I have cc 'd XXXX XXXX in this email as the matter concerns both two Daily pay and XXXX, however, for now, the only question I have for XXXX is Did you really end up refusing to send me my pay stubs? Please answer me! The rest is for Daily pay, the higher management team, and XXXX! Hello XXXX, I am glad you are going to listen to the calls. I have a few questions to help you understand my concerns : 1. Didn't I catch you or your agent stealing {$32.00} or more dollars? Once I called your agent, she refunded it and left me on hold/silent for XXXX minutes at the point that I ended up hanging up the call. XXXX. Didn't I call your agent, who seems to be very nice and professional and voiced to me that regarding the {$44.00}, that Daily pay has already taken me {$65.00} while knowing that in both cases XXXX and XXXX were wrong and promised to escalate the case so I can get a refund? XXXX. From XXXX XXXX to every time I ended my shift with XXXX ( food delivery ), I get a notification of my balance and maybe after about XXXX hours or the next days I get a notification of the increase in balance once the mileage reimbursement is done by XXXX, however from XXXX or XXXX, I stopped receiving the notifications of mileage reimbursement? I checked the balance, and the driver app from XXXX, will show me that the mileage was reimbursed but you didn't reimburse me. Where did that money go? I did the maths. XXXX. Didn't your narcissistic supervisor that I spoke to tell me, that you don't care and that I will have to pay the {$44.00}? And she insulted me like crazy and she was XXXX like me. Unfortunately, I could tell by her voice 100 % that she was XXXX. XXXX. Once I accepted your prepaid card " Friday '' by Daily pay, didn't you stop giving me access to the early income, till I canceled that card you started again giving me the 70 % earlier income and then I asked you to reactivate it again? XXXX. How many times did daily pay lie that, I did receive my paycheck of XX/XX/2022, and that I owed you money? I told you I never received the check directly from XXXX and my employer provided evidence twice and I forwarded it to you still you didn't trust me nor stop the {$44.00} you accused me of to cover the money you stole from me. XXXX. How many hours have I spent on the phone, and emails with you since XX/XX/2022 and you didn't fix my issues or even answer my concerns? XXXX. Does that give you an idea of how I am very respectful but, it's stupid to respect someone or a company that doesn't respect its customers and a good reason to play in the mirror and project back to you what you show to me? Now, to your email : a. First, For the W2s I sent you, I understand your ahhh and relief... I used those W2s because you contributed to getting me fired by XXXX by not solving my issues and XXXX denied me access to my paystubs that I was supposed to show you instead of the IRS W-2s that you don't like. And XXXX failed into a trap that they did set themselves but their fake supervisors not doing their jobs right and then acting with impulsions and emotions and firing me? I am sure, XXXX, once you hear the word " fired '', you will think I am a bad employee and you will neglect my case and think you will win me at Justice and that's a good trap you make yourself and you will get caught easily and I will win you Daily pay and Eastreet and I am saying openly, it's not intimidation or something else negative? Nope, that's who I am, open book, no eggshell, fear nobody except Justice and XXXX! b. Second, do you see a lack of professionalism and lack of customer service skills from you and daily pay? Do you think, you can really play me but using a passive-aggressive style, the irony of insensitivity vs sensitivity? Insulting me that I am confused? Who gave you that post at daily pay with that very low IQ and EQ level? A XXXX can catch your manipulations very easily! Now, who do you think is now confused between you and me? Of Course, XXXX is not my primary language! XXXX is, however, I am very far away from you in terms of Emotional Intelligence and IQ, you are REALLY not smart as you think you are! You are trying to take advantage of me and forget that we are in a country of Justice and the EEOC is protecting me? Do you see how much chance you have of putting your company 's daily pay in big legal and financial troubles, but you didn't care, which makes sense : If you get fired or if the company goes bankrupt, you will easily get another job somewhere else without losing anything? I never read your policies, I didn't write them or agree with them, and I will rely on the power and authority of the Department of Justice and the EEOC., I just need some time to pay an attorney for consultancy, but remember, I have up to 6 months to file the complaint and whenever I file it, I have a 90 % of chance of winning you instead of you paying me less than {$500.00} that you owe me, you will pay me over $ XXXX and I have XXXX chance of losing anything, however, you, you no matter if you win or not, in both cases, you will spend an average of $ XXXX of attorney fees! Do you see how you are really not smart as you think you are, but you are dominated by weak and negative emotions and you react impulsively? I was just trying to help you, so you can think clearly and help your company daily pay, but if you don't want to, there is nothing I can do about it except rely on Justice and I will win. Let the mean justify the end. I will not back up or step down, it's not a lot of money but because of the way you treated me and your stupidity, I will keep fighting no matter how long it takes or how many offices I ask for help from. YOU HAVE TO STOP STEALING MONEY from employees like me because it's really XXXX when you steal money from a poor person like me. I will notice it easily and I will respond accordingly and justice will help. c. Third and last, send me a copy of my employee folder or give me access to it, and send me the proof of all the activities on my account from the employer 's back end. CFPB employee, im mainly sending this into you for this complaint to be on your records because it needs to be, and if you think another agency should be aware of it, then please forward this to them as well. I started my job and worked the day, i called out the next day to do a stomach bug, i received an email from dailypay saying i earned {$67.00} on a workday that was $ 120+. I thought i was short changed which ended up causing me to quit, ill get back to that. Because of that i used {$60.00} of it and about a week later on on payday, dailypay deposits an extra {$62.00} into my bank account, i also receive a paycheck from my employer, I reached out to my employer and called into dailypay to figure out what happened, the agent i spoke with at dailypay said i owed dailypay nothing and my account was in the clear, which i have on recording. after a few days of being the middle man, and dailypay not replying back to my emails, i was told dailypay reached out to my employer and was trying to figure something out, No one wanted to mention what happend there, for all i know, my employer paid it off for dailypay to continue saying i owe them money. Anyways, in there terms of service in section 2 it says if my employer short changed dailypay, i wont owe them a cent and yet here we are, They kept insisting i owed them money, so just to get this borderline illegal harassment over with, i paid it off, and the account is still deactivated, still! If i were to take this to court, you do realize the amount of crap i could get dailypay in, Thats not even including the fact that my personal information was transferred inbetween my employer and dailypay without my consent. Im still contemplating what to do so there wont be a final point to make other than Dailypay, you seriously need to get your XXXX together, like, REALLY BADLY!!

