XXXX XXXX XXXX was acknowledged an escrow surplus of over {$3800.00}, but has refused to return it even after numerous calls, emails, and other written requests. Each time they assure we they will cut a check and it will be there in 7-10 business days, but the check never comes and my escrow account still shows the surplus.
