I have had to deal with unimaginable stress with on-going issues with my original account and attempted to seek help for resolution which lead to a wild goose chase. Started with my direct deposit not processed properly, my company stating it was the bank and the bank stated it was my company. This all leading to live checks when I wasn't expecting them, then depositing through ATM due to this, then depositing through mobile app which all resulting in holds and a mess in my account. I reached out to customer service in these instances with difficulty however they ended up being refunded. Also, there was unauthorized transactions on my account, credits from merchant that should have been applied to my account, and I reached out to customer service and was advised to dispute these matters. I requested a manager to contact me to try to get my account back to normal or direction on how to handle with having a clean track record instead of this negative history which was out of my control, however I am being penalized for this. XXXX XXXX ( XXXX Texas location ) contacted me and we played phone tag as it was really difficult to get a hold of him! Finally, we connected and he was very degrading, unprofessional, inappropriate, discriminating, made me cry, so I had to end our call with a hang up, as an individual and a woman I would not accept his behavior anymore. In the process of trying to get some direction to move forward, I reached out to the XXXX location ( this is close to my job in XXXX ) for resolution. A lady by the name of XXXX assisted me and wasn't very friendly or professional. Also, my situation should have been handled in private and everything was all out in the open for everyone to hear and examine! I explained my situation and she reached out to her manager XXXX. XXXX explained that they would close my account and open a new account. When I left the branch I had a XXXX balance in my old account and deposited cash into my new account. I also asked if all my forms were completed for my disputes and she stated I had one dispute that needed to be signed but the others were closed. She printed it out, I signed it. I was advised by XXXX that my old account is closed and only credits would go through. However, XXXX seemed really frustrated with me about my situation and so did the ladies there at the branch. I walked out feeling very uncomfortable, and uneasy, however thought everything would be okay. I checked my account a couple of days later, and I could still see my old account which now showed as a negative balance?? I was extremely upset. I contacted the XXXX branch and spoke to XXXX, she wasn't very nice and stated she would reach out to her manager and call me back, I never heard from anyone in that branch again. I contacted an XXXX in HR at the XXXX branch because I thought it was the corporate branch. I explained my situation with XXXX XXXX and the situation with my old account and everything that had taken place thus far. She reached out to a banker, they both assisted and reassured me that my account would be taken care of and that my complaint about the manager would be taken care of. I then see a XXXX balance in my old account and it was finally closed. In my new account, I noticed some activity in two cities that I have never been at, if my old account is reviewed it can also be confirmed I have never visited at these places. I had to reach out to customer service as this wasn't authorized. I expressed my situation and was advised to dispute the charges. I then went into the XXXX branch to withdraw some cash and I was not greeted with a warm gesture and felt both a cold shoulder from XXXX and a lady with XXXX hair, XXXX ( she was XXXX ) and these are the same ladies that helped me originally with XXXX. So, why are they acting this way with me?? I was nice and didn't do anything to deserve this behavior. On XXXX, I received a letter from a XXXX Freeman stating that my new account would be closed in 10 days dated from XXXX when the letter was created. I was confused as to what I did wrong to deserve my account to be closed. I contacted the XXXX branch again, then they transferred me to a XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, which I left a message with. I also was advised by the XXXX branch to contact his manager XXXX XXXX, which I left a message with as well. I also reached out to the Corp branch in XXXX XXXX and a XXXX was supposed to call me and never did! XXXX contacted me on XXXX XXXX, I explained my situation, he explained for my account to be close there had to be a real good reason. Then he goes, oh I see you have gone all over the place. WOW! I responded that I was trying to seek help and no one would help me in my own area. Then he stated that XXXX went to her Regional manager to get my account approved to be closed. This seems odd as I had just complained about one of her managers on unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.. hmmm he then stated he would need to speak with her and get back with me. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ( XXXX Branch ) contacted me on XXXX on speaker phone, I again explained my situation. They seemed determined to not help, said sorry but your account was closed for to many disputes! Found out that XXXX ( from XXXX ) told XXXX that she advised me to contact her ( XXXX ) and work with the XXXX branch? I knew nothing of the XXXX branch nor XXXX XXXX or a XXXX XXXX prior to me contacting them. XXXX then proceeded to state that my second account was opened as an exception by XXXX XXXX approval. So, now I am still confused as to why my account is closed, yet XXXX supposedly approved it and then sent a letter to close it?? Now this explains the behavior of the ladies in the XXXX branch as they knew exactly that my account was being closed, when I wasn't even aware. So, is this why I never received a call back from them or XXXX? If so, this is very unprofessional. Meanwhile I still never heard back from anyone in XXXX XXXX the corporate office! XXXX XXXX contacted me on XXXX XXXX and I again explained the whole story of my situation. He proceeds to assure me that he would work to figure out a way to keep my account open. He stated he would reach out to XXXX and XXXX and call me back. I explained that they were not going to help me and they had just said their decision was made and nothing I can do about it. XXXX said he would work to make this right. I have never heard back from him! On XXXX XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX, he explains that XXXX XXXX and a lady names XXXX ( from the XXXX XXXX branch ) called him, was in agreement with them ( XXXX and XXXX ) and that their decision was made. XXXX stated that he wanted to call me and explain again the reasoning that my account is closed. He proceeded to say that I had to many overdrafts, disputes, and that I would get upset and hang up on people??? I explained that this was out of my control -- > I should not have had the overdrafts, that things were not handled properly in my account, that I was advised to dispute my unauthorized transactions or expected credits from merchants. I never was advised that me reaching out to my bank for help would come back to cause all of this. I kept explaining to XXXX that I didn't do anything wrong nor to deserve the treatment that I have received. XXXX kept talking over me, explained that I just call to get mad or upset and hang up on people. He stated that he read through all my care reports and stated false information that I didn't even know about. So, why is there lies stated about me? He then proceed to tell me he was noting a customer care report about our conversation, I explained that we were getting nowhere but I was done with the conversation, I believe he wanted me to hang up or get upset so he could write in his report that I was upset and would hang up on him. I felt as if he wanted to make things worse and go against me. I waited until he was done not helping me, then we ended our conversation. I am appalled and disappointed at how things have transpired with this whole situation. I have been treated very unfairly and things have been handled very unprofessionally. I have been made to feel like I have done things wrong! I did what I was advised to do, I just wanted someone to help direct me and make things right. I was mislead, I was lead to believe everything would be taken care of. I do not deserve this as I have done nothing wrong, I trusted my bank would help me. The help I received turned into a backlash for me to be penalized and used against me. I also don't deserve to have things falsely stated about me or about something I didn't do!

