A company listed as Creditech, with a mailing address of XXXX, PA has reported a debt of {$690.00} on my credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX. I was unaware of the account until XXXX of XXXX When I was reviewing my credit report. Upon reviewing my credit report I sent a certified letter to Creditech requesting debt validation, not verification, pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA.The information requested is standard to prove the debt is owed by me and was specified in the letter. As I had not received any initial contact by Creditech I was exercising my rights to protect myself and requested that they stop collection practices and credit reporting until I received the information requested and had time to verify the validity of the debt. The letter was received and signed for but the request has been ignored. Additionally I filed a XXXX complaint to try and get a response from the XXXX XXXX XXXX which was also ignored. At this point they are in a direct violation of my rights guaranteed under the FDCPA for 1 ) not sending any kind of correspondence to initiate a debt collections act, and 2 ) for failing to respond to my request for debt validation, additionally they have continued to update my credit report, reflecting a balance owed and negatively affecting my credit report.

Creditech a debt collector destroyed my credit score by the way they report delinquent sewer bills. I have one sewer bill for the last thirty years that I make payments on. On my credit report the debt collector reports separate accounts for each year. I looks as though I have never paid anything on three separate accounts. They are destroying my credit. the dates are XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX ... credit report is showing four separate accounts as delinquent. Today XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to Creditech representative to complain ... number one this is a tax that is not subject to credit report. number two I have been paying XXXX a month on one account ... ... for a property at XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, PA not 4 separate accounts.

XX/XX/2019 i paid XXXX XXXX XXXX off. It immediately fell off of XXXX and XXXX.
Never fell off of experian.
I call the debt collector 9 Months later and ask why its not off. They say i still neeed to pay it. So now they claim its being reported to all 3 agencies monthly. But the only agency that has any information on it is XXXX.
Now i cant get ahold of experian. And the debt collectors just want me to pay. When i know i payed already. Now i have the creditor telling me one thing. And every credit report company out there Is telling me another. I will from now on make sure i keep all receipts of any payments i make

Credittech is still trying to collect {$1700.00} on a medical debt that wasfor a procedure for my son XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX , XXXX . After trying to fight this medical collection with credittech because I do not owe this money I need help. My credit has suffered greatly. I contacted my insurance company to see why this was not paid and they informed me that the bill they received showed a 100 % provider discount with no money owed. This debt therefor is not valid and I have suffered because of it. Attached is the explanation of benefits that was provided to me from my insurance company.
