XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX To hear a video about this complaint, please use the XXXX link provided above. On or about XX/XX/2022 ( Date may not be actually correct ) I spoke with a Rep from Credit Solutions of XXXX, KY. At that time I told them that I would begin making payments on my XXXX XXXX XXXX bill in a matter of days, but I failed to do that and was only a very short period of time late when I learned from my bank that Credit Solutions had taken XXXX out of my bank account without my permission. If I was going to allow such I would not have stated that I would pay them on a certain day. I have no idea how this company got my bank account info as I NEVER give such out. On the telephone, I was told by a Rep that I had given them the right by video to take money out of my account and this is TOTALLY incorrect! I was told by the Rep that she would play the video for me to hear myself giving the permission which I knew she could not present as there would no such tape recording. She even asked me " How did we get the bank account number if you did not give it to us ''? I replied " I have no idea HOW you got it, all I know is that I did not give it to you, thus you did something wrong to get it somehow ''. When she returned to the phone she had no tape recording to play but as I kept asking for her to play that of which she claimed she had possession of but as an argument continued she finally bowed out not having a tape to play at all. Days after this I learned that the bank had replaced the money, informing me that they had put the money back in the account while the investigation continued. Today, XX/XX/2022, I spoke with a Rep. from Credit Solutions who told me that in order for them to take money out of a bank account, there would be a series of things that had to be done and I would have had to give permission. I kept asking how where they able to get my account numbers without me giving them to them and without giving ANY permission at all and she would not explain. She informed me that it was Credit Solutions that had put the money back into my account but prior to this the bank informed me that it was the bank that had put the money back into my account. If I had given permission for it to be taken out then they would not have replaced it because they would have had the permission to have taken it. It sounds to me like an inside job with the bank but then again, I have no idea how Credit Solutions even knew who I banked with. I would like an investigation also to know what steps they took to receive access to my bank. I do have the copies of documents in regards to this complaint but they are not in my possession at this time. I would love the opportunity to send them later, please.

I received a voicemail on my office phone XX/XX/2017 The voicemail requested a call back. I called and spoke with XXXX from XXXX XXXX. He stated he was calling on behalf of XXXX in regards to a medical bill. He stated they received the file in their office on XX/XX/2017. He told me that the account had been submitted for legal, I questioned how they can do that with me not receiving any notice, he said they mailed me a letter out on the XXXX when they received the file, as of today XX/XX/2017 I still have not received written correspondence. He advised he can give me a discount if paid in full that day {$1300.00} was the original amount. He said they can break it up into XXXX payments or they can go out a year. I advised that I can do a XXXX month payment, he said that is not an option that it is against their policy only to go out a maximum of XXXX months. He again started talking about legal action and that I would have to pay the bill in full plus interest as well as court fees and attorney fees. I was extremely upset and felt as if I was being forced to do what they wanted me to do or I was going to court behind it. I told him I can look at what was doable for me and contact them back. I also requested my XXXX phone be removed from their call list. I filed a dispute on their company website right after the call disconnected. Less than XXXX hours later the I received a call from the original collector that had left msg on my XXXX phone. He said he received a message to call me back. I never once told anyone to have him call me back. I asked how the dispute worked as I had filed XXXX on their website and he stated they review it to see if the debt is valid and go from there with me proving the debt was not mine, etc. I advised him again I did not request any calls back that him calling me and making contact XXXX times in XXXX day was a FDCPA violation. He back peddled and said that the message to call me back came from his supervisor from the dispute. But not once did he try and see why I filed the dispute. He said he can offer me the XXXX month payment option?? I questioned about the policy on only going out XXXX months, I asked how XXXX rep can only give XXXX months based on policy but he can do XXXX months, he stated that it was is file and he can do that. I became very upset and cried advising him that I want to make good on it but that I felt like it was on their terms or no terms at all without it going into a legal status.

