We wrote back to Cunningham l aw inc. that we where disputing a claim.they report this claim to a collection agency in amount of XXXX without judgement and without notifying that this claim is being disputed.then we wrote a letter of cease and desist letter to stop the harassment and threats that are still continuing.this has been on going for three years.this is stemming from a landlord that had no control over serious issues that he wouldnt do anything about we phoned him multiple times after months I wrote him a letter and phoned him multiple times that we where departing from the premises we where paid in full on departure and kept are security deposit.
