XX/XX/2022 Credit Supreme was hired to help with 1 discrepancy on my credit report. XX/XX/2022 I contacted XXXX XXXX to inform him that both letters had been returned to my home ( evidence attached ). The letters sent were " GOOD FAITH '' letters, not professional debt removal letters. Per my initial consultation with XXXX, I explained my attempts with removing this information on my own and made him aware that good faith letters and direct disputes with XXXX XXXX credit card XXXX have already been attempted and a more aggressive credit repair was needed. The discrepancy was improperly disputed. Every letter Credit Supreme sent to XXXX and XXXX was RETURN TO SENDER ( per the evidence attached ). The credit bureaus have no record of a dispute attempt for the item in question. I requested a REPLACEMENT round of letters to be sent out. XX/XX/2022 I called XXXX to check the status of my new round of letters being mailed out. He assured me they were mailed out the day I inquired about them, XX/XX/2022. I asked for proof, but he declined. XX/XX/2022 I received ANOTHER letter from XXXX that was returned and stated a dispute has not been initiated due to Credit Supreme sending the letters on my behalf. I made Credit Supreme aware of this and asked for it to be rectified AGAIN. Per XXXX XXXX, he was not going to send out another round of letters for " round 1 '' because the " round 2 '' date was a week or 2 away ; even though I had already paid for the initial round and the bureau never processed the disputes. I was charged for services that were not rendered properly. The letters being return to sender and the disputes never being filed means that services were never rendered at all. I asked to cancel the membership. XXXX 's confirmed my cancellation via text. XXXX I was charged for services after making it clear I wanted the product cancelled. Due to the 1st round of letters never making it to the credit bureaus to be processed and Credit Supreme refusing to replace round 1 letters, there were no services rendered! I asked for a refund, Credit Supreme declined. I disputed the charges with my card company and I was found to be not liable under the guise of " paid for services/items that were never received ; services not as expected '' Credit Supreme sends out a wrongful collection to my XXXX credit report for a fee that shouldn't have been charged due to the letters being returned and them refusing to rectify the issue to satisfy the service I paid for. XX/XX/2022 a collection was added to my XXXX credit report by 12 Credit Supreme LLC. I have no affiliation with this company. Per further research, they are reporting a debt belonging to someone else with a similar name living in the same city I reside. Supreme Credit LLC continues to " verify '' the debt of someone elses account on my credit report. Said person has a totally differently last name. I now have an " alias '' name reporting to my credit report with a last name and addresses i've never been associated with. COLLECTION AMOUNT : {$67.00} In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C 1681 & Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C 1692 12 CREDIT SUPREME LLC has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1692 Section 805 A States a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known to be inconvenient to the Consumer 15 USC 1692 Section 806 Section 5 Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.

I paid a {$99.00} startup fee in XXXX of 2022 under the impression that this company would help me repair my credit. I then paid them $ XXXX monthly following that initial ( illegal ) {$99.00} startup fee with NO results. I asked XXXX, who was the woman in charge of my file, to schedule a call with me so we could go over what actions shed taken and what shes been doing behind the scenes so I can get a better understanding of how this company works. She was elusive, unresponsive, dismissive and passive aggressive when I asked for more information. When I tried to cancel the agreement in XXXX of 2022, XXXX ( the manager ) said it would be in my best interest to work with them another month and that I would be doing myself a great disservice if I cancelled then. XXXX promised me that if I work with them for one more month and there were still no results, I would qualify for the money back guarantee. Fast forward to XXXX of 2022, still no results, no improvements, and no evidence of them working to improve my credit on my behalf. I asked for services to be cancelled immediately and for my money to be returned and XXXX responded, Im sorry it doesnt work that way. I am demanding a full refund of the money I have paid to this fraudulent company including the illegal startup fee.

XX/XX/2021 - This company Credit Supreme LLC guaranteed results within 30 days and did not deliver. I gave them 3 months to assist and they did not. They have no right to place a bill in collections on my credit report, we had a month-to-month agreement and I canceled. I did not sign a long-term agreement. I was not impressed with customer service, they never answered my questions but instead told me not to worry and danced around the question. Truthfully, if this collection is not removed, I will take further action. Because this was placed on my credit file, it has prevented me from buying a home, which I am in the middle of. This is ridiculous. Who are they? How dare they? This company is terrible, and they should not even be in business.