XXXX XXXX has been chasing me up for an alleged debt they said I owed in the amount of {$37.00}. I used to be bundled with XXXX and XXXX XXXX together, but unbundled back in XXXX of XXXX. When I severed from XXXX they informed me that I was all caught up in my billing with them and then from there on I would only be paying XXXX XXXX. XXXX 's Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Arkansas XXXX To my surprise, XXXX XXXX later told me I still owed them some money. This could n't have been correct because my bill was paid in full. Even XXXX XXXX said I had paid my bill in full. I decided to contest the debt with XXXX, and based on legal advice I read on the internet returned to sender all subsequent invoices back to their financial department. I had written to them to cease and desist communications with me, but they kept sending me invoices that I kept returning to sender. Months have went by so I assumed they would leave me alone, and if the debt appeared on my credit report I was going to challenge it. However, on XXXX XXXX XXXX, a guy named XXXX contacted my father, XXXX XXXX XXXX, asking for my whereabouts. XXXX would not disclose who he was, or what company he was working for. He merely said he needed to speak to his son, " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' about an urgent matter. XXXX 's number is XXXX. He was posing under false pretenses contacting my parents to find my whereabouts whom I have not lived with in many years. I called this number and instead of XXXX, a guy named XXXX answered the phone. He asked me if this was XXXX XXXX. I said, " This is He, How can I help you? '' Than he tells me that he works for a debt collection agency called Credit Solutions, and he was hear to collect on behalf of XXXX in the amount of {$37.00}. I asked for a debt verification letter, and based on that I would consider paying it. He never sent the debt verification letter. Their address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX KY XXXX. The account # : XXXX So I contacted XXXX that same Evening, and all I got was a complete runaround. XXXX 's financial division were not sorry for getting the debt collector involved, and when I had explained that it is against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to talk to third parties without disclosing their full identity to hunt me down, XXXX XXXX XXXX blew me off like the law does not apply to them. I was referred to this office by primary doctor with an appointment date of XXXX/XXXX/2014. My insurance information and ID was provided. I paid a {$35.00} copayment at time of visit. Was not advised of any other charge or amount due. A procedure was scheduled to be performed at an out-patient facility on XXXX/XXXX/2014. On the day of the procedure I was not advised or informed on any additional cost involved. My wife received a phone call several months later asking me to call the billing office. The message was given to me and I returned the call but was unable to speak to anyone and had to leave a message disputing the debt. The business claims billing statements were mailed but none were received by me. I had no knowledge of any outstanding amount allegedly due until I found a collection account on my credit profile. I had to reverse track the collection agency name and original creditor name through the credit report. I have contacted my insurance company and they investigating the charges and amounts that are claimed to be due. I, in good faith, contacted the billing office and was willing to pay the amount the office claims is outstanding and then be reimbursed by the insurance company for any over payments. My HIPPA privacy rights have been violated due to the release of my personal medical information to a third party to which I did not authorize. I have made several calls to XXXX office of which I have made not and clearly they are making false statements regarding the contents of these calls. I also sent a rescission of the authorization for payment to their office. I received no return mail so it is apparent they received the written rescission. Additionally, I believe XXXX office is acting as a collection agency and referencing FL Statutes as such without following the requirements of the FCRA. They have never stated they were a collection agency or they were attempting to collect a debt as such. Furthermore I never received communication of right to dispute.

On XX/XX/XXXX I had a sever XX/XX/XXXX I could not get into see my family doctor. I called my insurance at the time. They recommended a urgent care facility instead of an emergency room. The cost would be less. I went to the urgent care which was in my provider list. When I arrived they checked me in took my XXXX co pay for urgent care. I saw a PAC who sent a prescription to my pharmacy. There were no tests or further interaction. I went home, about 3 months later I received a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Oh, the amount was XXXX. I called my insurance and they told me that the billing was incorrect and that XXXX billed it as a XXXX, that copay would have been XXXX. I called XXXX and told them they needed to resend the bill as they had collected my copay from me as a urgent care. They said they would send it back thru. I only had the insurance until XXXX of that year I then turned XXXX and my insurance went thru XXXX. I did not hear anything from anyone on the bill until XXXX on XXXX. A collection agency sent me a demand letter for the XXXX. I called them explained the issue. They deemed it uncollectible. Again a period of time went by about 18 months. Then I received another demand letter from Credit Solutions of Kentucky, I again called explained the situation, they told me that XXXX said I owed it and if they said I owed then I did. I said I was not paying it. I started getting phone calls daily, I finally told them I was not excepting anymore of their calls and the woman told me the calls would not stop. And they did not they call sometimes several times a day some weeks every day. I am not going to pay this I do not owe it. I have kept my call log since XX/XX/XXXX when she told me that the calls would not stop. I answered one more time and told them that they can take this issue to court I would be happy to take the issue before a judge. I want the harassments to stop.

I have disputed these accounts before, the answere I received I feel do not dealt with the problem. These bill have been under dispute because the items that were charged were not correct. I have fought with the hospital about the amounts and the charges. I am on Medicare and each time I have paid my copay this company has continued to try to charge outside what they should have been charging. I received treatment from them for 14 months. The last 3 months of treatment they began to charge for things that were not done, I have continually spoke with them concerning this each time the insist the doctor needs to change the code but the doctor says it 's the same code he has always used. I have contacted my insurance but have received no relief.my point being that the charges are incorrect, these are charges that were and should have been paid by my insurance. The previous time you came back with the charges had been proven, but how can you say that when you do n't know what the charges should have been in the first place. If these charges were correct my bill would have been much more than these amounts as I received the same treatment for 14 months. Why did they change the last month 's of treatment. I do n't think this should be allowed to stand as it is a dispute over the amounts charged for things that were not done. By allowing this to be placed on my credit report you are placing me in a position of being forced to pay incorrect billing or let it remain on my report.

