My first problem that has bothered me for years wit XXXX is this ... I filed bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX and reaffirmed my mortgage with XXXX. At the time of filing I was with a program call XXXX and in good standing, my payment was automatically paid biweekly. In XX/XX/XXXX I was actually release from bankruptcy. However in about XX/XX/XXXX, while checking my credit report, I found that my mortgage was still showing as in bankruptcy. I contacted XXXX, and they then tell me that my lawyer did not sign, therefore it was not honored. I went back to my attorney and the bankruptcy court to fix the problem but XXXX said it was too late because the case was closed. In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, notified the program that automatically paid my loan payments that the loan was in bankruptcy and they drop me without my knowledge..and from that point I got behind ... along with other issues one was I lost my insurance, I was late often by payments went up because I was n't able to get any that I felt was in my budget. XXXX automatically placed insurance on my home that tripled my initial amount. From this point XXXX began reporting to credit bureaus..not only my bankruptcy but my delinquent payments. This went on several years with different complaints to them as well as the bureaus, because by law it was if they carry me bankruptcy they could not report delinquent information. Approximately twice, XXXX removed the delinquent reports but still carried me in bankruptcy status. Within in notime my score began droppung, and there again XXXX begans to report my delinquent payments. Im still recieving the bills monthly but it states that it 's not an attempt to collect a debt. I have no access to my account information on line ... and when calling in, I 'm sent to the bankruptcy department. I have really been so upset about how the company has handled my mortgage with no respect to my concerns or my rights as a consumer. Last month they started foreclosure because of lack of payments, which is understandable ..I sent in 2 payments..I was sent letters and advised to call an advisor assigned to me but of course..she was always on another call ... I scheduled call backs..no call backs. Finally, received a letter to contacted the law firm. I called to get the total understanding of what was happening and what I could do to stop the foreclosure. I was able to reach a young man at XXXX who help me save my home of 20 years. On top of what I owed I had to I had to pay an additional XXXX to the law firm. After making all full payment, XXXX never contacted me back, by letter or call to let me know the conclusion. I was told by consumer service that the payments were received and my mortgage is reinstated. I then filed a dispute with XXXX, about credit reporting again, because they are still reporting delinquent payments and will probably by next month report the foreclosure or collection. I recieved a letter from XXXX asking me to send in credit reports with information I 'm disputing. My belief is that they know they are illegally reporting to the credit bureaus and are refusing to correct it, as if I dont know my rights..as well as holding my mortgage loan hostage for over 12 years for no legitimate reason. I am so disguised with how they 've treated me and have given up several times, thinking I had no other resort, but sue, but I ca n't afford to fight a corporation. I feel that in totally it is deliberate and predatory. This has caused stress, aggravation and XXXX which has affected so many other areas of my life. I also would like an audit of my mortgage payments and an estimated payoff date. Thank you in advance.

XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX sent Statement showing balance due of {$110.00} after XXXX and XXXX adjustments and note saying that both XXXX and XXXX had denied payment on XX/XX/2021 Did not state when the balance was due. XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX statement showing that Balance due was now {$130.00} even after XXXX Payment of {$100.00} and Adjustment of {$110.00} had been received on XX/XX/2021. Hand written words " Final Notice was beside the amount of {$15.00} XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX sent another statement with the words " Final Notice next to the amount of {$100.00} Total due {$130.00} XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX sent letter stating that they had not received a response to Statements and your account has been sent to Credit Bureau Services for collection and any subsequent appointments had been canceled and if there were any questions to call their office. This letter was not found or opened until XX/XX/2021 when boxes removed to storage because of flood damage were relocated and opened. Late XXXX and early XXXX we began to receive messages left on our home phone instead of the cell phone given to the physicians office from caller ID XXXX stating only that this was an attempt to collect a debt, not identifying who they were trying to reach, who they represented. Their message was hurried and almost unintelligible. ( We have saved 4 of them since after finding the letter from the doctors office. ) XX/XX/XXXX, called XXXX XXXX and asked if we could drop off payment since we had found their letter and would be in XXXX on business. We were told that since it had been sent to collections they could not accept any payments. Asked them who their Collections service was ( had assumed the " Credit Bureau Services '' mentioned in their letter was generic since had no idea that there was an actual company called Credit Bureau Services in XXXX and the callers leaving voice mail had not identified themselves we assumed they had been more phishing and scam calls since the phone number XXXX has been associated with multiple scam reports according to internet research. That evening I sorted through remainder of files taken out of storage and found a plain brown envelope in amongst several similar envelopes asking for charitable donations that only showed XXXX XXXX XXXX as a return address and a date stamp of XX/XX/2021. upon opening found it to be a notice from Credit Bureau Services , IncXXXX in XXXX XXXX with instructions to call XXXX or visit " XXXX XXXX' on line to make payment and that the balance due was {$140.00}. When I went to that website to attempt to make the payment, my computer virus and firewall protection warned me that the site was not secure so I did not attempt to go any farther. XX/XX/2021 Visited XXXX XXXX XXXX in person and spoke with their billing officer XXXX XXXX, showed her the envelope and note received from Credit Bureau and played her the voicemail recordings and informed her that I would be filing this complaint against her collections agency for not properly identifying themselves and providing incoherent instructions as well as unsafe electronic payment options. XX/XX/2021 Called both XXXX and XXXX and got a message that their office was closed. I left a message asking them to call me back so that I could get a physical address instead of a XXXX XXXX so I could send them print outs of the " unsafe website messages '' via a certified letter so someone is made aware that their process needs to be improved and so that I can share the recordings of their call center scripts that do not clearly identify them or who they are trying to contact.