I am disputing fees paid to a Website/SEO company after I fired them for non-performance of requested services. I called my bank, Frost Bank, where I have held a business account for over 10 years, to report a dispute for 2 fraudulent transactions done through my commercial business account for the dates XX/XX/XXXX for new website redesign as well as SEO work for a migration to a SSL certified domain on wordpress. This was to be completed in 3 ( three ) weeks time. filed the complaint on XX/XX/XXXX via their customer service line. I was told the claim was opened and I would be receiving documentation in the mail in 3-5 days. SEVEN DAYS LATER, on FridayXX/XX/XXXX, I got 1 piece of paper that asked for my signature saying that I was agreeing to the statement and that it was true and of fact. The BIG problem was it had no " statement '' attached to this 1 piece of paper. I called the customer service number IMMEDIATELY and told them I did not feel comfortable signing my name to a statement I could not see! They then told me it was the statement I had given on XX/XX/XXXX to the customer service rep. I asked to be read this statement and good thing I did because the rep missed more than half of the actual facts of the case! Once corrected, I signed and got all of my paperwork together. This documentation consisted of 64 sheets of paper with the printed email correspondence where this merchant admits NO work was complete for either jobs that I had paid for. I took the signed statement document and the packet of support documentation the XXXX XXXX branch of Frost Bank, where I made sure they had all they needed from me. I took much more prevention than normal as this transaction was from someone in XXXX and I wanted to be thorough. I gave it a very reasonable amount of time before I returned a call to Frost Bank asking for the status of the dispute. This was on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke to XXXX from Customer Service and she kept having to check with the researcher '' that customers can't actually know the name of! She then told me that they were waiting for a reply from XXXX XXXX. I had paid via an invoice through XXXX. I not once dealt with XXXX XXXX and expressed this. Not only was XXXX unreasonably hostile towards me, but she told me they were waiting and XXXX XXXX had until theXX/XX/XXXX to reply. I tried to ask more about XXXX XXXX but she insisted the researcher was the one that handled this and that I could not speak to her. XXXX again claimed that XXXX XXXX had until the XX/XX/XXXX to answer their inquiry. I asked her if this would somehow affect my claim as a chargeback has 180 days it had already been 90 days since payment was made to this company for a website and SEO services. She said, No ma'am, it wouldn't have been started as a claim if it was too late! In the documentation I provided, I even submitted a printed statement from one of the most respected XXXX XXXX 's in the world stating he would back me up with expert testimony that NO work had ever been done for either payment rendered. I called Frost Bank for a status update onXX/XX/XXXX and had to ask to speak to a manager because the customer service agent was telling me the claim was closed because I didnt return the paperwork back to them in time! A Frost Bank manager named XXXX took the call and took 10 minutes to read the " notes ''. When I asked her, What notes? she said the researchers notes. I again ask who the researcher was that botched this claim and she said researchers don't converse with the customers and I couldnt know the persons name. I proceeded to ask what was going on because not only did I turn in the paperwork the day I got it, on time, but I also submitted in black and white the merchants own written statements that no work was completed for the over {$4500.00} I paid for. When I told the manager XXXX that I was not late turning anything in, she then told me it was due to being past the time limit for the payment made XX/XX/XXXX. Even when I asked her what the time frame was she couldn't answer me and went back to her statement that I did not submit what was needed! I am disgusted with Frost Bank and the way they have become! They lie about HUGE breaches in their banking. 2 years ago I was issued 7 ( yes, SEVEN ) different bank cards in less than 6 months. Frost Bank would just cancel my business cards on a Friday at XXXX with no call or anything. Not until I got to a store and went to check out on my way home did I realize they had canceled my account card! As a business owner, I rely on my bank card to pay for virtually all of my business transactions. It is devastating when card numbers change and vendor payments are disrupted. Frost Bank has become a disgrace to what they say they represent - being a bank for Texas. Since these difficulties, I have found many consumer lawsuits against Frost Bank for their practices. The way they treat their customers is shameful. Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement : FULL REFUND According to my Frost User Agreement, as a merchant it states I have 180 days to file a dispute, fraud or chargeback claim. They have documentation from me, in writing from expert testimony, as well as from the persons I paid for services, statements that NO work has been done. The website I paid in full for was never completed or delivered before I fired them. They did not meet deadlines despite my repeated requests and their excuses for why nothing was done yet. After giving it reasonable time to show any progress, I FIRED them. No files or passwords were turned over. Whatever, if anything, had been developed after I fired them is sitting on THEIR HOSTING SERVER which I have no access to. Nothing was never given to me nor approved by me. I provided Frost Bank with ALL correspondence from them. Nothing was done by their own admission. The vendor admitted that nothing was finished. The website was not approved nor delivered. NO SEO at all was provided, as the site itself was not yet finished. SEO is started once website is ready to go live. Payment Details {$4600.00} total in Payments were made Two separate payments were made to the vendor for two services which were to be performed. One payment was for development of a new website, to be reviewed, corrections made, and final approval from me once everything had been completed. Second payment was for SEO services that included migration of my existing sites SEO to include re-directs to new site, optimization and implementing aggressive SEO to avoid a drop in my ranking. As of the time I FIRED the company on XX/XX/XXXX, the website was far from being finished. The independent XXXX XXXX stated ( in writing and given as documentation to Frost Bank ) that work presented at that point at most represented a couple hours of work. No SEO work had been done at all. I attempted to resolve this issue directly with the vendors, but they 1 ) refused to acknowledge that I FIRED them, and 2 ) did not respond to my request for refund for non-performance of services contracted. I provided copies of me firing them, along with the vendors statement, Ive never been fired before. It is not my problem that they refused to believe that they were fired and that they chose to continue working on the project after they were fired, IF in fact they did.

I applied to lease an apartment from XXXX XXXX, XXXX at their XXXXXXXX XXXX location in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told by XXXX, the leasing agent, that the application fee was {$65.00}. Knowing from recent experience in applying for apartments, I was aware that the application fee pays for the cost of the full background check including credit, criminal, and public records searches. Application fees range in XXXX from {$18.00} per person to {$60.00} per person. I thought {$65.00} was a bit high but factored in growing inflation to explain why they are charging more than other complexes. I understood XXXX to say that there is a {$150.00} admin fee charged after application acceptance. With this in mind, I applied and agreed to pay the {$65.00} fee which was not shown prior to inputting my debit card information. I was left to rely on XXXX 's information prior to applying. The receipt returned a charge of {$210.00}, which included the post-application acceptance admin fee of {$150.00}. I was shocked, no other complex charges {$210.00} to apply for an apartment, and knew when I saw it that XXXX had deliberately led me into a fee scam. I immediately called XXXX and asked for an explanation, and she lied telling me that the application fee does not cover the credit, criminal, and public records search fees, that the fee only opens the application to be filled out. Another absolute lie. All I had to do was click on their Lease Now/Apply Now button from their website to open the application to fill it out. She said they charge the {$150.00} admin fee because this fee pays for all the background checks. Yet another absolute lie. XXXX knew or should have known that the {$65.00} fee covers all of the checks. This is very reason for charging the background check fee to the applicant by calling it an application fee. Afterward, I called her back to ask why I received notice that the processing of my application was delayed. She said that I needed to upload additional information including proof of ID and proof that a deleted debt still showing on my credit was actually deleted. She instructed me to go back into the application and upload the requested documents. When I attempted to reenter the application my login information had been purged preventing me from uploading XXXX 's requested information. I called XXXX again and reported the login issue, to which she said, " Uh huh. '' Understanding the sarcasm, I said, Oh I see you deleted my login information so I can't upload the information you requested. Again, " Uh huh. '' I said, so you've already made a decision -- - abiased decision against me without the information you requested. You've developed a bias against me because you saw that a deleted debt is still on my account. She said, " It came up red! You can send the information to us in an email and we'll put it in for you. '' Realizing my fate was likely doomed, I said, I'll send it to you and I'm going to file a dispute with my bank for a full refund of my {$210.00}. '' She did not comment. This morning I received notice from XXXX that my application was denied. Within the 3 reasons they provided it is apparent that due to XXXX 's bias, despite that I provided by email documentation from the 3 credit bureaus that the adverse account was deleted on XX/XX/XXXX, due to actual fraud from a previous landlord, that she deliberately failed to upload those documents into my application for the specific purpose of precluding XXXX from making a fair and just decision. Further knowing that the absence of the documents I provided to her in email, would cause them to make a decision based on untruth and non-factual information, to promulgate a wrongful denial and to foster housing discrimination. To make matters worse, on that same day, XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for another apartment, which charged only {$50.00} for the application fee. The application enabled me to provide the additional information, the same information I emailed to XXXX, directly to the apartment manager, and on Monday XX/XX/XXXX I was accepted. This week we are in the process of setting up my resident account and signing the lease agreement documents. XXXX XXXX, XXXX and its subsidiary, XXXX XXXX in XXXX. are clearly actively engaged in an alternative and hidden tax-exempt business which engages in wrongfully denying applications and charging excessive and unauthorized fees to applicants seeking to lease with them, for the specific purpose of making untolled proft, which falls well under the radar of the Internal Revenue Service . They garner these profits by creating an environment of bias and prejudice against certain applicants who they determine to be undesirable for various reasons. As it pertains to my case, they knew that I had proof from the credit bureaus which shows a deleted adverse account from a previouos landlord who committed actual fraud. To prevent me from showing proof, they blocked me from reentering my application, due to bias, prejudice, and to commit an act of housing crimination against me. Doing the math, for every 100 applications they recieve, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. collects {$21000.00}. In this market, they easily receive hundreds of applications per month. Denying applications is apparently a secret tax-free cash-cow haven for this company.

I am looking for help please to remove an inquiry about caused by a negligent bank employee created on my account. I went to Frost Bank in XXXX on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, to open an account and then possibly apply for a line of credit. I specifically shared I was wanting to start a relationship with a local bank after our move to Texas, move my personal banking from XXXX XXXX XXXX, establish a good payment history now for future larger projects, real estate purchases, etc I was assisted by a girl name XXXX. The employee who assisted me gave me incorrect and incomplete information and then incorrectly ran an inquiry on my credit for products I was not even eligible to receive. Her negligence has negatively affected my opportunity to utilize a different bank for the goals listed above, because the negligent inquiry has lowered my score by over 15 points and used an inquiry incorrectly. I asked to open an account first, but she told me she would just attach an account to my line of credit once approved. I later learned I am not even allowed to open an account with Frost without being a Texas resident and a Texas government ID. And I am not allowed a line of credit without an account. I specifically asked many questions about how they operate and that I was more interested in an account and didnt need the line of credit first. She should have told me I was unable to be a customer before running my credit for an account I could not even be approved for without being a Texas ID holder. She should have known this. She ran my application for a XXXX loan request, which was not requested or permitted by me. I asked to learn what I might qualify for and she said she would ask the underwriting team, but never did I ask for XXXX. She didnt ask a single question about what I was going to use the line of credit for, but my projects are only approx. XXXX each. I asked her specifically how it works and she said the underwriter would gather the info and let me know what I qualify for. The manager has admitted she was uneducated and unqualified to work with customers requesting lines of credit and/or work with customer at this level of this nature anyways as additional paperwork would have been needed. I have no idea why she asked for XXXX. I asked if the process was similar to opening a credit card account where I present my credentials and they tell me what I would qualify for. She said yes, but then asked for XXXX. The manager has acknowledged this as a mistake and spoken with the employee about the mistake. In addition, I did not give her permission to send an incomplete file to the underwriter. I gave her permission to open a file and told her I was going to send work history, address proof and tax documents to her before processing, but she didnt wait and sent a 80 % incomplete application which was denied in seconds, even before I arrived home to send in documents. She was 100 % aware I was sending documents, as I sent one at the table and she knew the others would be arriving before the end of the afternoon. She didnt even write down my complete job history when I asked her too, as she said just send the documents instead. So when she sent in a application for XXXX for products I wasnt even qualified for as a non Texas card holder, she didnt even send a complete application. There was zero possibility of being able to move forward with her actions on my application. The reasons for denial were lack of address proof ( but she didnt wait for me to send in paperwork or do anything onsite to confirm address ) and terms and conditions, which I am unsure what that means. I asked her to please undo the application so it could be complete and asked why she asked for XXXX instead of letting me know what I qualified for. I went back to the bank on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX to get help fixing the problem and was there for XXXX hours. The second rep I worked with was where I was then told I couldnt open an account without an Texas ID and that I could not get a personal loan without having an account. I was also told by XXXX I would have needed to give explicit reasons for my loan request in order to be approved. Why was I not told any of this on my first visit? XXXX didnt ask any questions about my projects. The manager of the bank has admitted fault to all these pieces, but refused to help me remove the inquiry. The manager calls these training opportunities and I was told now I know for next time but in the meantime has lowered my credit score drastically for products I was incorrectly applied to and is greatly affecting me using a different institution I can actually be a customer with. I was not there to be a training opportunity but their mistakes have ruined my financial health. I would be uncomfortable being a customer of this bank at any level now with the level of incompetence and lack of knowledge demonstrated throughout this unfortunate situation. The manager has refused to help me undo the mistakes. As I shared with the management team, my request is for them to undo their mistakes, remove the inquiry and let me choose a new bank that has not been negligent. I can not move forward with the damage to my credit history their mistakes have created.

