I DONTAED A XXXX TO XXXX XXXX ON XXXX THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AT ONE POINT AFTER I HAD DONATED IT. THE TOWING COMPANY, XXXX XXXX XXXX, IS TRYING TO HOLD ME RESPONSIBLE AND SENT THE ACCOUNT TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY AT CREDIT REGULATING SERVICES, INC IN XXXX, CA. XXXX. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AFTER I DONATED IT TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED INDIVIDUAL. THIS HAS AFFECTED MY CREDIT. I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED SINCE IT NO LONGER BELONGED TO ME UNTIL I RECEIVED A COLLECTION LETTER.

I am being charged for a vehicle tow and storage on a vehicle that was sold two months prior to said tow. I have supplied evidence to this fact to the company repetitively and they still keep trying to collect from me a debt I do not owe.
