX/XXXX i was hit by a uninsured motorist. While my car was in the shop Danco Financial repossess my car as i had not been paying on the car while in the shop. they subsequently sold the car and charged me for the residual. In XX/XX/XXXX, i recieved a 1099 for " cancellation of debt in the amount of {$11000.00} which i had to include as income when i filed my XX/XX/XXXX returns. as a result i had to pay IRS for income i never received. Although this debt was cancelled, it is still showing on my XXXX credit report as {$15.00}, XXXX balance i continue to try to get this corrected. my last attempt was XX/XX/XXXX when i called them. they claim they do not show any record of a charge off. I put in a dispute with XXXX, however they were told by Danco that i still owed it so it was not removed, I am reaching out to CFPB because Danco is trying to make me pay twice for the same debt.. thank you for your time

I purchased a car XX/XX/XXXX XXXX very over priced ), Not understanding my rights or anything about buying a car. I paid {$2500.00} down, then {$500.00} XXXX deferred remainder of down payment XXXX two weeks later ; then started making payments of {$570.00}. per month starting two weeks after the {$500.00}. A month after the first payment was made the car broke down, I called the dealership and explained to them I was n't going to be able to make the {$570.00}. payment and pay to fix the car. They told me not to worry about it, they would help me make arrangements, two days after speaking with them they reposed the car. And refused to speak with me anymore. Years passing I got informed VIA my credit report, I had judgment against me. They 're taking 25 % of my wages, I 'm a single mother XXXX, with very little funds to begin with. I feel like they really took advantage of me and has possible done it to others.

I have no idea what is going on with this account. It has been on my XXXX report since XXXX of XXXX. It was listed as a repossession and there has not been any change in information regarding this account since it was listed. The amount of the debt has neither increased nor decreased and for the past 12 months it was listed on my credit report as unknown information. It shows there is an amount owed of {$9200.00}. As of this date since XXXX of XXXX I have not received one piece of written correspondence from this company. I attempted to verbally contact them on XXXX and XXXX to have them send me all the paperwork concerning this debt, including all of the account details to validate the ongoing and current status of this debt. I disputed this debt to XXXX on XXXX XXXX and they reported to me as validated. However, I still have not received the information that was validated from XXXX nor Danco Financial.

Danco Financial still shows up on my credit report and has been the cause of denied credit due to it showing up as a repossession. This account should have been resolved in a previous bankruptcy started in XX/XX/2012, but it still shows up as account closed, not settled or satisfied. Also, my name shows on two reports as having a middle initial - I have never had or used a middle initial of any kind in my life. Additionally, I see an address in XXXX, NY where I never lived. This makes me think someone used my name with that address or received goods or services in my name with that address, I don't want to be or should not be responsible for that account/debt at all. I need help paying for medical bills, but have tried to increase my credit score and I'm hoping that removing these negative things will help to increase my score and or at least have me listed as the correct person on future reports.

In 2015 the vehicle I was purhcasing from the company was stolen. It was around XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. I filed a claim with my insurance company at the time. The company was XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX paid the company for the vehicle. I pulled my credit report and saw the company was listed on my credit with negative reporting. In the mean time from the time the claim was paid until now I have not received any bills from the company requesting payment due or balance due. I contacted the company to request a bill. The company said the account was transferred to a new lien holder company. I was given the number to the new company. I called the new company and I was told there was no record of me having a lease or loan from them. Since there is no account available to find I would really like this item removed from my credit. It has a negative impact on my credit.

This company is an absolute rip off! These people need to be shut down they are crooks stealing and trying to take people 's. I dealt with XXXX of Danco Financial who came and repossessed a vehicle that should have never been taken in the first place. I had a payment arrangement set up and paid half of it like I was suppose to yet they still came and got the car. I don't understand how this company is still in business. When you call all you hear is XXXX music while on hold. I'm sure they have done this to a lot of people. They pray off o those who have less then perfect credit and are unable to get a vehicle at a normal dealership. I wish you all would really investigate the deals and complaints you have from this company. I bet there would be a class action lawsuit regarding all of their practices.

I submitted a police report in XXXX stating that my wallet turned up missing and that I was being bombarded with inquiries and accounts from Georgia. The 3 accounts that should not be on my account are XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. These accounts were opened in varying parts of Georgia and all were reported repossessed. I have called. I have written letters. I have submitted police reports. Years later these 3 accounts still plague my credit report. XXXX still came back claiming they had a contract signed by me for XXXX XXXX XXXX. This was not me. This credit reporting agency has not been helpful at all in the clearing of these 3 accounts.

When I purchased this vehicle the sale price was {$10000.00}. I put {$1800.00} down ask somehow the company reported a balance of {$14000.00}. This is NOT CORRECT. After they sold the vehicle, it now shows a balance of {$8100.00}. My interest rate was 28 %. Please remove this account from my credit report immediately as this incorrect information has caused me a lot of emotional distress and higher interest-rates with other lines of credit.

In XXXX My daughter was in a Car accident in My truck that I got a loan through with Danco Financial the person who hit my truck insurance company pay them their money plus I had insurance at the time of the accident this company still filed a 1099 C and took my taxes plus I filed Bankruptcy that same year and it was discharged on my bankruptcy. they double tripled got there money for that truck.