I have been a customer with Frost Bank for almost for years and until today the customer service has been outstanding. I initially opened 3 accounts in XXXX, 2 joint accounts with my wife and an individual account. Due to unforeseen circumstances 2 of the accounts became overdrawn and eventually charged off. I immediately made payment arrangements for them both as I did not want this issue to affect my banking relationship with Frost. The first account was paid in full in XXXX of XXXX and to my knowledge the second account was paid off by XXXX of XXXX. This was confirmed by a Frost representative at that time. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX. To date I have a good relationship with the bank and 2 personal accounts, a savings account, and a business account. All of which I have had for the last 2 years. I stopped by the local branch at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, TX on XX/XX/XXXX, as I always do to open another business bank account for my new venture. I spoke with XXXX, who has always been a very helpful, to get the process going. Upon his findings, he advised me that I had 2 charged off accounts and he would have to speak with the charge off department to see if he could proceed with opening a new account for me. He asked if I wanted to wait, or he could call me when he has an update. I asked that he contact me when he has an answer. I spoke with XXXX on the morning of XX/XX/XXXX, to find out that an additional account could not be open until the charged off accounts were satisfied. He stated that he spoke with XXXX in the charge off department and I needed to speak with her by XXXX or my accounts would be closed. I reached out to XXXX in the Charge off department at XXXX. I advised what I was calling for and she confirmed that there were 2 charged off accounts and should not have been allowed to open any additional accounts until those were satisfied. She confirmed that my savings and individual account were opened online, however, the business account was opened in the branch in XX/XX/XXXX. I explained to her the account from XX/XX/XXXX should have been satisfied per the representative I spoke with in XXXX of XXXX. She said there was only one payment of {$78.00} that was made on the balance and there was no record of additional payments, and this account was transferred to a third-party XXXX XXXX XXXX and I would have to speak with them as she could not take payment or make arrangements on that account. She then confirmed an account had recently charged off this month as well. I explained that there was a disputed charged from an unauthorized merchant that still needed disposition. She then stated the dispute was closed out because I had not provided documentation that was requested via mail. I advised her that I did not receive any correspondence but was willing to make payment arrangements. We began discussion for payment arrangements of {$65.00} per month beginning on XX/XX/XXXX, to be debited from my individual account. I had to attend a meeting and ask XXXX if I could call her back and she agreed. After my meeting I called XXXX back and her mood totally changed. She immediately said that she had offset {$770.00} from my savings account to satisfy the two charged off accounts. When I asked how she could do that, when on the previous call she said she had no access to the oldest charge off account. She proceeded to tell me she had the authority to do so and offset the payment. I immediately told her that could not happen as I am trying to save all the funds I can because my company is cutting hours and possibly downsizing. She didnt care and said if I wanted to keep the accounts open that is what needed to be paid otherwise, she could give me a partial credit and close my accounts immediately. I asked her why I am being penalized for Frost banks oversight in allowing additional accounts to be opened when there are charged off accounts recorded. That should not affect my business accounts as that was Frost Banks oversight and this could have been avoided just as XXXX noticed it on XX/XX/XXXX. She still did not care and showed no compassion as previous representatives had when it came to other issues I had. She proceeded to refund me {$350.00} and allowed me to transfer that amount and the remaining small amount from my savings to the remaining joint account. I continued to express the unfair treatment and asked to speak with her manager by she refused. I told her this is not the end as I will bring light to this on every platform, I can find including legal action. I then called XXXX to advise him of my ordeal with XXXX and he was stunned as well. He stated that it was his understanding that if the oldest charge off account was paid that you should be allowed to keep your accounts but not open additional accounts until all balances were paid. He stated that he would try and reach out to XXXX as well as speak to his manager and he would call me back. I am looking to have my accounts restored as this will surly ruin my ability conduct business in the future. I feel that I should not be held accountable for Frost banks mistake in allowing accounts to be opened with charged off accounts on record.

Frost Bank is incompetent, when a banks sole job is to deliver proper protection of your accounts and money and they fail on doing one of their sole jobs you have the right to be extremely concerned! XX/XX/XXXX my account had an unauthorized withdrawal at XXXX # XXXX {$1400.00} at around XXXX XXXX, I had deposited {$1200.00} the XXXX before at an atm and lost my card that XXXX. I watch my accounts like a hawk, And was about to write a check for XXXX rent that day. On the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX i checked my account around XXXX and called it in right away. Went into the branch next to my place of employment at XXXX signed paperwork necessary and they credited my account the provisional credit and i thought it was all handled! I worked at XXXX right next door and went on with my day. LATER that XXXX I get off work, and notice that {$1500.00} dollars was taken out of my account at a different XXXX # XXXX at XXXX!!! I reported that one the next day, but I had my card on me and was at work all XXXX and XXXX!! I went back into the XXXX XXXX branch and signed the paperwork again, and asked about getting a new account number because maybe that was the root of the problem due to my account being accessed without the card. I was then issued credits to my account, and went on with my day paying bills and getting a new phone and getting day to day life stuff done. Next day, they took back both credit adjustments!!! Leaving my account at XXXX!!! I called asking about it and was told the system didnt save over night, company wide provisional credits were not saved on accounts I dont know when they will be changed but should be this afternoon waited all day eventually the {$1400.00} credit went back on but the {$1500.00} did not so I called again and was told the credits werent supposed to be applied at all the {$1400.00} that you see will drop back off I asked how long this would take and he said within 10 days, and I hung up frustrated. I went on with life, borrowed money from family to pay XXXX rent and bills while I waited for 10 days to go by, it hit XX/XX/XXXX and I hadnt heard anything so I called my financial banker guy at frost bank XXXX XXXX, he said that this should all be handled by now, but I hadnt heard anything from anyone. He told me he would give me a call back and let me know what is happening but I never received a call or voicemail. I waited due to it being a holiday weekend and I went out of town to XXXX to see my family and planned on calling or hearing something on Monday. I called the frost bank XXXX XXXX location at around XXXX, I spoke with XXXX who didnt seem like he knew what he was doing at all. He looked into the account and said that the {$1500.00} dispute got denied, I can send it to my manager to look over it and you can dispute it again but you will most likely get the same results and said hed call back or that I should CALL HIM BACK??? I called back at XXXX XXXX and he was gone, another incompetent man put me on hold for 10 mins while he said he would get me in touch with XXXX. I hung up and called back and the gentleman said that XXXX wasnt there, WHY WAS I PUT ON HOLD FOR 10 mins????!!! He then told me that I should go to the XXXX XXXX and XXXX and talk to them. So I did, I gave them all the information and said it was disputed with the bank. I got the exact times for her that the transactions were made to look at the DVR footage. They jotted my info down and notes on the matter. The LP then called and said there isnt anything they can do other then my file a police report and the police decide if they want to move forward and that they cant be the ones looking at DVR footage. DO I NEED TO BRING PROOF FROM MY EMPLOYER THAT I WAS AT WORK??? I NEVER HAD BEEN TO AN XXXX EVER BEFORE WHY WOULD I START GOING NOW AND TAKE OUT THAT KIND OF MONEY WHEN I HAVE A BANK??! WHY ISN'T XXXX TAKING ID WHEN PEOPLE ARE TAKING MONEY OUT?????? DO I NEED TO START DOING PEOPLES JOBS FOR THEM BECAUSE I CAN.

