Cash Plus XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA. I received a loan In XXXX XXXX in which I was not able to pay back due to financial difficulties. Once the check returned I received non stop calls/ emails and phone calls to my job. I did ask them to please stop calling due to my financial status. My references continued to get detailed calls from them as well as my work place. on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I received calls from XXXX giving me a case number and asking if I had an attorney available and that I had 48 hours to pay or get sued. He also called my work place and references saying I was a person of interest and they needed to describe me and give them any information they had on me. When I spoke to XXXX again he stated that i wrote " worthless check '' and there was nothing I can do to stop him from continuing this lawsuit. I asked him to no longer contact me or my work number since I can get fired and right after he hung up on me he called my references again and went into more detail about how he is going to sue me withing 48 hours.
I then again called XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked for a corporate number and he stated he was corporate, When I asked for the number to the XXXX and he hung up the call. I am unable to reason with this person and no one else can help me.

I received a call at work and my coworker answer she said there was a XXXX XXXX on the phone and that it was regarding an urgent family matter as soon as I got on the phone, this man said he was a case processor and said that there was XXXX complaints against me by the state of California and that if I would like to speak with an attorney to do so and he said it was regarding a payday loan that was unpaid and that they were going to sue me? He had also left a voicemail on my phone saying good luck to you in th next couple days. I found this very harassing
