We have been working with XXXX Cell : XXXX DRE # XXXX NMLS # XXXX at XXXX XXXX. Since XX/XX/2019 three of my family members filled out a loan application to get a pre approval for a home loan. He has all our social security numbers and personal information. He has not given our pre approval letter yet for a home loan and is using his home internet to process it as he states in a email. He states today his internet is not working. He keeps coming with excuses.
At first he told us we can only get pre approval letter for the price we want to buy a house for. He would not give us a letter tell us how much we qualify for. He ripping of first time buyers and stealing information.
By law a pre approval letter is given within 1 to 3 days not two weeks with or without the property being identified. XXXX states The 3 day process starts once a property has been identified.
