I pulled all 3 of my credit reports, and my wife 's reports to find out what was showing on them, as I hadn't done it in a long time. I was shocked to see accounts that we do not recognize, including companies I've never done business with. One of these was : XXXX XXXX XXXX. The address LISTED ON the credit report is : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, WA XXXX. They're reporting 4 separate accounts on our credit reports, and we have NEVER done any business with this company, signed any contract with this company, or even know who they are! Upon calling the company, they could not even FIND our information, or the accounts that they're reporting on our credit reports. I was advised by an attorney to send a " Validation '' Letter to them to validate the debt under the FDCPA and FCRA. Under the law, they had 30 days after receiving the validation letter to respond to my letter and validate the debt that they're reporting to the credit bureaus. It has now been over 70 days ( they had 30 days under the law ) and they have NOT sent ANY kind of validation of this erroneous account, for both my wife and myself. Please note that before sending the validation letter to this company, I also sent a dispute letter to all 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ), and my wife did too, and XXXX XXXX XXXX has NOT removed THESE accounts from our credit reports, or have sent us any kind of validation. I request for this company to remove these accounts from my credit reports immediately, as well as my wife, as they have not followed the law, have reported inaccurate information on our credit reports, which carries a {$1000.00} fine, as well as FDCPA Section 809 ( b ), which carries a {$1000.00} fine for not validating the debt and still continuing to report it on my credit reports. Thank you for helping me resolve this matter.

I was advised by an attorney to send a " Validation '' Letter to them to validate the debt under the FDCPA and FCRA. It has been 60 days since I mailed that out, and under the FDCPA, the debt collector had 30 days to respond, and did not, which is a violation of the FCRA and FDCPA. Please note that before sending the validation letter to this company, I also sent a dispute letter to all 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX has NOT removed this account from my credit reports, or have sent me any kind of validation. In addition to this, they're reporting that they originally purchased this collection on XX/XX/2013. We are 10 days from the statute of limitations running out, even if this was a real debt. Title 4, Chapter 16 of the Revised Code of Washington ( RCW ) outlines the various statutes of limitations for debt collection in the state. RCW 4.16.040 gives written contracts and accounts receivable a statute of limitations of 6 years before the unpaid debt becomes time-barred. RCW 4.16.080 stipulates that oral contracts have a statute of limitations of 3 years. Thank you for helping me resolve this matter.

I am writing this complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, WA. Specifically a lady named XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called her back in the beginning of XXXX for a debt from a landlord. She threatened to 'see me in court ' and hung up. I called back and asked to speak with someone else and they persisted to transfer me to XXXX XXXX. They have proceeded with court and so I responded with a letter and filed it with the courts. 3 weeks later got a letter from the attorney saying I had failed to respond and somehow got the judge to sign off on it. So I let XXXX know that I in fact had responded. In that conversation, I again tried to compromise on a monthly amount ( I had in the past and she was unwilling to budge at all ). We settled on XXXX a month but I informed her that I get paid on the XXXX and XXXX of every month, She then said nope we HAVE to have a payment in by the XXXX. I told her that waiting a weekend until the following Monday wouldn't hurt. Still unwilling to budge. Unless you do exactly what they want when they want it, it doesn't work for them. I have reached out to my community to see if they have had any issues with them a TONS of people stepped forward to say that they all have been treated very poorly, one even thrown in jail and a warrant out for their arrest. I dont understand how the courts keep letting this agency do the things they do and treat people the way they do. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone has debt, doesn't make you a bad person or worthy of that kind of treatment.

My wages started being garnished XXXX XXXX, I called in XXXX XXXX and made a payment agreement with XXXX XXXX for {$300.00} every 2 weeks to get my garnishments to stop. I have multiple times asked for a written agreement of what my payment is to be and when it is due and was told they could n't do that, all they could give me is what I have paid. I called in today and was told I missed a payment on XX/XX/XXXX and that my account was going in for garnishment and that I owed another payment on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX was not there to speak to. I asked if I could just make a {$300.00} payment today and call back tomorrow to talk to XXXX XXXX. I was told no I had to make a {$600.00} payment to ( XXXX XXXX ) or I would be garnished again. I made the {$600.00} payment and then asked her again why I would in another week that my agreement was every 2 weeks not ever week. The lady told me you do n't owe next week you owe on XX/XX/XXXX ( which my payment is due XX/XX/XXXX ), I told her that 's not what you just said and she told me to call tomorrow to speak with XXXX XXXX that she could n't give me any more information. I asked than to speak to the owners and was told no. I than asked to speak to the manager there and was told that was XXXX XXXX and I needed to call back tomorrow.

Hello. I attended a XXXX XXXX school called XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX as the teacher. A small class program through her home. My responsibilities as a mother pulled me away from becoming a XXXX XXXX. My eldest has XXXX and struggles with XXXX XXXX at home and at school. Therefore exhausting my energy throughout the week. I was able to pay the teacher over half of the debt. Over {$5000.00}. Financial circumstances led me to get behind on the debt and it was given to Central Bonded Collectors. I tried to work with them but, now they are threatening suing for more by garnishing my husband 's wages. With attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, WA XXXX. We are on a tight budget that's even tighter now that the pandemic has reduced my husband 's income. I would love all the help I can get to resolve this issue. I've learned that certain debts over six years are too old to collect on. Please let me know what I can do. I'm very busy with schooling my children at home with a XXXX XXXX XXXX but, absolutely will do what it takes to figure this problem out. Thanks so much.
