I originally call credit report phone number customer service to get information on getting my credit repaired the young lady I initially talked to spoke with she missing for me of the complete procedure and time frame on how things were going to be reflecting on my credit it was not explained to me that with the challenges 6 challenges per view or per month that it could take you know 60 to 90 days for a response of resolution for each one of those before they add on a whole new challenge the next month so it was not told to me that in total I would have to pay a minimum of two to {$300.00} per challenge just to figure out if I would have a resolution or not I called back to this company to cancel the service is well within the first 2 weeks that I was told that I could originally cancel the services and and at the time it was supposed to be cancelled and never was the representative I called back to speak with to cancel the service is she was extremely rude as well and told me that I would be getting charged like {$190.00} and some change change and I informed her that I had already cancelled the services that I had already put a block on my debit card from this company and I see today that they have still charged me {$190.00} and some change I have disputed this with the company directly I have called several times I even email them and ask them to stop you emailing me and harassing me texting me you know because the last representative I spoke to on the phone she was an extremely rude person but this was supposed to be cancelled well within my first two weeks every time I call in to this company they say will you have two weeks to cancel then they said oh you only have 5 days to cancel and its back and forth and today they have charged me {$100.00} XXXX {$4.00} as well as XXXX a late charge or something like that when I ask to speak to a supervisor I 'm told that a supervisor is n't available or that I 'm putting on an extremely long whole time or just hung up on this is unacceptable to me I will as well be found a Better Business Bureau complaint and in the process of retaining an attorney to litigate this matter as well this company has defrauded me they have lied to me about services that would be rendered they have lied to me about the time frame they have given me false expectations of the service that they will be providing they have done absolutely nothing that constitutes any type of charges in this amount other than the initial {$16.00} that they charge to get my original credit reports every time I call in to this company they give me different feedback different stories everything with this is supposed to be cancelled back in the first or second weekend of XX/XX/XXXX when I first called them to even start up this surface but I am in no way going to sit here and be defrosted and scammed by a credit repair company that is here forcing me to try to continue Services they even sent me a misleading email saying what if I continue Theta wave the first XXXX dollars or something like that of that nature as well so I am just not accepting this at all from this company and in very upset in this matter that they have defrauded me and I could have been with an honorable reputable company and having my credit repaired versus a company that wants to scam me and rip me off and still my money

On XXXX XXXX 2017, I signed up for credit repair services with creditrepair.com and prepaid before any work was performed on my behalf. I contacted creditrepair.com to have one disputed negative item removed from my credit reports.

On XXXX XXXX 2017, I paid {$14.00} to send my three credit reports.

On XXXX XXXX 2017, a total of {$99.00} was paid for credit repair services which according to creditrepair.com included " credit challenges sent '' to the credit bureaus. I am unsure what credit challenges entailed.

On XXXX XXXX 2017, I faxed documentation to support the billing reporting errors for the negative account and this was done to assist creditrepair.com in getting the negative account removed since my billing statements and what was reported by the credit bureaus were not a match.

On XXXX XXXX 2017, another {$99.00} was paid for " credit challenges sent '' to the credit bureaus.

On XXXX XXXX 2017, I received notification of credit reports received. Although, I already submitted my credit reports on XXXX XXXX 2017, creditrepair.com continued to send my credit reports to the bureaus as late as XX/XX/XXXX.

On XXXX XXXX 2017, I received notification of credit challenges sent again but no evidence of these letters. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I repeatedly asked creditrepair.com for proof of the work that they were doing for me. As of today, I do not have this information.

On XXXX XXXX 2017, creditrepair.com informed me that they were unable to get the negative account information removed from my credit bureau reports and closed my account. I was also informed that the supporting documents ( credit card statements from the negative account ) indicated late payments which creditrepair.com was unable to handle.

On XXXX XXXX 2017, I informed creditrepair.com that I NEVER disputed late payments. However, I hired the credit repair service to dispute the MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT AMOUNT on my statements versus what the credit bureaus were reporting. This information does NOT match. According to the FCRA information reported by the credit bureaus should match ( 100 percent ) what is reported by the creditor.

Creditrepair.com lied to me as well as misrepresented what their capabilities were with regard to disputing negative information reported by the credit bureaus.

