After checking my credit report on XX/XX/2022, I learned that there is are two supposed bills in collections, both apparently held by the following debt collector : Credits, Inc. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OR XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX info@creditsinc.com The statement shows a bill owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a {$350.00} balance and a bill owed to one XXXX XXXX for {$98.00}. I emailed 'Credits, Inc ' at the above email and left my contact information. They replied back via text, stating that my balance is {$1500.00} - and to click their link to 'make the payment '. They would not say who the original creditor is for this supposed bill. I replied back several times to them asking for an explanation of what the bill is for and they will not answer me. When I view their website, there is only a page to put in a credit card. I have no intention of sending money ( especially a large amount ) blindly to someone. If I indeed owe a bill of any kind, I want to get it paid via monthly payments. However, I require a detailed accounting of who the money is going to first. This company 's refusal to respond to my repeated requests makes me suspicious as to the very real possibility that 'Credits, Inc ' is a scam.

Credits , Incorporated XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Oregon XXXX. Phone XXXX or XXXX has been repeatedly attempting to collect a debt, they initially purchased from XXXX XXXX. I had {$3.00} in my XXXX XXXX Checking Account. XXXX XXXX accepted a debit charge against my XXXX XXXX Checking Account in the amount of {$250.00} & have since added {$7.00} in interest charges for a total of {$250.00} ( they took the {$3.00} in addition & the balance of the charge to XXXX XXXX was {$250.00} ) they claim I owe them. I do not have overdraft protection & specifically opted out of that offer. I never approved the purchase. Why would XXXX XXXX accept a charge of {$250.00}, when my account only had a balance of {$3.00}?

Credit Inc of XXXX, OR claims they sent one letter for a {$100.00} medical collection, I never received any communication from them regarding this debt, when I called I was advised she is sorry I didn't get the letter but I could pay the debt and it would still remain on my credit as a paid collection. It is completely unfair that a company can ruin someones credit over {$100.00} medical bill with no proof they sent you a letter. I have good credit and would never jeopardize my credit over a small medical bill. I also intend to pursue them in court if this is not removed. There company reviews online seem to have people saying the same thing.

CREDITSINC has placed a medical bill on my credit reports that do not belong to me. I've contacted them and the medical facility. They both admit this is not my bill, that it is my ex-wifes, whom I've been divorced from since XX/XX/XXXX. They refuse to delete it. Its {$130.00} dollars and its my only negative credit listing. They flatly refuse to remove it. Preferred property tried to charge me {$4000.00} for a broken window and I argued the cost down to {$400.00}, paid it and left the unit. I am now hearing that I am being charged over {$4600.00} by a company that claims to have bought the debt, I asked for proof and they immediately sued me without providing proof. I did not receive notice that I was being sued and was defaulted against. The company suing me and is named Credits , Incorporated - based in XXXX, Oregon.
