This company was given to me by a broker to purchase a property. they approved me in XX/XX/2018 and still havent done the loan after I paid them XXXX for down payment and fees. Since they didnt fund the money i lost the sale of the property in XX/XX/2018. I gave them down payment money and money for all kinds of fees in the tune of XXXX, XXXX XXXX ,XXXX and more. I wired the money to an acct and was promised after the last fee i would get funded. But every time i came thru with the money they came up with another fee. Then in XXXX the EVP and CEO said no more fees after I pay this last one i would be funded. and guess what they asked for another fee from the investors. A commitment fee of XXXX. That was it, I was done, Now they wont give me my money back and are telling me I will only get back 53 % which is {$68000.00} and they are keeping XXXX and for what. and I wouldnt get it back for 6 months. Now i never was given a fee schedule upfront, nor was i told about any extra fees only a down payment in which I paid. I didnt get the loan and tried to cancel many times when they kept coming up with fees and all they would say is lets work together to get this money. I will help you. So they said they had people putting in money to help me and when i had the last part of XXXX in XXXX, i was told they gave some money back so i owe more. this was a total lie and scam. Theyhave made up so many fees and lies and I asked many times for this in writing and I never got it. And the CEO said no more fees and they did one more fee. Everytime i heard this actually 8 times. I have all the emails and text for the past 10 months that i can provide to you.

My insurance company made payment to the company and they kept telling me I was lying. They also refused to listen about my insurance making payment even when I was giving them facts and proof. Then they kept hanging up on me. They also are collecting an incorrect amount. They are collecting more then allowed with the insurance agreement adjustment. They would not let me send in proof to them to show this. When i would try and talk to them they would just put the phone down and not talk to me but I could still hear them talking in the background. I could also hear them laughing when I would ask to speak to a supervisor. Multiple times they hung up on me refusing to take proof of what I actually owed as what they had was incorrect. Then they threatened me if i did n't pay they would send it to a lawyer. Since they have sent it to a lawyer and are still trying to collect with now a judgement for more money then i owe. Also during this they had XXXX other item they were trying to collect from a different thing all together, but i was never even able to resolve that or take care of the other item because they would n't even let me take care of the first XXXX. They even said to me that fine if you wo n't pay we will take you to court. They told the lawyers that I would n't work with them and that i hung up multiple times on them refusing to take care of the debt so do not offer a settlement. This is the most unacceptable behavior ever especially because I do n't owe what they are claiming!!!

This is just a general complaint. a utility company says I owe XXXX and sold the debt to a collection agency. The collection agency tacked on fees and put {$140.00} as a negative remark on my credit. I have never received any service from the collection agency, I never entered into any contract with them either, so why should I pay for services rendered to a creditor/utility company, when the utility company has agreed to a payment from the credit agency? I do n't think the agency should be able to represent that I owe them the {$45.00}. A consumer should only be responsible for the debts that they make. Any fees a collection agency thinks they deserve should be dealt with between the collection agency and the original creditor. Passing these fees on to a consumer only digs deeper holes for consumers for services they never wanted nor received. I think legislation should be enacted that 1 ) a company can only report to a credit bureau to collect the original debt, and 2 ) a collection agency can not collect extra fees from the consumer.

Issue is with making payments. Company will not accept debit or credit cards. These methods allow payments to be made on time. As a result of having to drop payments I am late and fees are added and once again they are trying to repossess. They accept checks but deposit to soon causing NSF and as a result not able to write checks. When I demanded to wait for deposit the check clear but after they refused to take checks as prior the one that cleared they deposited two early and they did not clear. Money orders are dropped but payments could be on time if we the consumers could pay by card. I am seeking some resolution with help us the consumers to pay by cards. Please advise. The payment collect method keeps the consumer behind and at risk of losing property along with fees added.

XXXX and Credit Service of Logan contacted me seeking payment of a debt without the source documents. I asked for the documents and neither company could produce them. Instead they produced an old contract from XX/XX/2011 which had been cancelled. If this were indeed the source document, then It would indicate that XXXX has been overbilling me for over 5 years by $ XXXX. I have contacted both companies and they fail to resolve the issue or produce the appropriate documents.
