I received a notice in the mail on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, which was dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from Creditone, L.L.C. stating they were the current owner of my account and would like to offer me an opportunity to resolve the account for less than the total amount due. Stating the amount due was {$2300.00} and that they would accept payment of {$350.00} to satisfy the account, or monthly payments of {$32.00} per month under an agreed plan. I called to dispute, and after verifying my name and last four digits of my social security number, they said it was for a furniture purchase in XXXX. I said I have never purchased furniture on credit, so it was not my debt. They said they would request the original documents and send them to me in 6-8 weeks to see if I recognize the debt. Again, I stated that I have not purchased furniture on credit, and would remember if i did, so I am disputing this clam. The man said there was nothing I could do and I would have to wait for the documents, which would take 6-8 weeks. After the call, I realized that this was past the 10 year statute of limitations in Iowa, and not only was it not my debt, they had no legal recourse to try to collect it.

This company continues to report on my credit report after I sent them a letter telling them that this account was not mine and I have no idea what it is or who it belongs to!
I asked for proof of a signed contract, I asked for a license to collect in my state, I asked for copies of all information referenced for this debt and still to date, I have not received anything but harassment from this company!
THIS IS NOT MY DEBT!
I WANT THIS ACCOUNT REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT AND THIS COMPANY TO STOP CONTACTING ME IMMEDIATELY!

On XX/XX/2018 I receive a bill in a letter form CREDITONE L.L.C. informing me of a debt on the amount of {$10000.00} I disputed this debt immediately by calling the Creditone LLC Manager Mr. XXXX XXXX at XXXX and notifying him so. I never owed this company nor did I sign anything for them to try to collect this debt. This company creditone llc is reporting a debt that another company has reported thus doubling the amount that is being reported on my credit report causing it to drop my score and create financial hardship.

CREDIT ONE LLC is in violation of the FDCPA and the FCRA. I will litigate CREDIT ONE LLC promptly if they do not remove the false account. I never had any contract with CREDIT ONE LLC.