INVESTIGATION RESULTS - VERIFIED AS ACCURATE The disputed item was verified as accurate. CREDIT BUREAU SERVICES # : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX We investigated the information you disputed and the disputed information was VERIFIED AS ACCURATE. Here is how this item appears on your credit report following our investigation. Placed for Collection : XX/XX/XXXX Responsibility : Individual Account Account Type : Open Account Loan Type : COLLECTION AGENCY/ATTORNEY Balance : {$0.00} DateUpdated : XX/XX/XXXX Last Payment Made : : XX/XX/XXXX Original Amount : {$5300.00} Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX DBA XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) Pay Status : >Account Paid in Full ; was a Collection< Date Closed : XX/XX/XXXX Date Paid : XX/XX/XXXX Remarks : >PAID COLLECTION< I had made {$100.00} payments per month and more when available. on XX/XX/XXXX I made the finale payment of {$880.00} with confirmation # XXXX. the whole time I was making the payment I was under the assumption from Credit Bureau Services that this would be marked for deletion off of my credit report once paid in full. on the day that I had made the finale payment I had called to make sure that that was still the case. I was then informed that once it hits my credit report as paid in full that I would then need to file a dispute with XXXX XXXX to have it deleted off of my credit report. I filed this dispute on XX/XX/XXXX and got the above report back today XX/XX/XXXX. I then called XXXX XXXX and asked why it was not deleted as I was informed from Credit Bureau Services that was the way to do so. XXXX XXXX informed me that they do not do the deletion and that Credit Bureau has to do the deletion. I then called Credit Bureau and they said they don't do the deletion on accounts as they only report paid and not paid to XXXX XXXX. This is very frustrating for me since neither one seems to know what is going on or how to handle this and I was lied to through this whole process of paying the amount back and am trying to rebuild my credit score from this and start a family.

XX/XX/XXXX Credit Bureau Services was contacted in regards to notice received in mail. Notice received in mail was in regards to collection in amount of {$360.00}. Upon contacting Credit Bureau Services, a collection agency representative notified me of the attempt to collect a debt on behalf of a company. I asked if the account was already reported to the credit bureaus. I was told no. I asked if I paid in full would the account be reported to the credit bureaus. I was told no. I provided payment information for the aforementioned amount in full. The full amount was debited from my account 3 days afterwards. XX/XX/XXXX Credit Bureau Services was contacted in regards to collection account showing on XXXX credit report despite having paid in full and being told they would not report if payment was paid in full. Representatives of Credit Bureau Services retracted their original statement that they would not report on my credit after paying in full. Instead, Credit Bureau Services then told me that they report regardless, even if the amount is paid in full. I was told they went back to listen to the call made between myself and the representative. I was told I did ask whether or not it would be reported. I was told the representative explained to me that it would be reported anyway. Despite contesting this claim, I asked if I could hear the recording and was denied. I was told Credit Bureau Services reports in the middle of the month and that they specifically reported to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked again, if I paid in full prior to the reporting date, why did they go forward with reporting. I was told it is their policy.

On XXXX/XXXX/2016 send a dispute to the Credit Reporting Agencies indicating that the account is not accurately reporting. Subsequently, on XXXX/XXXX/16 the Credit Reporting Agencies indicated that the collection agency verified to the credit reporting agency that the account was being reported accurately. On XXXX/XXXX/16 I faxed a letter to the collection agency to the attention of XXXX XXXX. The letter stated that i was not sure how they were able to verify accurate reporting and asked if they did in fact verify the reporting or if the credit reporting agency was at fault. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I received a notice from the collection agency reiterating what was already reporting. HOWEVER, they did not answer my inquiry. I requested to know if they did in fact verify that the account was reporting accurately between XXXX/XXXX/16 and XXXX/XXXX/16. I can only assume that no validation of the debt exists. This is a violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ( FDCPA ), the FCRA, and Federal and State statutes for fraudulent slander of credit and illegal reporting activities. Further, under California Civil Code 1785.26 a collection agency is to notify me within 30 days of reporting a collection account to my Credit report. Since they have failed to notify me of this, by phone or registered mail they are in violation of this code.

