I received notification that my credit score dropped. Upon further review, there was a collections account listed on my report that I had no knowledge of. I called the XXXX XXXX XXXX and was advised that the account was sold to another creditor, who had no information for the alleged debt. This account was placed on my report with no validation of the debt and without any notification from this company I owed the debt.
