I filed for bankruptcy in XXXX of XXXX. I have endured the penalties of a low FICO score for the past 10 years, including high interest rates, high insurance rates and impacts to employment. I was looking forward to having the bankruptcy finally removed from my credit report and having a high score and low interest rates, but my score has barely moved since the bankruptcy dropped off my credit report. Today, according to XXXX my score is XXXX. I contacted XXXX via Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on XXXX, but XXXX refused to take responsibility for the FICO score they are providing to lenders, saying it is the fault of the individual lenders. Therefore, I am including CreditWise and XXXX XXXX in my complaint that XXXX and CreditWise, a credit reporting company of XXXX XXXX, are artificially keeping my credit score low and continuing to punish me for my bankruptcy. ( Attached, please find snip 1 ) As mentioned earlier, there was no increase in points after the bankruptcy was dropped from the credit report. However, as shown in snip 2, XXXX and Creditwise decreased my credit score by 36 points. Snip 3 shows the reason for the decrease in points is due to increase in debt. But as mentioned before, {$110000.00} is not due to personal loans, but to student loans, on a income driven repayment plan with XXXX. My monthly payment for this {$110000.00} is {$120.00}. The increase is debt is also not correct because it does not take payoffs into consideration. I took out a new car loan for {$13000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, after my 2016 XXXX XXXX was totaled in a car accident, which wasnt my fault. That means the loan for the XXXX was paid off, which is not included as a point increase. A debt consolidation loan taken out for {$7000.00} on XXXX that was completely paid off early on XX/XX/XXXX also was not shown as having positive points. There also seems to be some confusion about a car loan that I took out on XX/XX/XXXX. This loan was never actually funded. As you can see from the below clip, it was canceled the same day it was taken out. Therefore, this loan should not be a factor in my credit report score as shown by Snip 4 After submitting my complaint to XXXX, I rechecked my CreditWise account today, XX/XX/XXXX. It shows that my score increased by 2 points, because of debt reduction, but no other positive points, even though it shows that 3 recent inquires are no longer on my record, as shown by Snip XXXX And somehow, since filing my complaint on XXXX, my credit score has now been dropped by 43 points, instead of 36 a week ago, as shown by Snip XXXX How can a credit score drop by an additional 7 points when all I did was pay bills on time? ( Actually, Im not sure if the drop was by an additional 43 in a week. ) Perhaps the CreditWise simulator can explain that. I used a CreditWise tool called a simulator, in which you can enter different scenerios to see how it would impact my credit. Paying on time for 2 years, LOWERED my credit score by 14 points. Please see Snips 7 and 8. If paying on time lowers a persons credit score by 14 points, which is a positive thing, one must consider that CreditWise and XXXX XXXX are artificially keeping my credit score low. As I stated in my previous complaint, over the past 10 years, I have had two late payments, which were due to a debt consolidation loan in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX, CreditWise and XXXX XXXX do not consider having a good repayment history is a good thing. I would think that only having two late payments in 10 years, after filing for bankruptcy shows character and a willingness to make sure their credit improved. And yet, XXXX, CreditWise and XXXX XXXX are not acknowledging any positive steps I have made to improve my credit.

Hello. I need your help. When I received my stimulus check of {$1200.00} dollars I paid two credit cards off. hoping to better my credit score and purchasing power to buy a house.. One card from XXXX and the other from XXXX XXXX. Creditwise is connected to XXXX. The Creditwise app asked me to look and update my credit information. Before I pushed the button on my phone.my score with them was XXXX. I paid off 2 credit cards and my score went down 61 points! This upset me greatly. I called XXXX to find out what happened they called creditwise because the score drop was alot.. No answer. I called creditwise a few days later talked with an agent she couldn't understand why the score dropped and gave me to her supervisor and she could not understand why also. I receive a note from creditwise with a graph showing the points that dropped. They congratulate me for ontime NO LATE PAYMENTS for 43 months. As you can see it took years to achieve a perfect record for payments. And because I paid off the credit 2 cards with the lessor amounts I lose XXXX points? I did not cancel the cards. How is that FAIR? TO ME THIS RUINS ALL THAT I WORKED FOR,. THE TIME USED, AND THE THINGS I SUFFERED. JUST GONE! When I first started out to improve my credit score, I got a platinum card from XXXX XXXX.my score was about 640. I made a couple of purchases to get the account going and the card usage was not close to the 30 % and in about 3 months later I looked at my credit score and it went down to from about 640 to XXXX. I lost XXXX points, I called and called and called, Creditwise and XXXX and I could get no answer, except they said they don't know why, for such a great drop, That was from the personnel I spoke to from both companies Now I'm faced with the same thing. My points dropped alot and I made ontime payments.for 43 months, and that's what they told me from creditwise. I use the XXXX account to buy a camera to make videos. the payment was {$42.00} a month for 12 months for {$510.00} starting from XX/XX/2020. I received a statement last month stating I have to make payments {$81.00}. Why the change? I don't know. This is the month of XXXX and I owed {$410.00}. This is surely a bad deal. So I paid them off with the stimulus check.along with the balance from XXXX XXXX card. And that's when My Score took a serious and unfair dive. I did noting wrong to deserve this action. One more thing. I used the platinum for XXXX XXXX I had paid off, And I used the card for XXXX XXXX and I gain 8 points! Please HELP! I need it badly ... Is this punishment for paying creditors?

