XX/XX/2021, I tried applying for a pre-approval letter to obtain a mortgage and when my credit report was pulled, it showed an arrear of inconsistencies from the 3 credit bureaus. While auditing my credit report, it showed an inquiry from Daimler Truck Financial, I never contacted or contracted with this company. I contacted Daimler Truck Financial by phone and letter. This is very frustrating and embarrassing, I tried challenging their Accuracy and Integrity but with no avail. My credit score has taking a a drastic hit to the negative, which is now affecting my credit score and worthiness. Now I'm losing out on deals that I was promised. They never supplied sufficient information to me in order to validate the debt, I feel violated because I do not know how they came about my credit and they won't let me know how they came about it. I do not agree with their actions. 12 CFR 1022.3 ( h ) Identity theft means a fraud committed or attempted using the identifying information of another person without authority.