I work for XXXX XXXX and joined an advance pay app affiliated to XXXX XXXX in approximately XX/XX/2020. In XXXX I began experiencing that daily pay was no longer making my wages available to transfer for a fee after hourly rates shifts was worked. Additionally after contacting them they alleged that I transferred XXXX or XXXX ( literally changed amounts from XXXX to XXXX ) and was overpaid by them when my post quarantine paycheck net was XXXX. She then calculated XXXX - XXXX = XXXX and said they would deduct XXXX from my next pay ( of XX/XX/2020 ). I argued that nothing provided that I was over drafting from the app nor did the app make that possible or notify of such a thing. They continued to not give me services that I received from the app before that would update automatically and make available my paycheck in advance where they could have deducted the XXXX. The daily app gave notification that On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX of XXXX pay check was sent to my account at XXXX XXXX XXXX bank. XXXX - XXXX is XXXX. So daily pay took XXXX from that paycheck and not XXXX and not indicating any over draft fees etc. Additionally my paycheck was never received from m & t bank. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX on friday XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted dollar tree corporate and HR in email XX/XX/XXXX and was replied to. I continuously called dailypay on friday and saturday XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX with correspondence in emails. Daily pay tried to blame XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at the latest of several calls the others of which only said my pay was sent and no information. Dailypay has had no HR department availability either. My company uses a service called DailyPay to allow instant transfers outside of the pay period. This most recent pay period, our check was delayed for 3 days due to an ACH issue on this service 's end. An advance of my own money ( gross pay rather than net pay without tax withholding ) was made available by this service to avoid overdraft due to the delay, but upon transferring this advance, I was told I was issued an overpayment of that exact amount that would need to be repayed before any of the rest my money could be accessed again. I spoke with customer service, who did not sufficiently explain this issue, as the dollar amount they told me was my gross pay, was not correct based on what was reported within the online service. My ticket was escalated to a supervisory figure, and I have not heard back. I received an email from this company shortly after my call with customer service stating that DailyPay would be subtracting the total of that advance from my next paycheck, although this was not the error resolution option I chose through the online service, or the one I confirmed with a customer service agent. My total earnings, which are significantly higher than the overpayment amount, are now being entirely withheld, and there is no record of having made this transfer on the mobile app, or through DailyPay 's own customer service, although it is reported in my bank statement.

