To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a complaint against CreditPoint720 for their failure to cancel my account and continuing to charge me despite my attempts to cancel their service. I subscribed to CreditPoint720 's credit repair service back on XXXX. However, due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I am no longer able to afford the monthly subscription fee, and this is the reason I asking to cancel this service. I have attempted to cancel my account with CreditPoint720 multiple times via email, text, and through their client portal, but I have not received any response from them. On XX/XX/2023, I called their customer service line ( XXXX ) several times, but no one responded. I have also sent messages directly to XXXX XXXX, the customer service representative I was assigned to, but I have not received any reply from her. I have given them more than enough time to process my request, and yet they have not acknowledged my efforts to cancel their service. I believe that CreditPoint720 's lack of response and failure to cancel my account is a violation of my consumer rights. I am now facing financial difficulties, and I can not afford to continue paying for their service. Despite my attempts to cancel, CreditPoint720 has continued to charge me for their services, which is causing me undue financial hardship. I would like to request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigates this matter and ensures that CreditPoint720 cancels my account and stops charging me for their services and continue increasing my due amount. I would also like to request a to remove all charges that were made after I requested to cancel my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