FROST BANK XXXX : XXXX Disputes Case Number : XXXX According to the letter we received dated XX/XX/XXXX, in which you concluded that the fraud I fell victim to on XX/XX/XXXX, involving an amount of {$28000.00} dollars, was a legitimate transaction and therefore said amount will not be recovered, I am expressing my disagreement with this verdict for the following reasons : Firstly, I reported the said transaction on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, around XXXX pm, as soon as I noticed the charge. I called Frost Bank 's customer service and was advised to close the account and visit the bank the next day ( Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX ) to open a new account for transferring the remaining funds along with the {$28000.00} credit. I mentioned that I would be out of town for a few days and would return on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX. I was reassured not to worry, as Frost Bank would take care of me and handle the fraud investigation. On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX, the money was credited to my account, but on Sunday, it was withdrawn by Frost Bank without any notification. While I was in XXXX XXXX, Nevada, I called customer service again, and I was informed on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, that the investigation had already concluded that it wasn't fraud. It is illogical that such an investigation would be concluded over a weekend. On Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX, I visited my branch on XXXX XXXX. to open the new account and requested that the case be reopened. I provided the letter you sent me ( " Statement of Unauthorized ACH Debit Activity '' ) duly filled out, along with another letter ( " NOTICE OF NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS '' ) that notified me that XXXX XXXX had attempted to charge {$33000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, the same day as the {$28000.00} fraud. This is the FIRST INDICATION THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS STOLEN, and Frost Bank never stopped these transactions nor notified me about them, even though they were unusual transactions in terms of amount and method, as I usually visit the bank in person for significant transfers. Subsequently, on XX/XX/XXXX, while I was out of the country, I was notified by my office that a debit card payment had not gone through. Upon checking my account, I discovered that Frost Bank had withdrawn the {$28000.00} funds, claiming the transaction was legitimate. They sent me what they called " proof '' of this, which included a purchase and an order made by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX via ePayment from an email address XXXX. Later, an invoice for this transaction was generated by MOST XXXX XXXX, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MN XXXX,. We were informed that the purchase was for XXXX printed shirts, but after deposit, they canceled XXXX shirts and refunded the corresponding value using an eCheck. The merchandise was delivered to XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which is not a physical address but rather a truck-to-truck delivery. All of this information was provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX employee as, who also informed us that he is willing to talk about this matter if Frost contacts him by phone. On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested the case to be reopened, as I disagreed with the conclusion, and I am not willing to lose {$28000.00}. Therefore, on the advice of XXXX XXXX, the branch XXXX of my account, I filed a police report on XX/XX/XXXX, which I will present today. I have also engaged the services of a financial attorney to explore the possibility of legal action against whoever is responsible. Additionally, I have requested the intervention of the CFPB in this matter, as this is the entire capital my company has to continue operating. Thank you for your attention, and I hope that my bank, FROST, with whom I have been working for many years without any problems, will provide the necessary support to recover my money. XX/XX/XXXX

On XX/XX/XXXX Frost Bank wrongfully reversed a provisional credit in the amount of {$220.00}, XXXX of XXXX provisional credits they provided. Despite providing an extremely narrow window for their customers to respond to a merchant 's response to an XXXX dispute of only 15 days, Frost refuses to mail the disputes by email or by certified mail to their customers. It is as if they are set up to find in favor of merchants while they disparage their customers. In XXXX, received a mailed dispute after it was lost in the mail for weeks, less than 1 day before the deadline stated in the dispute for me to respond. I emailed a PDF copy of the envelope as proof to XXXX, to request an extension because it was lost in the mail. I requested a written response. They never responded and instead reversed my {$220.00} provisional credit. As I am writing this, I am speaking with Frost Bank supervisor, XXXX, who has me on hold while she speaks directly to XXXX Disputes. I am asking for my {$220.00} provisional credit reversal to be approved and refunded immediately. She transferred me to XXXX who originally took my dispute. On past calls when discussing the unfair deadline requirement for consumers, supervisors have told me that if I miss a deadline then they will have lost all their power to confirm the provisional credit of {$220.00} and at that point, I have no choice but to accept the reversal, without the right to appeal. I've asked several times since the onset of my XXXX disputes, for the full refund of {$31000.00} for the merchant 's Texas Deceptive Trade Practices -- Consumer Protection Act ( DTPA ) violations and violations of the Texas Debt Collection Act ( TDCA ). XXXX has said they will not refund the full amount, despite knowledge of the laws and the merchant 's admitted violations of the law provided in their responses which included folios proving that they violated both laws in charging my account. As I am writing this, I am asking XXXX to find out the status of all 27 disputes, because I have only received XXXX of them to respond to and Frost is refusing to answer to the status of those missing 20 disputes, to which the merchant has never responded. Per law, as XXXX told me, if by XX/XX/XXXX the merchant had not responded to all of the disputes, then all of those disputes to which the merchant had not responded are then to be confirmed with the provisional credit originally provided. To date, Frost has not done that, instead they have provided no answers, and only 2 confirmations out of 27 disputes with nothing but excuses to delay the process. In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX charged me in excess of {$31000.00} in excessive room rate fees, committing acts of housing discrimination by evicting us because we asked for a credit for the fraudulent charges, fraud and false billing under the XXXX, which they violated by committing acts of false advertising and false billing. False billing also violates the TDCA. In a federal lawsuit, if filed, in the event that this matter can not be resolved out of court, the damages to Frost and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, acting in conspiracy to enable a merchant to commit XXXX and XXXX violations, the relief would be for trebled plus extraordinary damages for injury including, but not limited to, damages for mental and emotional anguish and physical injury for causing me to suffer stress-related disorders including chronic XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX so severe it is now making it difficult for me to XXXX XXXX XXXX

I called the XXXX XXXX from an email that my elderly mother received to cancel our subscription for their services on XX/XX/XXXX. During the process of canceling our subscription the XXXX XXXX inadvertently refunded to our account XXXX dollars instead of XXXX dollars. I was advised that this had never happened before and he needed to speak to his supervisor to see what to do. I was asked if I could wire the money back to them minus the cost of our subscription, I said I would but I wanted to make sure the money was actually in our account. I pulled up our banking and saw a XXXX deposit from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I went to the bank after I got information on where to send it ( have documentation ) and wired money in the amount of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I got a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX the wire had been sent back to our account due to the beneficiary not accepting it, could I resend to another address, I agreed, after I pulled up our account and saw that XXXX was back in our account I also saw that our savings account still had XXXX in it. On XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX XXXX contacted me and stated that this wire transfer was being held up at the bank because it was sent to the wrong bank, could I resend to the correct bank I was upset because I was not at home and I was wanting to do the right thing and get them their money. He stated that they wanted to give me XXXX for having to take time out of my day and I was also receiving a 2 year subscription to the XXXX XXXX. I said that was not necessary and he stated that I needed to wire XXXX and he would contact me later in the day with a confirmation of the wire transfer then I would request a wire refund to get the XXXX returned that the beneficiary had already released it to come back to our bank as soon as I made a request for a refund. In the course of trying to get this corrected, they moved money from her saving account to our checking account and basically wiped out my mothers savings account. XXXX her daughter she lives with me and I am a signer on her checking account but not her savings account. This saving account was opened after my step dad passed away it was his life insurance. This account has not been touched since XX/XX/XXXX. Her bank says we were scammed and they can not recover the money. I have filed a police report, I filed with FTC, Ive filed with XXXX ( FBI internet crime complaint center and the bank has all the information, I sent them a detailed letter stating that if the bank personnel has asked me at anytime why we were moving monies from savings to send wire transfer we would have known it was a scam and maybe with our help the bank could have caught them. Im following advice to file this complaint to get help recovering my moms lifes savings. Frost Bank told us they could not recover the money and FDIC would not cover it because they felt the bank did nothing wrong! This whole thing was outside our ordinary banking habits, and neither my mother nor myself have ever even sent a wire transfer. No one ever asked me any questions. I have all documentations and names and numbers of all people involved. Banks involved Frost Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We have not turned our laptop back on since this happened and will not use it until we have someone wipe it.

XXXX at Frost Bank in XXXX, TX called me on XX/XX/XXXX to inform me that because I filed recent complaints with CFPB about fraudulent charges being made against my account bXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and seeking a refund for rent paid to XXXX XXXX in XXXX and in XXXX, TX for negligence, that they decided they no longer want to maintain the relationship with me and would close my checking account in 30 days. The result of this would generate a report to XXXX that the closure was due to my failure to properly maintain my account, when in reality I am a fraud victim who filed consumer protection complaints with a federal agency. The fact that I filed these complaints with CFPB provides me with additional protection from retaliatory closure of my account by Frost and their intent to use a fraudulent reason for closure citing my failure to properly maintain the account, when it is in fact, their failure to properly monitor my account for suspicious activity or excessive charges. They have a duty of care and must exercise due diligence in monitoring all accounts for suspicious activity or excessive charges. They never once contacted me during the period of time when the excessive charges from XXXX XXXX began to appear in XX/XX/XXXX. It is clear that Frost Bank is attempting to close my account in retaliation for my exercise of a protected right or remedy in filing complaints with CFPB in regard to the fraudulent charges made by Homewood Suites and in regard to requesting a full refund for XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX failure to provide a duty of care and negligence in maintaining the units which destroyed my personal property, Under federal law, specifically 42 U.S. Code 12203 - Prohibition against retaliation and coercion, I am protected against Frost Bank retaliating against me by wrongfully closing my account in retaliation for filing recent complaints against the bank through CFPB in regard to these matters. Filing a complaint with CFPB is a federally protected right or remedy and thereby Frost Bank is barred from closing my account in retaliation for filing complaints with CFPB or any other consumer protection agency for a minimum of 6 months after filing a complaint. Moreover, their intent to use a fraudulent reason for the closure by wrongfully citing that I failed to properly maintain my account, when in fact it is their failure to properly monitor the activity on my account, their failure to perform due diligence in monitoring my account and their subsequent failure to inform me that excessive charges began appearing on my account inconsistent with charges made in the preceding months by the same company, that enabled the fraud to continue until it bankrupted me. I had a right to be informed by Frost that excessive charges were appearing, and they failed to perform their due diligence by failing to contact me in regard to the validity of the charges.