XXXX was a website I used with my XXXX driver account to have access to my funds instantly, if needed. In XXXX of 2018 they had a processing issue which resulted in an overpayment to me on their end. I was not aware of the overpayment, so when the company attempted to draft the " money owed back, '' XX/XX/2018, I called them and requested an option to make payments. This request was denied and I was told that was not an option. I told them I was revoking my authorization for XXXX payments. I placed a stop payment through my bank on the company. They attempted to draft again on XX/XX/18 and again yesterday, XX/XX/18. I used the chat option today to request they remove my banking information and again stated they do not have authorization to draft funds. I was told they will not remove my banking information or stop the draft attempts. I am sending in a written revocation letter to them and my bank today, but it was my understanding that they have to allow multiple payment options and ACH/EFT can not be required as the only means of payment. Furthermore, I was under the impression that if I revoke permission for them to attempt to draft from my account, they are no longer allowed to attempt said drafts.

I started working for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. When Began working for them, I didn't have any money. So my employment offered a service called dailypayXXXX, which it would lend you half of your daily pay. If I made XXXX dollars a day, the service would lend me XXXX dollars. The rest would go to my bank account. I used the service for my first check. They took XXXX dollars from my check and i received XXXX dollars at my bank. I didn't borrow no more money, the 2nd check out of nowhere, these people took XXXX dollars out of my second check for know reason at all. I called them and their receptionist became defensive. By them taking so much money out of my check i had to use the service for third time. They took double the money out of my check. Finally out of my fourth check, DailypayXXXX just took XXXX dollars out of my fourth check really stealing my money. I went to my employer about this, he is looking into it, and the XXXX XXXX XXXX told me to contact you guys. I can't pay my bills. I barely can pay my rent. XXXX 's is coming up and cant by anything for my kids. This company is a scam and a thief. Please look into it, I have the proof to show the stealing. If you need it.

I noticed charges on my account, not mine, and immediately contacted them asked them to do a atop pay or something to stop them from taking my money qhike it was still pending. XXXX XXXX. They told I had to wait til the charges completed then dispute. I said want to go through that, but I had to because they would not help any other way. When that happened I immediately filed the disputes and sent them in writing. I've contacted them many times at least to request the provisional credit. I live paycheck to paycheck, my electricity was cut off, I pleaded with them to at least give me the provisional credit. I contacted them when this was going on, they should have it on file these charges are not mine. However, they don't care and haven't responded, when i call they have even told me they have no dispute dept. I just want my money that was taken from. At the time it was taken, I had no official card, my card was supposed to be mailed never got til afterwards, thrn when I called to activate, the card doesn't even work I had to order another and it hasn't arrived. So how did they take the money out, I don't know, maybe Friday knows they are thr only ones with access to my account.

I have had an account with Daily pay since XXXX with XXXX XXXX. I recently started having issues with them not crediting and updating my earnings like they advertised that they do. This is putting me in a bad place where I can not pay my bills because they dont want to update my earnings. Every time I call or reach out to them its the same finger pointing games where they say that they didnt get the reports to update my earnings.I reached out to my immediate supervisor and my account manager and theyre confused about what Daily Pay is referring to as reports. I use XXXX to log in/out and my hours are recorded in real time and for each shift .My account manager says theyre submitting the hours for my job and that the situation is out of their hands because when I signed up for Daily Pay, they released all access to it and DailyPay handles the payment going forward. Im being pingponged back and forth between the two entities and in the meantime Im behind on my rent while the game of point the finger continues. I want all my money paid up and the account balance brought current so I can cancel this thing and move on with my life.

The company I work for uses DailyPay to process employee pay. My pay is direct deposited to my bank account. This is a vital service DailyPay is contracted to perform for companies. Yet for several months, DailyPay has had notices on their website and app that processing is taking longer than usual and deposits could be late. I have experienced later than usual direct deposits on a few occasions, usually a few hours later than usual. However, my pay for this period is now more than XXXX hours late and I still have not received it. I called DailyPay and told them I need my pay to pay bills today, including a bill for {$1700.00}, and all they could offer was an apology and an offer to " escalate '' the problem, as if it is not well known to them. These delays are becoming more frequent and more serious. They have profound, real-world impacts on people. Yet DailyPay doesn't seem to be overly concerned. DailyPay needs to fix this problem or get out of this business so a more competent company can get this done.

