on XXXX/17 I called to pay off a debt, paid it in full and asked for the paid debt to be deleted/removed from my credit report. I was told it would. I called back to day XXXX/17 after pulling my credit and saw that it was n't and asked for a supervisor ( Credit solutions - XXXX, XXXX ) and he said it was company policy not to delete or remove from credit reports, he said that if the previous call recording proved that I was promised such thing - he would honor it. So I said, you are capable, please just do it, by your company policy do you realize you are keeping people from getting on with their lives. He then tried to shame me stating that it had been 2 years since the bill was put to collection and the only reason I was paying it now was because it was in collection- stating clearly that he felt he understood why I did n't pay the debt until now.. I stopped him and told him he would not turn this around on me and asked him again to please take it off my credit report. I should not have to explain why and ambulance bill quickly went to collections and then why it took so long to pay it. It is none of his business and it is bad business practices to refuse to clear the debt off the credit report.

Credit Seaseme showed I had an amount in collections with that I do not believe I owed. The debt was previously with XXXX. I called credit solutions and asked for a verification letter on XX/XX/2020. XXXX from credit solutions stated they already sent one, but it was an old address. They should not have had that address since I updated it with XXXX and all communication should have gone to the new address. I asked for a new one, the woman said she could not send me another letter. I stated that was illegal, and she said that the software used to send letters was down so she wasn't sure how long it would take to be sent one. I asked if it would continue reporting past due in the meantime, she suggested I talk to her supervisor. I was sent to the supervisor voicemail and have not heard anything back. They never asked for my updated address so I do not know how they will send me the debt verification.

have received repeated phone calls from XXXX XXXX for Credit Solutions, XXXX of Kentucky requesting I call them to give information about some debit. I have talked to some one at this company twice at XXXX. Initially when I called about 2-3 weeks ago ( unfortunately I did not record the date ), the man I talked with didn't even have my phone number recorded. According to him, the company was not looking for a " XXXX XXXX '' in XXXX, Fl. .It was supposed to be resolved than. Tuesday, I again, received another call and called back, once again, getting a man who was going to resolve.this issue. I told him the next phone call would either be to this agency or my attorney. Today, XX/XX/ between XXXX and XXXX I received another call. I do not owe any debts to anyone. My concern is that I will have some of my accounts could be garnished. I would appreciate any help that you could give me

I received a threatening telephone call today from a collection agency named XXXX XXXX XXXX ext # XXXX. The female collections person stated that I owed {$550.00} on an old credit card with XXXX XXXX. The collector said that if I don't pay the {$550.00} today then she would start calling my job and harassing me. The female collector also wanted me to give her my debit card number and I told her no that and that if I owed this debt I asked her to send me a statement via email she would not comply. I also told her if I owe this debt then I would pay by check depending on the payment options that they can give me once it is verified that I owe this. Can you provide any assistance? I don't want this collector to call my employer, harass me, and I wind up losing my job.

I paid credit solution {$100.00} to fix my credit and the company never did anything. they never send me no documents I spoke to the cwustomer service of credit solution and the lady told me that she sent me papers and the paper never arrived to my address I send her through XXXX XXXX a message of a picture that I received from XXXX that she was going to remove that specific account " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX " a year passed and i never recived no documentations and no proof of that account that was deleted. She says that they already deleted A XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX credit report and I never had that account on XXXX I only had it on XXXX she stole my money and they do n't want to give me back the money or they do n't want to do the service neither

Received A robo call at XXXX today from a company called credit solutions ( XXXX and this lady come on ask my name and ss # and says I owe {$450.00} from some pay day love and I had committed check fraud and I ask her what bank and when did this happen she said in XXXX at a bank I stop using in XXXX and I ask her how did that money get in that bank in XXXXshe said she did n't so ask her not to call this number until she had her facts correct, then at XXXX robo call my job and someone came on and stated the same line and again I ask the not to call my job until they had their facts right and the she said I would be serve at my job or home and I told her that I would report this as soon as I get off the phone.

On XX/XX/XXXX I signed a contract or agreement with XXXX XXXX to settle credit card debt I had on three credit cards. I paid them {$18000.00} in monthly installments of {$820.00} over 20 or 22 months to resolve my debt. They took my money and did nothing to settle my debt. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a summons/ law suit from XXXX XXXX XXXX and agreed to a settlement amount of {$6000.00}. XXXX XXXX sent me a check for {$3800.00} to assist in this agreement. Now, I still have 2 other credit card accounts with outstanding balances they agreed to fix that are being reported negatively on my credit report making it difficult to make a big purchase at a reasonable interest rate.

On XX/XX/19 a representative from Credit XXXX Solutions called my phone trying to reach my husband pertaining to a debt for XXXX XXXX. When I advised the rep that I had no idea when we could take care of the debt she proceeded to ask me about my tax return. It was at this time I informed her our tax return is going to a down payment for a new home. It was at that point she said well I'd hate to see this from stopping you from buying a new home and if this is reporting it will ... That is when I proceeded to inform her that was threatening language according to the FDCPA and terminated call ... She informed me all calls are recorded so there is record of the call.

This car was a lemon the transmission went out after 1 month of me having it. This company refused to work with me to get the car fixed. They wanted me to pay for it myself. They wouldnt even put it on the back end of my lease. I continued to pay while trying to get it fixed, Eventually I told them to pick the car up because I cant use it. I discussed with her that when I return this car I will no longer have anything to do with it and I dont owe you all nothing because this car was a lemon she agreed and came to pick the car up. It was never repoed but they are reporting it that way and they continue to report missing payments to this day

Balance is XXXX to different collection agencies. Was paying the hospital XXXX a month and they still sent me to collection I didn't know this and want to know where the money went that I was paying a month never received anything from the collectors cause I thought I was in good standing cause at least I was paying something towards it and now they are on my credit reports in collections. I don't think it's right since I was paying and they debt was only 4 months old before sending it to collections. Now I'm getting phone calls at all hours of the day everyday from collections

Called number listed to my spouse. When I answered Hello the rep said Ms. " XXXX ''? I said again Hello? Rep continued to state this is XXXX from Credit Solutions calling as a follow-up to letter sent in XXXX ( didn't catch exact date ) regarding an outstanding balance. XXXX then asked to verify if speaking w/correct party - did not confirm if I was in fact Ms. " XXXX '' or not before disclosing letter sent on an outstanding balance.

I attempted to despuite this information on my credit report. And was informed that is accurate. In which it is not. I never had a cellphone with this company. I have had problems with my identity being used with out my knowledge in the past. my information was stolen a few years ago. And ive been having to deal with unknown accounts on my credit report from sometime know.
