I am paying monthly installments on 3 fines imposed by XXXX XXXX XXXX Case # XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. I had a very difficult time finding gainful employment after being convicted of a felony in XXXX which continued for the rest of my life right up until now. Even though a college graduate with years of industrial experience I was forced to work part time minimum wage jobs. It was not until XXXX XXXX that I was able to start paying on my fine. I sent {$10.00} U.S. Postal money orders to the XXXX XXXX clerk beginning XXXX XXXX then 2 more for XXXX and XXXX. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX It had the 3 fines with the case # assigned and the amount owed for each fine. I still have the letter. The total of all 3 fines was {$5500.00}. I started sending XXXX money orders to XXXX on a monthly basis, I have all the receipts. For a while I was receiving monthly statements. The balance kept growing the total keep getting larger, even though I was making regular monthly payments. Even the 3 payments sent to XXXX XXXX clerk had not come off the balance. I was told the reason was a finance charge had been applied the reason why the balance was still increasing. Around XX/XX/XXXX apparantly the debt was taken over by a company called Credit Collection Partners, the XX/XX/XXXX money order for {$10.00} was sent to them. The only address I have for them is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX. The sent 4 statements in XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. It was clear from the balance they were not applying the payments fairly. My last written correspondence from them was a statement dated XX/XX/XXXX. Showing a total of owed at this time of {$5300.00} We had a conversation by phone before this final letter was sent. I was told the finance charge would continue unless I made automatic payments from my checking account. However on their website the balance shown still contains the finance charge. An employee had written on the final letter by hand XXXX x XXXX Interest stopped : Balance {$5100.00} On the phone she said they would mail monthly statements if I requested which I did right then on the phone with her. But they have never been sent. The web site continues to show an untrue balance which does NOT correlate with what she wrote by hand on that final letter. She told me over the phone that the True balance would never be shown until it was paid off in full. But she had told me on the phone that the only way the finance charge would stop is to make automatic payments which I gave her my banking information at that time. This had no effect on the balance that continues to be shown on their website. I feel this company is operating dishonestly, not providing any written communication since the final XX/XX/XXXX statement. I do not trust them to ever pay the debt in full no matter how many payments I send them. I don't see how they can legally operate this way. Keeping two sets of records or books and only allowing the payer to see the one balance with the financial fees included. When the debt transferred from XXXX to Credit Collection Partners I was not credited for many of my payments, including the first 3 that were sent directly to the XXXX XXXX clerk in XXXX. I have paid many hundreds of dollars that were never recognized or recorded and never shown on any statements what few were sent.

I received notification of alleged debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of Credit Collection Partners. I contacted the law office on XX/XX/23 at XXXXXXXX XXXX and spoke with the receptionist. She advised that I would need to reach out to the hospital. I told her that I have been arguing with the hospital of the validity of the debt due to numerous billing issues with the hospital continuously billing the incorrect insurance. That all I wanted was a detailed billing statement showing 1. what was billed. 2. the insurance company billed 3. how the payment was allocated. My insurance has some items that are covered 100 % even if I have a deductible. The receptionist told me that someone would call me back as they currently had no access to my information. I contacted the hospital and the woman 's response in billing was to contact my insurance company for an explanation of benefits. A few days later the collection company mailed me a printed out report that was not legible to the normal non-medical person. I called back on XX/XX/23 @ XXXX and spoke to someone in the office who did not care to listen to what I was explaining to her. That the information was not what I had requested. On XX/XX/XXXX I received notice to appear in court on XX/XX/XXXX. When I went to court the attorney for the collection agency was advised that proof of the valid debt had not been given. I advised the attorney that I pay my bills. That I had been continually been given the run around by the hospital and the collection agency about giving me the information that I had requested so that I can validate the debt. I was given the business card of XXXX XXXX to contact on behalf of the collection agency. I emailed XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I explained to her that I have been asking for the information to verify the debt and my responsibility of it. XX/XX/XXXX I received a response from XXXX that her advice to me at this point was to ask for a bench trial. On XX/XX/XXXX I received notice in the mail from the collection agency that I was receiving a notice of hearing on XX/XX/XXXX. The total of the debt is {$700.00}. I have jumped through many hoops to try and get verification of information and have not received what I have requested. Had the information been provided upfront this all could have been avoided. At this time I feel they are trying to sue to add on extra fee 's which is ridiculous.

I have received calls from this company in the past. Was told this was for a speeding ticket in Illinois over 7 years ago. Told them I have never been to the that county & told them to Never call my cell phone again. I received another call today from CCP at a different number told this rep I have told them multiple times I have no ticket or debt in their office and for the 3rd time not to call me again, The collector said she is calling for the State Attorney office and they can't stop the calls. Advised her I am a Collection supervisor & am aware of my FDCPA laws & violations. When told not to call Once I should have never received another call & will be getting the calls in their office pulled. I am requesting this company to Cease & desist all contact.

CCP, INC. calls me 1-3 times per day every day. When I spoke to someone today, she told me there is no way, and they are only calling once per day. I get a call around XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. As far as I'm aware, calling even once per day is harassment according to federal law. I can never speak with someone, as I am at work from XXXX every day. They are only open XXXX. They call me repeatedly while I'm at work and disrupt my job. The representative said she will not stop calling me until the issue is resolved. This is very overwhelming and counter productive. They call from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. All of these numbers have called me several times.

Number called my cell phone the number was XXXX, they said i had outstanding debt, which i do not, they said i could pay this debt online, i went to XXXX and the first page comes up with a description of what accepting yes means. Problems is before clicking yes, you are given no information on the debt how much of the debt or what type of debt it is. They are asking me to take ownership of debit which is not mine, this is so wrong on so many levels. Check it out. go to the site and put in your full phone number and zip code and i bet you have the same debt as well.

Received notification from collection company PayCourt in regards to a debit that was owed back from XXXX of 1994. This is a XXXX year debt in which this is the 1st attempt the company or original creditor has ever contacted me. What's confusing to me, is this is far past the statue of limitations and if this is a debt of mines, why wasn't I ever contacted before. I'm not sure if this is a scam, in attempt to collect {$470.00} for fees. I'm requesting this company stop all attempts of collections and possible negative impact to my credit.

On XXXX XXXX 2017 I paid off an old hospital bill with the agreement of it being reported as paid in full. Credit Collection Partners of XXXX Illinois promised me it would show positive report beginning of the following month. They lied to me. In fact they only removed some of the accounts and reduced one significantly. There was a total of 4 medical bills and showed 3 moved and one reduced. I called them and emailed them and they said it would be fixed. It 's been almost another month and it still reports the same.