Credit Bureau Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MO. XXXX, representing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MO XXXX sends me repeated bills that simply say " pay this amount '' followed by a dollar amount. No other information is provided ; no descriptions of any kind, no dates or locations of services, nothing at all. I have repeatedly requested that they provide me with verification of the debts that they allege that I owe and they refuse. They tell me that they can not provide that information, or any other details, because they claim it would violate the HIPAA law. Clearly, that is nonsense as all of my medical bills from other entities have always contained all pertinent details. Credit Bureau Services allege that I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX for 16 accounts and that my most recent bill dated XX/XX/2022 ( {$3100.00} ) is for all of them combined over a period of several years, yet only 3-6 amounts are listed on my credit reports and these total much, much less than what they claim is owed now. They told me to investigate the matter myself if I want details and verification. As a result, I have told them that I dispute all debts that they claim that I owe. I have asked that they indicate that I dispute their allegations on my credit reports, which they have also refused to do.

In XX/XX/2018 I was having issues with my air conditioner and had XXXX XXXX out to fix the issue. The replaced a TXV valve and charged {$1100.00} which I paid promptly. In XX/XX/XXXX I continued to have the same issues with the valve not reversing, so I called XXXX XXXX to see if the valve was under warranty. They told me they would come out to look. Giving me the impression that it was covered under warranty and making no mention of any cost. They came out and said that they couldn't find an issue with the valve, and recommended I just get a new system, and gave me a quote for one. No fix was made to the system, and they left with no mention of cost and without having me sign for anything. I later received an exorbitant bill for {$240.00} in labor. I attempted to call and dispute and ended up leaving a message with which I had no reply. In summary, I paid {$1100.00} for an item that continued not to work, and they were unable to fix, and now they are attempting to charge again for not repairing the issue.

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, CREDIT BUREAU SERVICES has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. This collection account is also being reported as open and past due which is a violation of FCRA and XXXX XXXX Compliance. I have disputed this several times in attempt to correct the inaccurate information that is being report, however CREDIT BUREAU SERVICES has yet to correct the account which violates 12 CFR 1026.13 ( d ) ( 2 ) that states the creditor or its agent shall not ( directly or indirectly ) make or threaten to make an adverse report to any person about the consumer 's credit standing, or report that an amount or account is delinquent, because the consumer failed to pay the disputed amount or related finance or other charges.

The debt was sent to collections in XXXX of 2018. I never was notified by any financial institution or medical office or anybody of them sending that debt to collections. I was then harassed by CBS Debt of XXXX Ne repeatedly. I have multiple times now disputed this debt with no avail. I have requested documentation that proves the debt is mine but neither XXXX or CBS Debt has furnished any proof. I have researched the collection company and it seems that them collecting false debts is a regular thing. I attempted to contact them thru their website but I cant even access their site as it is flagged for being unsafe and filled with phishing malware. I have also researched the original account thats listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX and I can not find any information on them either. The only things that come up are in Tennessee and Texas and I havent ever lived in either of those states.

It seems to me the credit rating/point system is designed to keep you back oppose to elevate you. Every time I look at my credit report, points are reduced from my score because I use my cards. This happens despite the fact that I pay my bills on time or should I say ensure myself to replenish what Ive used. Each time my credit card balance rises points are reduced from my score. However, if I replace the amount that was reduced I dont receive the same number points added back to my score. Example : If my usage rate increase by 30 % XXXX have XXXX points reduced from my score. But if my usage rate decreases by 30 % I might get XXXX points added back. It seems the system is designed to punish not reward. Why is that?

First they put in my credit report that I owed them {$2500.00}, then they decided to bring it down in my credit report and sue me for {$2000.00}. They sent me a paper dated XXXX/XXXX/2016 their math was off. XXXX unpaid rent plus late fees ( This is for two months rent that no one lived there and the lease was satisfied, ) {$770.00} for cost to repair damage. {$560.00} was for a furnace on XXXX/XXXX/2016. No one lived in the property form XXXX2016 They only credited us for {$470.00} deposit, when it was {$650.00}. That would leave the remanding balance of {$1800.00}. This was pointed out to the collection agency. They said they would change it, but never did.

I have two problems here : One is unfair debt collection practices : First I have received harassing phone calls to XXXX. To the degree that I blocked the number. In the period of one week, I have received phone calls at the following time : Thursday at XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX, XXXX : XXXX XXXX Friday at XXXX XXXX ; XXXX ; XXXX ; Monday : XXXX ; XXXX ; XXXX, Tuesday XXXX XXXX, So I blocked the number. Then I received a phone call on Thursday, XX/XX/2020, with no phone number. It just said " NO Caller ID ''. I answered and they asked for me by my first name. I asked who it was and they said Credit Bureau Services.