I suffered ID theft at the hands of XXXX XXXX XXXX where they used my social security number for someone else 's account in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. This cause severe damage to my 35 years of perfect credit. I hired XXXX XXXX to help me. They did a very good job at getting this fixed but in XX/XX/XXXX they lost legal representation in my state of North Carolina. This left me with no choice but fixing my scores on my own and cleaning up incorrect credit information. I did pretty good with most of my left issues with the exception of dealing with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. They are a major issue and totally unresponsive. Therefore, at the beginning of this year I hired CreditRepair.com. They said they could help with all my remaining issues. Instead, I discovered they are hard to get in touch with. Their people do not follow though or do anything. Their departments do not work in harmony with each other too. As a result, my credit scores have been going down instead of up even though I have not missed a single payment on any of my responsibilities. When I called them today I found a recording saying their staff was in meetings and their phone system hung up without taking a message. I tried using their chat function and that showed they were closed today during normal business hours. So I sent them an email message saying I wanted a complete refund and for them to stop charging me. They need to deal with my request immediately along with fixing their issues or be investigated and/or shutdown as a service. I am also very concerned about the security of all the financial information I have shared with them too!

CreditRepair.com are a bunch of absolute scumbags. I went to them for help and they stole money from me. I went to sign up and was told in 30 days I would be charged {$99.00}. Instead they took out {$200.00} the next morning ... and refuse to give me the full refund. I have called both XXXX AND CreditRepair.com and both have been complete XXXX. XXXX said there is nothing they can do and CreditRepair.com swore to pay me back in full and have refused. To just put you into perspective of how infuriated I am ... I've called about this every 2 days and today CreditRepair.com made me wait an HOUR AND A HALF ... on the phone and not one person answered. Also they never reply to emails, live chats or even XXXX. They are complete XXXX and I want my money back. And XXXX? Thanks a lot for doing literally nothing to protect me from fraud, why am I a customer again? Congrats I'm not anymore. No files are attached below because CreditRepair.com never sent me proof of the conversation confirming the full refund. Huge Surprise.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I signed up with creditrepair.com to repair my credit. On XX/XX/XXXX, I cancelled the service, but 2 days later, was charged a further {$99.00} despite my cancellation. The reason I cancelled the service was because I was not being made aware of any work actually being done, despite numerous requests. In total I paid {$300.00}. After cancelling I have repeatedly asked creditrepair.com in writing and over the phone, for a list of items they removed from my account but they have refused to provide it. I have requested a copy of my file and they have refused to provide that too. What they have offered to provide is a copy of my old report and current report - with the insinuation that the difference is down to them - however that would be inaccurate as I have since hired a different credit repair agency who may have made any said changes. I believe Creditrepair.com charged me {$300.00} and did not make any deletions to my credit report.

I went to credit repair.com to fix my credir. Ive been paying them for almost a year and at first they were helping and my credit was going up but suddenly my credit dropped down dramastically. I called a lawyer regarsing a different problem and she brought to my attention that creditrepair.com is not actually liscensed in the state of connecticut. Now i would like my money back for misleading me into thinking they were able to help when in fact they didnt and honestly couldnt because they are not liscensed in the state i live. The lawyer that i spoke to has tried to call credit repair and no one has responded or even picked up the phone.

Offered me an agreement for XXXX service for me, then said add my wife and we will give you the XXXX and your wife free if she signs up too. So I did, but they started taking out 2 payments of XXXX, in XX/XX/2019 and my wife never caught it because of health issues and I'm gone on the road ( XX/XX/XXXX ). Tried to talk to them and said that they would only give me XXXX back on the more than 600.00 they took. Can't afford losing that much. Tried to talk to another person a hour after and they said computer was down. This all happened XX/XX/2019.

I have tried to reach out to them and talk about what they are sending to the companies that have put my accounts to collection that wasn't my purchases. And Credit repair is sending the wrong information to these companies and is taking {$100.00} a month from me for almost a year and nothing has been done. They sent a letter to me instead of the companies, and it said sorry for my late payments, im trying to get a loan. And that is not what the issue is at all. Please help me

I have been charged with a fee of XXXX dollars to cancel the account at Creditrepair.com. During the sign-up process, the telemarketing agent did not mention any activation fee of {$99.00} ( I was told it is monthly subscription fee ), but now when I asked to cancel the account they came up with the idea that it is in the contract and that is how they do it. Please look into this issue and let me know if you need any more information.
