On or about XX/XX/XXXX, my credit report showed a debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX to be collected by Credit Bureau Services ( herein known as " CBS '' ). I disputed this information with XXXX, the company responded that I owe a medical debt from XXXX of XXXX. I have not received any prior notification about this debt and it only appeared on my credit report this XXXX. I attempted to contact CBS regarding the debt to make payment in full. I requested the company remove the debt from my report, which is customary practice when paying in full. The representative told me that they were unable to remove it from my report, that was up to the credit agencies. This is a lie. I have paid multiple collections in the past with written agreements and verbal agreements to remove the debt ( not just mark it as paid ) and my request was granted and the debts were removed. I informed the representative that she was lying, and she doubled down on her efforts to collect. I decided to pay the debt with the original creditor, XXXX XXXX. Upon calling XXXX XXXX, I learned that the collection amount was different from the amount owed. The amount stated owed by CBS was {$260.00}, XXXX XXXX said it was {$420.00}. I paid the full amount and informed XXXX XXXX that they must cease and desist all collection activity. I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that they did not have control over that but they would submit a letter to CBS saying the debt was paid. -- I also told him the address and phone number were incorrect. As you will be able to see, the address on the receipt and phone number are wrong... I haven't lived at this address or had this phone number for 4 years.

I technically owed the debt to a daycare provider ( XXXX XXXX ) until the provider in their negligence of unspervision, and lack of security cameras on the play area allowed another child to victimize my XXXX year old daughter by XXXX. My daughter was taken to the emergency room, the incident was sent to the XXXX hotline by the emergency room doctor, a police report was filed, and she was interviewed and examined again at XXXX XXXX. The daycare had the audacity to send the balance to the credit bureau for collections. The credit bureau made constant attempts through mail and constant phone calls. I informed the credit bureau over the phone as well as a formal written statement why the money was not owed to them for nullifying our contract by no longer providing a safe environment for my child. I also explained to them with enough detail what had happened to my child and in sheer principle of the matter the daycare bill will not be paid. I asked in every conversation to please stop contacting me, they would not receive payment and that a civil suit for negligence, accidental injury, and damages would be filed. They still continued to contact me through mail until I was served with court papers stating I was being sued for the balance.

I have disputed accounts # XXXX, XXXX with Credit Bureau Services on XXXX/XXXX/2016 and sent my dispute certified mail requesting validation of this debt. Credit Bureau Services failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my signature. A second certified letter was sent XXXX/XXXX/2016 and I have not heard back from Credit Bureau Services, They are now out of compliance with the FRCA. I 'm sure we would both like to handle this outside of court, so all I ask is that you remove this listing from all the credit bureaus. If you refuse, I will take legal action.
