I initiated services with Credit Guard of America for assistance with current financial situation. As a customer of Credit Guard many years ago, I was considered an " existing customer '' and was told I had to work with the Reinstatement Department. By being an " existing customer '', I was informed by XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX that I had to provide him with the list of creditors to include. My original conversation was with a XXXX XXXX ( sp? ) who pulled a credit report and provide it to XXXX. In speaking with XXXX and when I was informed to provide the list of creditors, I asked him if he received the credit report from XXXX. His response was somewhat to the effect of : Yes, but I ca n't do anything with that. You need to tell me which creditors, the account numbers, the balances. According to their website, " One of our credit counselors will start by taking an in-depth look at your various unsecured debts to help prioritize where your money should go. '' When I then told XXXX that I was just asking to make sure that XXXX had provided the credit report, again, he says in a very disrespectful and condescending tone that I need to give him the information to input into his system. So essentially, I am calling a credit repair/debt management service for assistance yet I am being told to basically do the job they supposed to be doing for me. At this time, I told XXXX was not no longer interested in dealing with Credit Guard and hung up as I was not going to continue to listen to XXXX speak to me as if I 'm an imbecile. Then, I received calls from a ( XXXX ) number and after receiving multiple calls without the caller leaving a voicemail, I answered one of the calls and the caller identified himself as XXXX from Credit Guard. After receiving this call after having told XXXX that I was no longer going to deal with Credit Guard, I left a voicemail with XXXX, as she is only direct line I have for someone at Credit Guard, informing her of the calls I 've been receiving, of my experience with XXXX, that as a customer and one that they make money off of that the behavior from XXXX was completely inappropriate, requesting that I never be contacted from Credit Guard again and that if I was contacted again, that I would sue them. Likely this was probably not the correct statement as I 'm not sure what I would sue for, but in retrospect, I should have indicated that I would be filing a compliant and that was ultimately what I meant to say. So, after leaving this voicemail, I then get a call from Credit Guard, so I answer. This is XXXX and the connection was not steady for the first minute or two of the call. I said " hello '' about 4 or 5 times. When I was finally I was able to hear the caller, his response was " Well for the second time this is XXXX from Credit Guard ''. The customer service at Credit Guard is horrific and dealing with another " snide comment '' as I told XXXX was completely unacceptable. I told XXXX to remove my name and that I was not to be contacted again but he just could n't let it go. He had to continue to tell me that the reason why he was calling, even after I explicitly told him not to, was because Credit Guard would n't call from a XXXX number. I told him, I did not care and that it is up to Credit Guard to investigate and determine why their name is being used in potential scam calls. I told him again to not contact me and that I will never deal with Credit Guard again and disconnected the call. Again, XXXX called and I declined the call sending XXXX straight to voicemail, which I will retain as it further demonstrates Credit Guard 's inability to speak to consumers and potential clients appropriately and how my voicemail was inappropriate but had the audacity to state that he " would love to speak with me '' if i did want any further assistance.

I contracted with Credit Guard to help me to pay off a dental bill along with some credit card bills. Credit Guard had stated the they would pay off the bill in full along with some other credit cards. I would pay {$93.00} a month for 36 months. I was at my dentist office today and they were not paid in full as they should have.