I have three Frost Bank checking accounts that have continued to show up on my credit report as collection accounts. These accounts are supposedly from XXXX & XXXX and they all show to be checking accounts, which makes zero sense, as I never had more than one personal checking account with this bank. The only time a second & even third account existed was my Business Checking account. That said, Frost Bank is legally restricted from reporting business accounts as collection accounts on my personal credit report, yet it appears they have done so. I have asked for my account statements on all three accounts more than once and was never furnished anything. Due to not receiving the information that I am legally entitled to, I contacted Frost Bank to see if I could have this removed by just agreeing to pay each collection in full and I was explicitly told that they would remove these collection accounts if paid in full and that they would send the request immediately after the balances were cleared. Therefore, I went to the nearest Frost Bank and purchased three separate money orders and was told that the branch had to mail all 3 money orders to the collection dept in XXXX XXXX because the bank branch couldnt process payments for collection accounts for some reason. Three weeks pass and each item is still listed - each with the full balance still showing as unpaid & delinquent. I called the collection dept and they said they never received anything and then proceeded to make me feel as if I was lying about the money orders. Two days later I get a voicemail saying they located my money order payments and that they had already submitted for the accounts to be removed from all three bureaus. Unfortunately, they didnt do what was promised - all they did was list the balance as Paid Collection but they never removed the accounts entirely. I wouldnt have wasted money paying collection accounts had I known they wouldnt remove the accounts entirely because paid collections do no good for any consumers credit score. I have contacted the collections dept several times and no one will ever call me back. These accounts have undoubtedly made my overall cost or credit much higher than it would have been otherwise. I have absolutely nothing else that is negative on my report except for Frost Bank. **On the attached screenshots, you can clearly see that not only is Frost Bank still reporting these accounts as collections - but they are also still reporting each account as derogatory! **I also attached screenshots of the remainder of my credit file to represent the fact that Im not someone that just doesnt pay their bills. I have zero late payments ever and if Frost Bank would have done what they promised to do, then my score would be close to XXXX, but instead my score ranges from XXXX - XXXX. These accounts need to be removed IMMEDIATELY.

I was contacted to place an Ad in a XXXX XXXX magazine to promote my XXXX XXXX services In XX/XX/XXXX. They sent me invoices I paid with my debit card and they never produced the magazine. On the invoice it states the services I am supposed to get that I did not. I got the run around every time I called they said it was delayed. In XX/XX/XXXX I realized something was not right and I lookied onto the XXXX Website and found pages of other complaints as to the fraud that XXXX did to other people and small businesses. He took their money and never produced the magazine or their ads. I then contacted my bank to report the fraud and dispute the charge. My bank said it was past the 6 month cut off for disputing charges and they could not help but told me to file a complaint with the XXXX which I did. I finally reached an 2 past employees. One her name is XXXX, was able to reach the owner XXXX XXXX who told her he would refund the money to me. He responded to my email saying he would check into the matter and get back to me. When he finally called me he said why dont you just have your bank reerse the charge. I was honest that it was past that cut off time. He said he would check into getting my refund and get back to me. =He has not and will not respond to any of my communications anymore. I have called texted emailed and he will not respond. In XXXX of XXXX I was notified by Frost Bank that an account under my name was overdrawn. I have never had an account with Frost Bank, I called and they suggested to go into the nearest branch. I drove to the nearest branch, showed my ID and the lady confirmed that the ID used to open the recent accounts was definitely not me. She asked me to fill out the fraud paperwork online. I filled out everything asked for online and sent to Frost Bank, they open a fraud case, I even put a fraud alert on my credit bureaus. Shortly after putting the alert, I received a call from a dealership in XXXX, XXXX asking if I was at the dealership buying a car. I haven't been to XXXX in years, said my identity was stolen, to call the police, arrest the person at the dealership and that I wanted to press charges. Which they apparently never did and just let him walk out the door. I continue to receive collections notices from Frost in XXXX, I called on multiple occasions in XXXX to make sure that the case was being worked. Frost representatives confirmed it was, said to disregard the collections letters, that " it takes time for all the departments to get notified '' and that nothing is hitting my credit report. I few weeks ago, in XX/XX/XXXX, I received a collection letter from a third party debt collector for the amount owed to Frost Bank. Frost Bank has now sold the fraudulent debt to a third party. There is clearly an internal process within Frost Bank that is broken, a company of that size should have Fraud processes in place to freeze collection practices on fraud accounts and when the fraud is confirmed, the credit bureaus are cleared of the inquiries, collections, and past due amounts. -Over the past year, I have received multiple collection letters from Frost ( months after they were first notified of the fraud ). These letters should not have happened if Frost had a competent Fraud department. Is Frost just trying to get the victims to pay the debt so the victim can protect their credit history? -Frost open bank accounts in the wrong persons name, Frost should have better due diligence on account openings. XXXXFrost sold the illegal debt to a third party. Why would Frost sell debt with a Fraud alert?

XXXX SENT ME AN ACCOUNT REFUND CHECK. I DEPOSITED THE CHECK ELECTRONICALLY WITH FROST BANK ON XX/XX/XXXX, AND IT SHOWED UP AS A DEPOSIT IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ON THAT DATE. ON XX/XX/XXXX, FROST " RETURNED '' THE CHECK ( DEBITING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ) WITH NO REASON GIVEN. I SPOKE WITH FROST AND ASKED WHY AND THEY STATED THAT THE PICTURE OF MY CHECK WAS UNREADABLE IN THEIR SYSTEM AND SO THEY CANCELLED THE DEPOSIT AND DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE SAME AMOUNT ( {$1400.00}, XXXX ). NORMALLY WITH THE FROST SYSTEM, IF A CHECK PICTURE IS UNREADABLE, THEY GIVE YOU THAT NOTICE AT THE SAME TIME AND ADVISE YOU TO REDEPOSIT THE SAME CHECK AND WRITE " REDEPOSIT '' ON THE BACK OF THE CHECK AND TRY AGAIN, AND, SO I COMPLIED AND DID WHAT THEY ASKED ME TO DO, TWICE, IN CASE THEIR SYSTEM SCREWED UP AGAIN BUT BOTH ATTEMPTS SHOWED UP IN MY ACCOUNT AS " DUPLICATES '' AND SO BOTH " REDEPOSIT '' ATTEMPTS FAILED. I SPOKE WITH A FROST ADVISOR, XXXX, WHO ADVISED ME THAT I HAD TO SEND THE CHECK SNAIL-MAIL TO FROST 'S XXXX BANK-BY-MAIL DEPARTMENT '' IN XXXX XXXX, TEXAS WHICH I DID ON XX/XX/XXXX, BUT, BEING IN XXXX DURING XXXX, IT WOULD NOT GO OUT UNTIL XX/XX/XXXX. ON XX/XX/XXXX, I CALLED XXXX TO TRY AND GET THE CHECK CANCELLED AND HAVE A NEW CHECK REISSUED, BUT THEY STATED THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND THEY COULD NOT DO THAT. BUT THEY DID SAY THAT THE CHECK HAD BEEN PROCESSED ON THEIR END ANYWAY. I RECONTACTED FROST AND THEY STATED THAT THEY HAD RETURNED THE CHECK AMOUNT TO XXXX AND NOTHING FURTHER COULD BE DONE. SO I AM CONTACTING YOU IN CASE SOMEONE WITH AN OPERATING MIND CAN FIX THESE CODING PROBLEMS AT FROST AND XXXX. BOTH FROST AND XXXX HAVE SO THAT THEIR SYSTEMS CAN NOT HANDLE A SLIGHTLY MORE COMPLICATED, SINGLE OPERATION. FROST APP DID READ AND DEPOSIT THE CHECK INITIALLY, BUT SOMEHOW FOUND SOME ERROR LATER INSTEAD OF THEN AND THERE, SO THAT THEY " RETURNED '' THE CHECK AND DEBITED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. WELCOME TO THE 21st CENTURY WHERE THE BANKING SYSTEMS ( BOTH ) CAN NOT EVEN SIMPLY DEPOSIT A SINGLE CHECK. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I applied by phone with Frost loan rep and completed application. I was told later that they were unable to open up a credit report with XXXX. I contacted the company and they assured me there was no problem and that the merchant needs to call if there any problem. I never had a freeze alert on my credit report but once again Frost attenpted to open file and came back with some result. I once again contacted XXXX and they told me it was not a problem on their end. They reset my file and now it been ready for review but I asked Frost bank to run my file again and they claimed same problem and made no effort to seek solution to them being unable to open file. I requested for XXXX to provide me with my report and at the same time Frost bank claimed they was attempting to work around this by seeking an answer thru their tech department. When I received a call from Frost rep they claimed they still was not able to open account and I asked why want they consider the other reporting agency 's file. They claimed it was their policy only to use XXXX. I then get a call from Frost bank rep claiming since they were unable to open file and they gather since information from somewhere they was offering me less then the amount I requested. I was applaud since i have a great deal of credit history no past due all paid as agreed and enough income to support the amount I requested. I requested XXXX and they was trying to counter with XXXX without no just cause other then that what we decided. Thurout this process it appeared unfair and unjust since there was no cause for concern with any prior loan or line if credit I have. My debt to ratio is only XXXX on one credit card and my income is XXXX. You do the math and determine why this stall approach and then offer an counter after they claimed they were unable to review my account. They made several hard line inquires as well and have avoid the main question why was they not able to open my account. And how are they making a decision based on no account now.

