There were numerous violations made in today 's phone call:1 ) XXXX XXXX of Credit Resolutions, LLC did not read the " mini-Miranda '' to advise she was collecting a debt at any time in any of the phone calls made. 2 ) XXXX XXXX claims to have sent a collection letter but when I advise I did not receive it and had been having issues with my mail ( for which I have contacted the USPS and which has hopefully resolved by now ), I was told that is not her issue, even after I advised I planned to dispute the debt. 3 ) After indicating I needed to dispute the debt ( my XXXX did not ever correct my bill or make a proper claim against my insurance, which I tried to resolve for some time and I will not pay them until they do so ), I was threatened with her reporting the debt to the credit bureaus, which, she told me " I do n't have to do and have n't done yet, but will if you make a dispute. " 4 ) I requested a new letter be sent out due to my postal service issues ( they were returning mail to senders for reasons unknown, including my mortgage holder, which is how I found out in the first place ) and XXXX XXXX refused to provide a new letter. 5 ) She became abusive on the phone. I requested her boss ' name and to be transferred to him or her. She refused repeatedly and continued berating me and threatening to report me to the credit bureau, even after I explained I 'm XXXX and she was upsetting and XXXX me out and that I simply wanted to resolve this once and for all. XXXX XXXX eventually provided me with a name of a non-existent boss called " XXXX '' ( I later learned through XXXX that she is the sole owner and operator of Credit Resolutions, LLC ) and claimed to have a number to make a complaint but refused to provide it. These were out and out lies. 6 ) XXXX XXXX hung up on me multiple times, refused to allow me to speak with her boss, and said she would n't be dealing with me and that I should just shut up, suck it up, and pay my debts. I told her I would continue calling her back until she gave me the name and number of her employer, transferred me to another representative, and/or agreed to send me a new FDCPA letter with proof that it had been sent ( i.e. certified ). 7 ) I asked if I needed to come in person to speak with someone else about the debt and try to resolve it and she threatened to call the police and press charges if I showed up at her office. It is important to note that I made no threats, I simply asked if I should/could come in person to work with someone else since she refused to assist me or transfer my call. I asked this because I have worked in collections law and foreclosure law for XXXX years and we often had people come in person to discuss their case with someone in person. XXXX XXXX of Credit Resolutions LLC should not be employed in collecting debts. I advised her multiple times she was violating FDCPA with the way she was treating me and the number of rules she violated and/or ignored. She laughed, lied, called me names under her breath, threatened me, and talked down to me and treated me as if I am stupid after I advised my work history and that I 'm an educated person who is familiar with collections laws in this state.

This company, Credit Resolutions , LLC has failed multiple times to validate the debt of {$XXXX} they are trying to collect from me although I have sent multiple debt validation letters to them. In XXXX of XXXX, I wrote this company requesting validation of debt ( a contract bearing my personal signature, their right to collect/ownership of the debt, all fees, penalties I allegedly owe ) and they have failed to provide me with the information I requested. I have since sent XXXX more letters requesting this information and they have still failed to provide me with the information but refuse to delete this file from my credit report and continue to pursue me for this alleged debt. They are claiming validation was already sent in XX/XX/XXXX ( before the account ever even existed! ) but I have NEVER seen any of the information that I am requesting from them. This is a direct and obvious violation of XXXX and a violation of the FDCPA. It is causing damage to my mental health to have to continue to fight this, and will also cause financial damage as I will be hiring a lawyer and fighting this in court if it is not removed amicably after this complaint is filed.

Two medical debts from visits on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for a total of {$1200.00}. I submitted all documentation to insurance and they paid the claim from XX/XX/XXXX. The insurance carrier ( XXXX ) has said repeatedly that they have not received a claim for XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted both the medical provider and their debt collected multiple times and each time they said they would resubmit the claim but have not and have not only continued to bill me but have reported the debt to credit reporting agencies which has negatively affected my credit making it difficult for me to get loans or credit cards. I have all necessary documentation and proof of attempts I have made to resolve this issue. I contacted the collections agencies in the following dates via phone : XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX and have sent numerous emails to all parties involved. I was told by medical provider and collection agency that they could not contact my insurance provider we regarding this debt and that I would have to however I thought that this violated CTs balance billing laws.

Credit resolution LLC contacted me about a debt i do not owe in XXXX. I explained to them that this debt is not owed and was wrongfully charged and was in dispute with the merchant. Credit resolution still went ahead and report this collection on my report since XXXX and this has caused me great pain and suffering. Drop in my credit score and denial of credit. I used this physical therapy in XXXX my insurance paid partial I paid the rest. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a negative report on credit report I called the agent she told me it for physical therapy. That I paid of three years ago. It affected my credit by XXXX points. I physical therapy they said the amount owed was XXXX and the collector told me the amount was XXXX because I had a collection fee. I feel this incorrect. They had all the wrong information. Never received emails phone calls or mail from either party. The rep from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, ct XXXX phone numbe ( XXXX XXXX XXXX told me I couldnt pay with card I had to give her a check over the phone to have it removed from my credit report. Then she changed and said it would be paid in full

This is for a dental bill. That the dentist should have ran through my 2 insurance companies. They did not. So it went to collections. I tried to connect w the dental office to ask them to bill my insurance they still did not. Debt collection agency called me and i reiterated this, and the women told me she didnt care. I asked for a debt verification letter. She refused to send and told me fine, Ill just put this on your credit. And continued to repeat fine Ill just report it to your credit over and over. So I couldnt speak. I hung up on her. It is now on my credit report, as she threatened. I havent heard from this debtor again or received any letters to verify the debt, as requested. Abusive and abrasive!!!!

This is my second complaint against Credit resolutions LLC. regarding the same acct. In my previous complaint they responded that it was resolved. This was intentionally misleading. They have continued to try to collect on the same bill that was shown to be illegitimate. My insurance company has proved that the claim was never submitted and the acct. was sent to collections. By the time the provider submitted the correct claim it was outside the 6 month timely filing clause my insurance provider has. Per XXXX 's contract with this provider I am not liable for any costs. This collections agency irresponsible behavior has now caused me to be denied a mortage loan pre-approval.

I received a alert from my credit card credit score that Credit Resolutions LLC had put a blemish on my account XX/XX/XXXX for {$120.00}. I never received a letter or call from them so i couldn't have had my 30 days to reply.. They put a blemish on my credit score account. I called and talk to XXXX ( @ Credit Resolutions , LLC ) she tells me it's from XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX Dental XXXX XXXX XXXX. Ask for a copy of the so called bill but she said can't give it to me?. I called XXXX XXXX dental talk to XXXX XXXX they sent me a copy of receipt with XXXX balance but still insist i still owe, ..Now my credit score has a blemish on it and still owe {$120.00}. dollars. Need help

There's a report on my credit report that is inaccurate, outdated, fraudulent amount, and if it's mine it's over seven years. The account was opened in XX/XX/2019 by Credit Resolution XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CT. Telephone number XXXX. The amount of {$3300.00} was placed on my report XX/XX/2019 without proper explanation. I have been in Georgia for five years, prior to that I was living in a home for four years. They gave no clear explanation. And if this is an old build sold to them, why is it still on my credit report, and opened XX/XX/2019. This is a malicious act, and I want it remove. Thanks.