I owned my XXXX credit card since XX/XX/XXXX ( 100 % payments, never late ). In XX/XX/XXXX I have changed my name, which I have informed XXXX and they send me a new card with my new name ( not sure if it's relevant, but that was the last time when XXXX XXXX stopped reporting on Credit Wise ). XXXX : In XX/XX/XXXX I have been informed on CreditWise that my credit score dropped 50 points ( just made my 100 % payment before the due date, no other changes were made to my accounts at that time ). When I studied closely my credit report on CreditWise, I have found that XXXX payment was reported from XXXX, and also myXXXX XXXX XXXX reported ( only on CreditWise ) debt over my credit limit. However, my financial aid ( latest from summer XXXX ) was reported correctly and other XXXX XXXX was also recorded correctly. The CreditWise website mentioned that thay have pulled the information from XXXX credit report company. I have immediately checked my XXXX account, where everything was correct. I have also pulled my credit reports from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, where everything was also correct. To sum up, everything was completely correct, beside Credit Wise report of my XXXX XXXX account ( not reporting from XX/XX/XXXX ), and the amount ( even over my credit limit ) of my XXXX XXXX, which I haven't used for over a year. So, I have been advised to send a letter explaining this problem to XXXX, which I did. Nothing happened until XX/XX/XXXX, when I have try to use my credit card, which was declined. I immediately called XXXX XXXX. I have called them 3 times more to XXXX XXXX. They told me that my account was closed, so they can't tell me anything. I have even been promised by manager to call me about this problem. Later, I have received a letter that they find my claim FRAUDULENT (? ) and they will close my account. I have tried contact XXXX XXXX again after I have received the letter, and I have been told : " We have been advised to not to tell you anything ''. I understand that credit card companies can close an account without a reason, but I want to know WHAT WAS FRAUDULENT? As my credit score dropped 100 points, I want to know what actually happened?

For the past year, or more, scince changing phone and changing to new phone Number, I 've been receiving intimidating, harassing, threatening leagal action against myself if I do n't respond : by various debt collection Agencies, claiming it is regarding ( I believe ficticious ) a person - XXXX XXXX..? Attached to this phone number..? At first I tried to understand and set the record straight about I 'm not this person, I did n't write this ( ese ) bad check ( s ), and they always promised they would correct their records and take my phone number off their call list. It would be a couple of months and then the calls would start over and it seems other collecting agenies would be added, as if they must be passing my phone number and the erroneous information on this " bad debt '' to other new collection agencies. I 've contacted my phone carrier, XXXX/ XXXX, who only suggested changing to a different number ( at my expense/inconvience ) but as they recycle numbers, they can offer no guarentees of who or what might be attached to the new number..? This last month and a half I 've logged up to XXXX Voicemails of these intimidating harassing Phonecalls and contacted them and they '' ve continued with the same lie that they 'll correct their records and remove my phone number from their call list. A particular one - XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX & phone # XXXX XXXX XXXX & # XXXX XXXX XXXX referencing some file # XXXX after just promising yesterday XXXX XXXX 2015, to update and correct their records proceeded to call with their intimidating, harassing phone calls again today the XXXX XXXX 2015.

Due to COVID, I lost my employment. As soon as the CARES Act was created by the government, I applied to receive delayed payments in XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX approved of my application, and my mortgage payments were entered into forbearance guaranteed by the CARES Act. I was issued a ninety day forbearance. When that was about to expire, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX again in XXXX, and I was issued another ninety day forbearance period. My forbearance was guaranteed until XXXX. I sold my house on XX/XX/XXXX, while still under forbearance. Yet, my credit company notified me that my credit report now had a 90 day delinquent payment reported to them. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to make them aware of this, but they refused to change it- despite the documentation that I have to prove that I was in forbearance under the CARES Act during the missed payments. I have settled the loan- paying it off in full prior to the expiration of my forbearance. Therefore, there were no delinquent payments, and I would like to have that removed from my credit report. Please see attachments for proof of my correspondence with XXXX XXXX XXXX, the payoff requests, the fact that I was in forbearance and any other pertinent information. Thank you.

My journey into the world of scams, fraud, and identity theft has been going on since XXXX of 2019 and maybe even before. My credit card was maxed out and got that fixed, but now my credit report has information I have not authorized or had no knowledge of. Starting XXXX XXXX of 2019 inquiry for credit cards from XXXX different companies was put on my credit report. XX/XX/2019 I have an incorrect address and an unknown address appearing on my report. XX/XX/2019 a name that is not my own is being used under my social security number. I did not know any of this was going on due to the fact my bank had blocked me from accessing my accounts that are connected to my credit wise that I use to check and keep track of my credit. I have not applied for any new bank account until XX/XX/2019 and that is with a bank close to my own home. And certainly have not applied for a new credit card.

I have credit wise account attached to my XXXX XXXX account. Today XX/XX/2021, when I went to check my credit score update there was an alert on my account. when I checked the account it said another name was associated with my social security number. The name stated was XXXX XXXX. Credit wise said they received this information on XX/XX/2021 but this was the first time I was informed. An account is being shown on my credit report as negative and delinquent, when it's been paid off for nearly 3 years. It was a XXXX XXXX card that was lost, and forgotten about. Eventually it went into collection unbeknownst to me. Once I was contacted by a collection agency, I paid it off immediately. The collections company is not listed on my report, so I have no way of contacting them. How long does my credit need to be punished for this? It's been long paid off. I have never missed another payment on any credit card or loan in a very long time. I'm climbing out of a credit mess, finally with good credit, yet this is still holding me back.

XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX credit card are reporting twice and sometimes three times a month, lowering my credit score purposely. The XXXX of the month is when my prepaid is due and reported. The XXXX of the month is when the XXXX is due and reported. Since XX/XX/2018 the reporting has been repeatedly during a 30 day period when its only to be once a month.