I had several debit card transactions for a XXXX cruise drafted out of my account. I opened up a dispute in XX/XX/XXXX. The reason I booked this cruise was because of the advertisement of famous artist that would be present on the ship and they would also perform. The artist wasnt there, so therefore I entered a claim XX/XX/XXXX with my bank for services not rendered. I personally went to my bank and presented evidence. I called periodically regarding my claim and each representative gave me a different time frame for my claim to be resolved ( XXXX days ) I was advised that if they could not receive a response from the merchant, I would receive my money back. Each time I called, the merchant had never responded. Today XX/XX/XXXX I called and they advised me that they closed the claim because XXXX has a 60 day time frame. But the time frame for services not rendered was immediate after the dated service, inwhich was XX/XX/XXXX. The date was also on the provided evidence. Not only that, I didnt make a visa transaction and visa is not the merchant but the cruise line is. They were so called able to reach the other merchant on my other claim so they gave me the money back for that one because it was a low amount im assuming. But on this one, the merchant wouldnt respond so the found an excuse that doesnt apply under a services not rendered claim. Both claims were entered at the same time and for the same reason. The the excuse they found should would have applied to both claims instantly. The excuse they found after making me wait 3 months to not pay me is worse than fraud and is pure deceit. Nothing was given to me on credit, I paid my money. The last representative stated I can just file a police report against XXXX. She also stated she would have a branch manager to call me, and i never heard from them.Again, this is NOT A VISA TRANSACTION and VISA is not the merchant that took my money.

On Thursday XX/XX/14, I mobile deposited at check with Frost Bank around XXXX XXXX CST, after I deposited the check, I noticed that my mobile banking locked up and I couldn't access it anymore. I then called customer service and tried to see why my bank account was locked and why I couldn't access it. I was then told by a customer service representative that since my account is a newly opened account, they could not put a hold on my account, so they ended up freezing it for the time being until the check issue could be resolved. The representative then got me in contact with a banker from Frost Bank. The banker asked me if I could get a contact number for my employer to have the check that was deposited into the account verified. She then stated that, if we could not get the company to verify the check, she would then have one last option which was to call the banking institute that my employer used for the checks. The banking institute is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. So the problem is I definitely understand the whole thing about the banker not working over the weekend because it's her off days, but I've called her several times yesterday to see if she at least tried to call XXXX XXXX XXXX like she said she would to get my check verified. I've already waited for weeks for my employer to send out the check to me, but now to have issues with depositing it as well. I need my money and I'm frustrated because the representative who helped me Friday assured me that once she came back from her weekend off days that she would help me get the check verified. Yesterdat when I called her she basically just ignored me, and come to find out that she could have helped me, I'm frustrated when I mobile deposited the check it said that I would have to wait on XXXX business days, but it's been more than a week.

When the initial federal student loan pause was commenced i continued to make voluntary payments until around XXXX of 2021 when I was made aware that i did not have to make the payments and in fact could receive a refund for the voluntary payments i had made since the pause had began. The refund amount was sent for {$1700.00}. My Loan servicer, XXXX company, sent out the refund check and it was lost in the mail. The loan servicer required 90 days to elapse before a new check can be issued. After the 90 day wait time a new check was issued however this check was intercepted and fraudulently cashed.XXXX XX/XX/2021 I cooperated with the loan services providing an affidavit that was notarized indicating that I am willing to press charges to the fullest extent of the law against whomever fraudulently cashed my check as well that i was not involved. This process with XXXX was initiated almost a year ago approximately. I spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX and his supervisor XXXX and explained my situation. XXXX advised me that i need to contact XXXX company 's bank, Frost bank for additional information. I did reach XXXX XXXX ( relationship XXXX at frost bank ) I again explained the situation and was advised that now XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( where the funds were fraudulently cashed ) is causing the delay in the fraud investigation. 1. Frost Bank committed identity theft against us by opening an account using our identifying information without our permission. This is evident in the enclosed email correspondence in which I was accidentally included on by one of Frost Banks loan processors. The email was sent on XX/XX/2023, during a time when we were still determining if we wanted to move forward since our closing was scheduled on XX/XX/2023. According to the email, Frost bank had already opened a loan account and requested to be added as a loss payee on our flood insurance policy BEFORE a contract/credit agreement was signed. Frost Banks conduct violated the CFPA prohibition against abusive acts or practices because they took unreasonable advantage of our inability to protect our interests in selecting or using a product or service by opening a line of credit account without our knowledge and consent. 12 U.S.C. 5531 ( d ) and 5536 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ). My wife and I had not agreed to open an account without first reviewing the terms of the credit agreement. 2. Frost Bank included an Authorization For Payoff ( enclosed ) in our closing documents for an auto loan with XXXX XXXX. We did not sign since we are not required to apply the proceeds from HELOC to an auto loan. The loan processor at Frost Bank stated we are required to use the HELOC to payoff the auto loan if we want to move forward with obtaining the HELOC. This is a violation according to Section 50 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( Q ) ( 1 ), Article XVI, of the Texas Constitution which states : LOANS DESCRIBED BY SECTION 50 ( a ) ( 6 ), ARTICLE XVI, OF THE TEXAS CONSTITUTION MUST : ( 1 ) NOT REQUIRE YOU TO APPLY THE PROCEEDS TO ANOTHER DEBT EXCEPT A DEBT THAT IS SECURED BY YOUR HOME OR OWED TO ANOTHER LENDER.

I set up a money market account to protect my money. I was contacted on XXXX to purchase a product. I purchased it using XXXX. Once I sent the initial transaction, I was told they didn't receive it. I sent it again and was then told I needed to add more fees. I was then threatened to send more. Once I realized in was a scam, I tried to get it stopped, but I believe some of the transactions were not even authorized on my end. I went to my bank, they opened a case or so they said, and then a few days later demanded I close my account and move on. As you can see from the transactions I am about to list below, " just moving on '' is not right. I was scammed. I have the text messages to back up everything. This is not a small amount of money. Frost bank and XXXX have just thrown up their hands and said " oh well ''. Date. Amount. This is by far the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Everything from the " customer service '' to their disputes process is lacking. I filed a fraud dispute with Frost Bank on XX/XX/23 from the total amount of {$920.00} and credit for that dispute was given on XX/XX/23. It's now XX/XX/23 and I noticed the credit was reversed and contacted frost were I have spoken to a tolls of six different representatives and each is giving me different contradictory explanations with no real reason, even the account manager XXXX was absolutely no help what so ever. I am now out of nearly XXXX dollars due to the incompetence of this bank. To make matters worse, the customer service rep told me I should work with the merchants on getting the funds back from them, mind you these are unauthorized charges NOT made by me so how in the world am I supposed to go about that when I have no information on the details of these transactions. I was a victim of fraud and frost is treating me like a criminal. They are refusing to work with me throughout this process dispute telling me previously that I can send in additional information to assist in reconsidering my case. I filed a police report and offered documentation as proof that my money has been compromised but Ive only been met with rude and dismissive attitude from this bank. How can you threaten to close a customers account because you are incapable of doing your part in protecting their money especially while charges are in dispute.

