RE : Cullimore and Coleman, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX AZ XXXX XXXX In XXXX of XXXX I was sued for old apartment debt from XXXX and my wages started being garnished by a law firm located in XXXX, AZ. The law firm threatened my workplace for my information and they were coerced into providing my earnings so the creditor could renew an old judgement. I was not aware of the proceedings nor was I given opportunity to respond as I live in XXXX XXXX, NV and have no residency or work in AZ. When I contacted the creditor in XXXX of XXXX in regards to the garnishment, I asked for proof of debt and I received a manufactured lease which has clear mistakes in the dates and a notice without proper court seal. I was willing to work out a payment plan for the original judgement debt of about {$1900.00}, but I was not given opportunity to pay and creditor proceeded to garnish my wages for an amount over and above what was originally owed. I was garnished for 8 weeks prior to my layoff in XXXX of XXXX in which during that time I was garnished weekly ranging in amount from {$490.00} to {$270.00} per week. I am sure the original debt has been satisfied yet the creditor will not cease. I have a dependent which I communicated with the creditor and garnishment was not reduced. The garnishment caused my child and I to XXXX XXXX. The creditor is currently refusing to work with me and I can no longer reach them.

The apartment complex named : " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' is attempting to falsify and report negative information on my credit report.
I have NEVER lived in this apartment, never signed a lease or etc! I am being told to pay {$1700.00} I am being harassed and DEMAND for this to be removed.
