This account showed up on my XXXX credit report. Unfortunately this has been unnoticed since XXXX this debt was never verified and is been hidden for along time in XXXX that I did not check, until now. My XXXX score had been damaged significantly, as result of this Collection that I knew nothing about and after a bankruptcy discharge in XXXX, XXXX.
1. This account with date of service XX/XX/XXXX, has not been verified, and no documents that ascertain the validity of the account had been received.
2.- I used XXXX for my health needs and I do not work with providers who are not willing to work with XXXX, by default paying out of pocked is not an option for me.
3.- During the intake interview I was told that they were willing to work with " XXXX '' for this service, and I agreed to, only if this was to be covered by the them.
4.- The medical provider agreed to work with the insurance as a condition to perform the service during the front desk initial consultation.
5.- Why they accept patients with insurance that they do not work with?
6.- Gov. XXXX announced that he will be suspending laws that permit the service of administrative process as part of consumer debt collection proceedings.
These measures are intended to assist those impacted by this emergency and in need of temporary financial assistance, said XXXX XXXX, Secretary of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation I will be more than happy with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to come to my aid and on my behalf during this dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to Creditors Protections Svc after I had noticed a collections mark on my credit report. I spoke with a collections specialist by the name of " XXXX XXXX '' I had explained to her I wanted to make a repayment agreement and established a payment amount. When it came time to take my payment jnformation she asked who I banked with, I asked her was I not able to use my debit card? She then stated I was not able to because the payment amount was n't over {$100.00} which was the amount I would need to pay to use a card transaction. I then stated to her you guys sure do make it difficult to make a payment. XXXX then stated to me " that 's what happens when your account is placed into collections it 's not sweet '' I tried to speak the rep then spoke over me would n't allow me to speak, I asked her if the calls were recorded she kept telling me they MAYBE recorded. The rep was extremely unprofessional I asked to speak to a manager she told me there was n't any available. I asked her for a team lead, supervisor, manager, assistant general manager, or the general manager she advised me that no one was in the office that there was absolutely no management or anyone else that I could speak with. She claimed her managers name was " XXXX XXXX '' and that she would have her call me back. The representative then hung up on men

Today I spoke with 2 individuals ( one named XXXX ) at CPS- Credit Protection Services , but I called back after hanging up on the first young lady as she was rude. I was informed that they could not send me another statement for services that they billed me for in XXXX. I'm not certain how a company is calling to collect on a debt that they are not willing to redisclose information on to the owing party but this practice is extremely alarming and frustrating. I was told I would have to write them to request a statement, something that is also alarming. I will not be paying anything nor requesting a bill for services they claim I had.