On XX/XX/2023, " XXXX '' charged my Frost Bank, Texas valid and active checking account with an old, cancelled debit card that had been used for the free trial site which I had already cancelled within the allowable time frame for cancelling the free trial. This charge and date was about a year after the free trial ended. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX used an old, cancelled debit card for this transaction. Frost, rightfully so ( XXXX XXXX ), declined the {$59.00} charge but still listed it as " Pending '' on my currently valid and active checking account, but did not decline ( XXXX XXXX ) the accompanying {$1.00} fee. Even though the debit card charged by XXXX was old AND HAD BEEN CANCELLED aboutb a year ago, FROST ( XXXX XXXX ) APPLIED IT TO MY CURRENT, VALID AND ACTIVE CHECKING ACCOUNT. I CONTACTED XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ) AND THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ANY CHARGES, SO I WENT BACK AND CHECKED MY FROST CHECKING ACCOUNT. BY THAT TIME, THE " PENDING '' {$59.00} CHARGE HAD DISAPPEARED, BUT NOT THE {$1.00} CHARGE. IN SUMMARY : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX USED PREDATORY PRACTICES TO WRONGFULLY CHARGE ME FOR A CANCELLED AND UNWANTED SERVICE WITH AN INACTIVE DEBIT CARD, AND XXXX. FROST ( XXXX XXXX ) ALLOWED THIS ILLEGAL DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH AN INVALID DEBIT CARD WHICH HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH A YEAR-OLD TRANSACTION HOW MAY A BANK ( XXXX XXXX ) ALLOW AN ILLEGAL CHARGE TO BE APPLIED TO A NEW, VALID AND ACTIVE CHECKING ACCOUNT FROM AN OLD, CANCELLED DEBIT CARD?

Good afternoon, I am wishing to file a complaint against Frost Bank, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX, TX XXXX for unfair banking practices and under the Fair Housing Act of XXXX Earlier this day, I came into the Frost Bank location ( address listed above ) to open a checking and savings account for myself, XXXX old and to establish a new community financial institution for security of my funds and much more. Upon entering the location, I was told to wait, and was pointed to sit in a conference room and wait to be seen. After 30 minutes or so, I was greeted by a representative ( who did not offer to move us to a private office ) but asked for several pieces of identifying information which I provided. After hearing some mumbling between her and another colleague, she returned to me and said, " Unfortunately, we can not open an account here for you. We did not run a credit check, but we use a XXXX, and your score was a little lower than what we accept. '' I asked her, " How is that possible. I've never owed anyone, my credit score is well above average, and all of my banking accounts are with XXXX XXXX. '' She didn't respond, she just nodded her head, as I was speaking and smiled. '' Before leaving, she did not offer any resolution, and no information was given to me to investigate this matter further. Not only was this unfair, but having my son with me, to see how to open an account, and I had no explanation for him, was even more disheartening and embarrassing.

I was informed by several people that operate businesses in the same category as mine that Frost Bank would be a good choice for my banking needs, since they had accounts currently operating with this financial establishment. I reached out to my local branch around XX/XX/XXXX, and later had a meeting with the Senior VP of Business Banking XXXX XXXX. I explained my business needs, why I had decided to sever my relationship with XXXX XXXX XXXX, ( keep in Mind I have amazing Credit, zero delinquencies, along with an excellent banking record ). I provided Frost with any requested account information, financials, and a list of all current customers. Upon review of my customer information, Frost decided that they did not feel comfortable opening an account for me based on the fact that my customers were not all in Texas. I don't know who can really operate an only local business and survive in todays economic conditions. The problem I have here is that I know other businesses, exactly the same as mine with Frost accounts and good standing relationship. These business owners also have accounts across the country as I do. Frost is blatently discriminating against my business because it requires me to use my own cash that I must withdrawal from their branches, and they do not want to deal with providing that service to a customer. Very disappointed with a local bank built on the backs of small business owners like myself, not willing to work with me or my business.

My company XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) applied for a PPP loan on XX/XX/XXXX with my personal banker XXXX XXXX ( Frost Bank XXXX Tx ). All of my workers were 1099 misc workers which made up the majority of my payrolls. My application was approved and funded on XX/XX/XXXX. At the time my application went thru and was approved 1099 misc workers were allowed to be used for payroll on the PPP loan. I submitted for forgiveness in XXXX of XXXX. My bank came back and said the loan couldn't be forgiven because the new rule that came in effect after my application was submitted and approved stated that independent contractors ( 1099 misc ) could not be used towards PPP loans. I received my loan and dispersed the monies exactly as intended by making sure all of my workers had a paycheck each week to get there bills paid and to stay afloat. This should fall on the banks shoulders as the loan never should have been funded if it was not going to be forgiven. I have been sent a business loan payment notice in the mail and i have a payment of {$59000.00} due on XX/XX/XXXX. I do not have this money to pay them back as the monies from the loan were depleted long ago after i received it. I will attach original loan application along with everything i submitted to the bank back in early XXXX. I will attach my loan forgiveness application as well. Thank you

On or about XXXX XXXX I purchased an airline ticket from a merchant called XXXX XXXX. The merchant issued my ticket for {$2500.00} but under incorrect last name. I made So many attempt and wrote so many emails to the merchant asking them to either correct my name so I can use the ticket or refund my money. On numerous examples they kept telling me they are correcting it on 48 hours and one email from them even clearly indicated I can Cancel and get my refund but when I attempted To do that, they refused to issue me the refund! I spoke With Frost Bank and it quickly escalated to management, a lady name XXXX XXXX who is a manager over customer service and dispute department. She issued me a credit so I can use that to purchase another ticket which I did From XXXX. XXXX even tried to contact the merchant two -three times but she didnt get any where with them either! Three months later they reversed the credit drawing my account to {$2600.00} NEGATIVE to the point I cant Even pay my rent now! I have Provided all the evidence to dispute department but they havent even bothered to investigate this correctly and throughly saying the transaction was VALID! This is breach of their fiduciary duty to me as their customer causing severe financial distress. I need Then investigated and resolve by providing favorable outcome in the interest of justice!

I have been with Frost Bank over 5 years. Someone deposit fake checks into my account. Frost bank did not protect me at all. My account has NEVER been froze before, my account has NEVER been delinquent before and last but not least I have NEVER deposit checks into my account. Frost Bank allowed one of the fake checks to clear then went into locking up my account after they had already transferred the funds. As a long term customer I would have expected them to call me before releasing any funds off my account because as of today they open me a new account, I deposit my payroll check in that new account and they froze this account now as well stating they wanted to verify the check. My payroll is an active check and now after 8 hours they want to release the funds. I have not been able to eat today, get gas or feed my children. Frost Bank should have protected me in the first incident because now they have falsely held my payroll check today. Not to mention the only reason my payroll is in a check form is due to the first account being closed out I couldn't get direct deposit, it had to come in a check form. I have took a {$4000.00} lost from the first account of fraudulent checks. and now got my payroll check held. I'm not a happy customer after so many years of loyalty to Frost Bank and I will assure to push this out as far as I can!!!!!

No response to the following written request sent on XX/XX/XXXX ... XXXX XXXX XXXX ( my mother ) passed away several years ago on XX/XX/XXXX. Attached is her death certificate and Last Will showing me as her independent executor, sole heir and beneficiary. It has recently come to light that the above referenced account may have gone dormant. It is necessary this account be reactivated ( If applicable ) and I be added as her replacement signatory to conduct the necessary business matters associated with this checking account. A followup was sent certified on XX/XX/XXXX ... Although I would ask why I wasnt afforded the courtesy of a response to my letter of XX/XX/XXXX ( copy enclosed ) the more pressing matter is that which was the subject of the letter ; My request to have my named added as a signer to the account so the business matters associated with that account can resume. I purposely have not included another copy of my mothers last will and death certificate trusting the documents sent mid-May have not been lost or misplaced but rather simply not acted upon. Should you need replacements, notify me of such and arrangements will be made to forward duplicates. Use any of the means below to reach me. I have had absolutely no response to either pieces of correspondence.

I sent correspondence to Frost Bank 's corporate office on XX/XX/2021 and then again on XX/XX/2021 when my letter from XXXX was never responded to. In the letters ( attached ) I submitted a very detailed and important merchant dispute totaling {$6800.00}. I called repeatedly to check on the status of my correspondence and the Frost Customer Service people would tell me they do not see a letter received but I need to give that department 90 days to process. I continued to follow up and went to a branch in XXXX in XXXX TX and spoke with a representative named XXXX and she told me no letter was ever received and the amount of time to dispute has now past. I sent a letter to the CEO of Frost Bank about the situation and they referred it to a XXXX XXXX. She advised me they located my letters but they were never logged or processed and they can use this as a training tool to keep it from happening again. However, Frost has not reimbursed me for their processing error. In good faith I have entrusted Frost to handle my financial transactions and they need to be responsible for financial correspondence that come to them or be liable for their errors. I need Frost to reimburse me immediately the {$6800.00} in question.

I received a call from Frost Bank and they left a message for me to call them back. The lady I spoke to was XXXX XXXX and she was trying to confirm that I had opened an account with them this morning. She said they have been getting a lot of fraud accounts lately. I said I have not done that, I am at work. She explained that someone tried to open an account online and she said they even had my correct address and even my drivers license number. I didn't give her any information because I didn't know if you could possibly be a fraud person, but it did not seem that way because she was able to confirm all my information. The only thing the fraud person put incorrect was my phone number, so she searched it and that's how she was able to leave me a message, hoping that I would call back. She was able to stop everything and close the account. She suggested I make a report with the Federal Trade Commission for identity theft. I am glad I was able to stop everything, but now someone has all my information and I don't know how. I do not share this with anyone. Please be aware that someone is trying to steal my identity. This is the last thing I need. Thank you so much for your help with this!