In late XXXX of 2019 I was contacted by Credit Solutions , Inc. located at XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX, KY XXXX about a medical bill I owed. The person I spoke with told me I was setting up a one-time payment only and that I would be able to pay monthly. I agreed to this because I am self-employed and never know exactly how much money will be in my bank at any given time. I have been self employed for over 20 years and it is a policy of mine not to EVER authorize automatic payments for just that reason. On XX/XX/2019, Credit Solutions Inc. took {$110.00} from my bank account. I NEVER authorized any automatic payments to be deducted from my account. I contacted my bank to get a phone number, and called that number. I was SHOCKED when the person on the other end of the line said I had authorized automatic payments. I NEVER DO THAT. I forcefully explained that I never gave authorization for automatic deductions to be made, and that if there was some misunderstanding on their part and they thought they did have authorization, I RESCINDED any authorization for them to make any automatic deductions from my bank account at any time in the future. They said they would stop the automatic deductions, but I can not believe that, since they never had authorization to begin any automatic deductions. I am seeking help from CFPB to ensure that the automatic deductions are stopped and if possible to prevent Credit Solutions from doing this to anybody else in the future.

I viewed my credit report and saw a debt collector on it by the name of Credit Solutions account number XXXX. I disputed as I was bewildered because not only did I not know the creditor, I did not have any derogatory creditors on my credit reports so this as extremely upsetting. I contacted Credit Solutions and they told me I needed to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which was also listed as the original Creditor. However, I contacted them because they ( Credit Solution ) had it listed on my credit report. Well, before hanging up Credit Solution stated that I owed {$1200.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I stated to them, this was almost a year ago XXXX XXXX XXXX nor Credit Solutions contacted me, I saw this derogatory reporting on my credit report and that is n't fair and this was paid by my insurance as I am XXXX and have XXXX insurance which I provided XXXX XXXX with my insurance card when I went to the emergency room. I then contacted XXXX XXXX in which I spoke to 3 different individuals stating that they billed XXXX instead of billing the correct insurance XXXX insurance. I was told that they would submit the claim and within a few weeks the claim should be paid and they will have Credit Solutions to remove from my credit report. I have called XXXX on several occasions and for some reason each rep is still saying that they did not submit to XXXX so they could be paid. This is not right for this organization to be neglectful and put on my credit reports.

XX/XX/2018 I received a written notification from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding an attempt to collect a debt. This notification was answered, via a typed document, by me XX/XX/2018 disputing the debt and the amount of the debt. Monthly payments have been and are continuing to be made on a monthly basis. I had also notified them that I have had to request, on numerous times, an updated and correct billing invoice of which I would receive after several requests. During those wait times I continued to make monthly payments. I received a call at work today on, XX/XX/18 at approximately XXXXXXXX from a " XXXX '' from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . I keep receiving an invoice from a so-called debt collection company for medical procedures that my Insurance company said they did not bill me for. When I call the number on the invoice to talk to someone, no one answers, and a recorded message from a woman who sounds like she has been smoking for 100 years says I have to leave a message. I did not leave a message because I already called my Insurance Company to find out that all of my pathologies were sent to a completely different company. Plus I was not at the doctors on the day they claim the service was completed on. The letter implies it wants you to reach out to them so they can obtain additional personal information on the person they are scamming. The only info they have is my address which is public information. I just wanted to report this so others do not fall for this same scam. Information from the invoice includes : Company Name : CREDIT SOLUTION $ LLC Collection Amount : {$240.00} From : XXXX XXXX XXXX Date of service : XX/XX/22 NC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX Account # XXXX Thanks

Approx. XXXX XXXX Credit Solutions LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX KY XXXX contacted my husband in regards to a medical bill that they are attempting to collect on. They did not ask who he was but proceeded to tell him the amount of bill owed {$4700.00}, the original creditor and asked if I had any intentions on paying my bill ... ... Actions previously taken, a separate CFPB complaint was filed against this same company by myself back in XXXX 2017 for threatening to take legal action against me and it was their first contact with me as well as called my multiple occasions on the same day after I told them that I would need to call them back. This is extremely concerning since one complaint was filed in less than a year against the same company for malicious practices and tactics to collect a dept.

This is the third time I have filed a complaint against this company ( Credit Solutions ) with CFPB. It is not my debt, and the person does not live here. I told them to stop calling me. I told the person that owes the debt to call them and tell them to leave me alone. And he did, so they now have his phone number, but they still call me. I sent them a certified letter, telling them to Cease and Desist calling me or I would take legal action against them. They got the letter and are still calling me.

They call and let it ring twice and hangup. I returned the call and a woman answered and said they will make note that I wanted them to stop. She then said that I was not in their computer system. This Company has called and hungup on me over 10 times already