Hi, my issue has been with the company DailyPay. The week of the XXXX through the XXXX of XXXX I worked but was not paid my total amount. The total amount that I was supposed to be paid was {$560.00}. XXXX, is the temporary agency that I work for and DailyPay is the company that distributes the pay into my account. With DailyPay, you can receive a partial payment before your scheduled payday and then the rest of your check later. My issue is that they told me that they sent me the {$390.00} in different lump sum payments but it's not reflected on my bank statement. They did send {$110.00} and {$61.00} the week I was supposed to be paid but not the rest. When I tried to explain to them that it never made it to my account they said it was XXXX 's fault and the run around began. I've never had a problem with DailyPay before and I just want them to pay me what I am owed.

You work and you get to take out some money from your checks. I just switched to nights so daily pay takes 2 days. I requested a pay out Thursday, and I was supposed to get another one Friday. Friday we usually get paid regular checks but that has issues this weekend. I also worked the weekend. They did not give me what I was supposed to receive and the info they have available makes no sense, now they say I owe them {$180.00}?? Their accounting is horrible and they changed things so you can't go back. The company is Daily Pay by XXXX XXXX. I think they need an audit. I STARTED A NEW JOB ON XX/XX/XXXX. IMMEDIATELY I WAS INUNDATED WITH EMAILS TO SIGN UP FOR PAYCHECK ADVANCES FROM DAILYPAY ( COMPANY NAME ). I DID NOT SIGN UP. ON XX/XX/XXXX I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT I HAD ADDED INFORMATION TO THE ACCOUNT. I CALLED DAILYPAY XX/XX/XXXX AND THE REP STATED SHE WAS OPENING A FRAUD TICKET. ON THURSDAY XX/XX/XXXX THAT I HAD ADDED A BANK & DEBIT CARD. I CALLED DAILYPAY XX/XX/XXXX AND THE REP ( MALE ) THAT ASSISTED STATED THAT THE PREVIOUS REP ON XX/XX/XXXX " MESSED UP '' AND DIDN'T " FREEZE '' MY ACCOUNT & THAT FUNDS HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED. SAID I'D SPEAK W/ THE FRAUD SPECIALIST XXXX XXXX SHE PROMISED THAT THE FRAUD CASE WAS OPEN & NO WITHDRAWLS/PAYMENTS WOULD PROCESS. ON XXXX MY PAYCHECK WAS ERRONEOUSLY DEPOSITED INTO THIS DAILYPAY ACCOUNT. NOW THEY HAVE MY ENTIRE PAYCHECK & ARE REFUSING TO RETURN IT.

Dear CFPB, I am writing this letter to file a complaint against Friday by DailyPay for restricting my access to my paycheck funds by not updating my login information in a timely manner. I have been unable to access any of my money and the company keeps giving different timeframes. I have tried to reach out to daily pay about my reported earning that isn't reported right from them. My job told me tgat my reports were on point for instant. I make XXXX $ a day. They said my reported earning from my job was only XXXX $ and it had happened multiple times. There stealing my money. And some of the days I dont even get my report at all. Daily pay consist of money advance. And my whole check goes to them. And they are getting different report so therefore my check are so short I've called over a week now and they say the supervisor gon na get back with me and never do. The company DailyPay services the company XXXX that pays those working with XXXX. They advertise that you get paid daily, but this is never the case. I work every day, but I'm only paid 2 or 3 times a week. I have called and emailed many times with complaints and questions ; receiving varying answers every time. I work the same hours approximately, but when I am paid the pay doesn't appear to reflect it. I even tried the autonow and autonext features to see if I would get my pay accordingly. The supervisors at my company and our HR says that the issues aren't due to anything on XXXX 's end. The agents at daily pay are rude and do not offer much information or clear explanations in regard to their services.

Dailypay has had issues updating daily pay, along with hours of down time on there servers. Customer Service repeats the same thing that is on there website or in the app. Dailypay also failed to update my balance in a timely fasion, Dailypay also chargers a higher fee the other services out there. Per web research 's it seem that this services is set at a {$0.00} - {$1.00}. It also seems that they charge this fee twice, one during the instance transfer and then once again when you get your check.

Direct deposit pay delivery delay. Zero communication with customers about this. I received nothing from them during this experience. And Fraudulent information on website. Started on XXXX, day was supposed to get paid, said would be fixed ASAP but instead they just moved the posting date of my paycheck to XXXX. Again, not a single communication sent about any of this. Disappointed on lack of assistance and communication. Would not trust this company with my pay moving forward.

A charge was placed on my debit card that I did not authorize and had no physical way to do so, I have called my card issuer and expressed to them multiple times that the purchase was not made by me they continue to deny me of my request and withhold information about the transaction details and merchant details.
