Received numerous attempts to collect debts alleged owed by Creditors Service Bureau, asked for verification of debt, verification of debt not provided. Was provided copy of computer print out & screenshots but nothing substantiating debts listed are legitimately owed by us or are otherwise substantiated as evidenced by numerous errors listed on print out such as ( 1 ) Last name not spelled correctly ( listed as XXXX ), our last name is spelled with TWO " XXXX '' s indicating the debtor/s were not concerned about accuracy ( 2 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX is listed as one of the parties owed money to by my wife however she has never used XXXX XXXX, my wife went to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX during the time frame alleged she owes money to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( we were also not married until XX/XX/XXXX so i do not feel its fair to attempt to collect a debt owed by my wife prior to being married ) ( 3 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX - we used a midwife XXXX XXXX XXXX based out of XXXX, KS for medical services not the hospital system her contact info is : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KS XXXX United States p. ( XXXX ) XXXX ( 4 ) XXXX XXXX services - we do not use them, we have a XXXX in XXXX XXXX which is not the same XXXX

I currently have an complaint pending against the company. As stated in my intial complaint. This account settled by my health insurance and i have been writing to each of the credit bureaus about this account since XX/XX/XXXX. I had Insurance! I was covered by my parents policy XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX and have held XXXX insurance of which I was covered under up until I was XXXX yrs of age ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I acquired my own insurance in XX/XX/XXXX when i turned XXXX yrs of age.