On XX/XX/2023, I contacted Frost Bank for a home equity loan. I was given the rates and told they can change daily but are locked in when I complete the application. I received a confirmation e-mail with the rates and process at XXXX. I immediately completed the Frost online application process and uploaded the needed documents. Their system shows that I completed the application on XX/XX/XXXX. After XX/XX/XXXX, they sent documents with a higher interest rate and I questioned it over and over with no answers. The loan officer is now trying to tell me the " weekly rates '' changed on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX and I got those rates. I questioned his e-mail stating the rate is locked when you complete the application and he said, " yes, but you completed it after XXXX. '' His e-mail does not say " by XXXX '' it says the rate is locked on the " date '' of the application. I completed the application on XX/XX/XXXX through their automated system and sent an e-mail confirming I had completed it. Their system shows the date of XX/XX/XXXX. His e-mail says " weekly rates '' but doesn't say their week ends on Monday at XXXX and the new rates start at XXXX Monday night.

The frost branch in XXXX, TX called me to my personal cell phone and left a voicemail by representative XXXX. In her voicemail she stated she was calling me to follow up on a bank account I supposedly opened. I searched for the official Frost banking website and called their toll number. The toll number operator searched my physical address and stated an account did not exist with my physical address. He did confirm there was a rep by the name of XXXX in the XXXX, TX branch. He suggested I contact the branch. I then contacted the XXXX branch and was transferred to speak with XXXX. I told her I did not authorize a bank account to be opened but she asked me for my social security number so the account opening process would not follow through. I told her that I did not feel comfortable providing my social security information over the phone. Days later, I received a notice stating an account had been opened with my information without my consent. Frost bank violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by opening an account without my permission I never provided any PII, identity documents or signed any papers allowing for authorization.

On XX/XX/2022, {$3100.00} was withdrawn from my checking account in person from the citizens branch of Frost Bank. The ID used was not verified properly nor confirmed with the person using it to withdraw my money, which is a horrible mistake of security by a bank whose job it is to protect my money. I have yet to receive my money back in either a credit nor actual amount and it has caused me intense financial harm. I am currently going through full identity theft and have provided them with an ample amount of information to prove it was not myself who withdrew the money including having my manager provide a time stamped set of job information pertaining to my workplace and a set of contacts that could confirm I was nowhere near the area when the withdrawal happened. They have refused to answer my calls and have not provided me with any information regarding the claim in 4 days. The bank made a grave mistake and it is now costing me more than it would have in the first place if they would have refunded my money and instead I am unable to pay my bills because of their corporate protocols.

On XX/XX/2022 my debit card was stolen phone the airport my wallet my luggage. I have called in at least twice since then to dispute the fraudulent transactions that were placed on my debit card. Frost has refused to provide documentation or any prove that they have disputed the transactions correctly. The first time I disputed the represented Said they disputed but I had to call in a second time only to find out there was no dispute on record. After I disputed the fraudulent transactions in XX/XX/XXXX they said that it would take 90 to 100 days to process. Frost refused to provide a provisional credit for the fraudulent transaction. I have lost quite a bit of money in my account and its not fair that nothing is being done as of right now. I had provided proof for the claim I also have documentation from the airport stating that my luggage was stolen. I am very upset because I feel like Frost isnt trying to do anything about it as of right now and I would like this corrected. The provisional credit is needed due to the amount of time that I have to wait and the money that I have lost.

I attempted multiple times to correct an error in a closed account that was reported to the three credit monitoring agencies. After opening an account at a different bank, I used the remaining balance and threw the debit card in the trash. This was apparently picked up and then used multiple times without my knowledge. Transactions that never should have been approved were up and until the amount exceeded $500 in charges. Final bank statements are included in this complaint. The overdraft fee dsclosure that clearly shows me opting out of overdraft services is attached. And finally, the bank's own disclosure regarding overdraft fees in which it states "if we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined" is include, meaning by its own admission, none of these purchases should have been authorized at all. Yet they were and then were reported to the credit agencies. The bank is in violation of 12 CFR § 1005.17, in violation of our contractual agreement regarding overdrafts, and in violation of its own stated policies. This debt is illegitimate

Frost bank called and informed me of a banking account that was opened fraudulently. I have a credit freeze on all 3 credit bureauxs and this last week I lifted the freeze because me and my husband are applying for a loan for an RV. I received an email from frost bank stating an account was opened and I thought it was spam so I didnt look into it further. I received the phone call today from frost bank. I was told the account was opened using all of my information including social. I am concerned about this because when I lived in XXXX, Tx my car was stolen along with my identity a police report was filed but Im not sure if they found the people and I never got my stuff back. I had left my wallet in the car so my social and drivers license and passport were all in the car when it was stolen. This happened in XXXX of 2018. The banker said they used my XXXX address to open the account. I am concerned that the people who opened the account are the people who stole my car. The banker encouraged me to file this report. The account opened was not opened by me.

I wish to file a complaint against Frost Bank. I am being fined and having money removed from my account because Frost and Visa are refusing to accept a refund for {$300.00} from a merchant acting in good faith ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I was told the bank was not aware of any attempt of a refund from around XX/XX/XXXX and so I had to spend {$75.00} calling the merchant. The truth is that the bank declined the refund, and is now saying it is Visa that did it. After going to two branches and making numerous time-consuming calls to finally figure this out, Frost issued a credit for the refund because they could see the merchant did indeed attempt to send it several times. The next day, the refund was rescinded, and I was charged an overdraft fee. I was then told I would be responsible if the merchant did not try a fourth time to issue the legitimate refund the bank refused to accept. This is unacceptable, and not my fault, so I should not be charged for Frost 's and/or Visa 's failing to accept the money back. Please help.

I stayed at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on an extended stay with a charge of {$120.00} per night from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. Over the course of this time, more than {$6000.00} in unauthorized charges were assessed onto my debit card by XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. Most recently, I used my XXXX XXXX points to stay the last 10 - 12 days. XXXX XXXX, received over {$400.00} per night from my points and I was guaranteed a {$0.00} balance due for these days. However, I learned that after we checked out again without authorization or a balance due of any kind he drained my bank account of all but {$210.00}. Today, my balance is {$0.00}. He charged in total for the entire stay, over {$50000.00}, of which at least {$6000.00} was unauthorized. I have reported this to my bank and have also copied my bank on my email to XXXX XXXX asking for him to immediately reverse the most recent charge, which happened after my XX/XX/XXXX checkout. He has not responded.

I called and emailed them that all the transactions made on this day ( XX/XX/ ) were unauthorized. Frost temporarily credited my account. After the claims case the bank decided not to return the fraudulant unauhorized transactions that were made. I would expect that Frost would return my money being that the bank is FDIC ensured. Further Under Regulation E, I would expect them to return my money, being that the charges were unauthorized and I let them know that within hours of the transactions being made. Further, I filed a police report with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 's REPORT NUMBER : XXXX.

On XX/XX/2023 I disputed XXXX separate transactions with my bank ( Frost Bank ). The fraudulent charges were from XXXX and stores based in a different city from where I live. I had lost my card and so I canceled it. I got a letter in the mail last month stating that these XXXX transactions were denied as fraud and so the provisional credit was reversed. On XXXX my bank account was charged back three separate times in the amounts of {$140.00}, {$73.00}, and {$43.00}. I appealed this with my bank again but was denied on XXXX according to the last banker I spoke with today ( XX/XX/2023 ). I never received this information and since I want to appeal it again I have to wait till Monday when the Fraud Department is in the office. I am pretty sure my ex used my card and made these purchases, I don't understand why my fraudulent claims are being denied. I want my money back.

Frost Bank did a hard pull on my credit without my consent. I inquired about a loan at a branch, gave all my personal information and asked to have my file sent to an underwriter. But I never agreed to have my credit pulled. No disclosures were given to me and no consent was obtained verbally or in writing. I called Frost Bank after a hard credit inquiry appeared on my credit report to have it removed. They were going to speak with the branch banker who had only ever taken one application prior to mine and get back to me. I called three times, spoke to employees in various offices, and a woman promised to get back to me. I told her this was clearly a regulatory violation ( FCRA and Regulation V ), reporting a credit inquiry without having obtained consent or providing disclosures. Please ask Frost Bank to remove this incorrect information from my credit report.

Frost Bank is reporting 2 charged off bank account balances on my credit report as if they were loans and they have reported each account as Unpaid for over 35 months, which is significantly effecting my credit score. Frost Bank set-up the account as a construction debts account in our behalf with the builder. The builder began to misappropriate funds and mismanage the account. The Bank fired the builder, and now we want to know if the account was insured by the bank for theft and fraud, and if so, buy whom or what federal agency.

A CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS OPENED AT FROST BANK AS A RESULT OF FRAUD ; IT WAS NOT I THAT OPENED THE ACCOUNT NOR AUTHORIZED IT. I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS MATTER AFTER RECEIVING A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM FROST BANK IN REGARDS TO ADDING OVERDRAFT PROTECTION TO THE FRAUD ACCOUNT. WHEN I CONTACTED FROST BANK, THEY DID NOT WANT TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION, BUT ADVISED THE ACCOUNT WOULD BE CLOSED, AND THEY WOULD PASS ALONG MY COMPLAINT TO THEIR FRAUD DEPARTMENT.
