I returned a call from creditors specialty northwest incXXXX on XX/XX/22 and advised of a debt with my daughter for a rental. I was told, after the person went through a list of names before getting to my daughter, that they had spoken to her on XX/XX/22 about a settlement and that my daughter stated that she was going to look into getting a loan. I was then advised that I was going to be affected and that her boss told her not to play around with us and he would just sue us. I ended the call at that point, sent an email to request a conversation with her boss and am now filing a complaint for being threatened.

Creditors Specialty Northwest Inc. has sent me 3 written notices. None of which have included a statement describing my right to dispute the debt. The first notice instead states : " In your own best interest, we urge you to pay this account immediately. Please contact this office and make arrangements for taking care of this legal obligation. '' Put simply, they never provided a statement about my right to dispute. If anything, their first notice vaguely threatens that if I do not pay them, I will face legal consequences.

They have called my work multiple times, XXXX XXXX ( or XXXX XXXX? ) With Creditors Specialty Northwest. I work for a government agency and told them they can not call here. Last month I submitted another complaint against them, because they called my cell phone 2 times in 10 minutes, and my work during that same 15 minutes. Just now at XXXX XXXX they called my work again, and my coworker answered. They called twice and my coworker told them it is absolutely not appropriate to be calling my work place.
