I had my XXXX around XXXX 2012. I was sent to XXXX for my XXXX. After my results were sent to my doctor, she insisted I came in to see her. When I got there, she told me I was fine and should continue with my vitamins. The next thing I saw was a bill for coming in to hear the results for my XXXX. Note that I had already fully paid for my XXXX This is information that she could have told me over the phone, by mail, email or even put on my online account with her Practice. I have explained to the Doctor 's Practice ( XXXX XXXX 's XXXX ) that I dispute this bill and that they were free to take me to court if they felt otherwise. Instead they have continued to harass me with invoices and through a collection agency called Creditor Claims of America , Inc. I have advised this agency in writing and through phone calls that this debt is disputed but they continue to harass me.
