CBY has not reported the correct balance to credit bureaus since XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the remaining balance off on XX/XX/XXXX. I called CBY to confirm. I was told that they would contact the original creditor ( XXXX XXXX ) to let them know the balance has been paid. The lady also told me to give it about 15 minutes for them to contact XXXX XXXX. I never received a call back from anyone. I was required to pay in order to get my XXXX done. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX called me to schedule my appointment for my XXXX and then said they couldnt schedule me because their billing office has a block on my account because XXXX never called to confirm my paid in full balance. I called CBY and was told once again that they would call XXXX XXXX to confirm the balance was paid. It was never done on XX/XX/XXXX! Once again I was told to give it about 30mins and CBY would call me to let know that they have contacted XXXX XXXX. For the 2nd time I didnt get a phone call. I am not sure what type of game this company is running but I want this situation fixed. My XXXX is DESPERATELY needed and CBY does NOT care at all. They had no problem calling me in XXXX asking for a payment. I was able to make one in XXXX due to XXXX and was on a leave from work. Legal measures will be pursued if these issues are not addressed. The older lady I spoke with on both occasions had been so sweet and I tried not to get upset with her. I know its not her fault. I want CBY to contact XXXX XXXX and confirm my paid in full status. Im addition to this action, this account needs to be removed from my credit report immediately due to not reporting accurate information to the credit bureaus.

I was alerted to a collections on my credit report during a credit report review on XX/XX/2018. I contacted XXXX XXXX in XXXX PA to resolve on XX/XX/2018. I have never received from them a notice via mail or phone call. I contacted the original company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX PA and noticed that i also had not received a letter from them for payment. As indicated by XXXX I have always paid my bills in full without any issue and they were unsure as well of what broke down in communications. I want to pay this bill and have never missed a bill before. XXXX stems informaed me that regardless of payment they will not remove the inaccuracy from my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said they will enforce a good will removal based on payment. XXXX XXXX will not agree to such action. I contacted XXXX XXXX twice today ( XX/XX/2018 ) and informed them i would like a through review of the item in collections and they refused to comply by saying the sent notices in the mail which i did not receive. Everyone seems to be on board with paying the bill in full and removing it from the credit report with the exception of XXXX XXXX in XXXX Pa. Addiitonally they are not willing to discuss any other information besides me paying them. Once again i have never received any letters or other coorispndace from them pertaining to this issue.

We accepted a request by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to explore food delivery. During the sales presentation in our home, we were told that the food is grown ORGANIC. Due to health concerns in our home, we were specifically only looking for ORGANIC growers. The sales representative assured us it was organic. When we found out through research that it was NOT organic, we met with a representative of the company who explained that the food was raised " free-range '' and " top restaurant quality, '' however the second representative ( a manager ) confirmed our fear that the company does not sell organic food. We asked to be released from the contract, and that the provider could pick up the food and a freezer it was stored in at their convenience. We were advised that they could not take back food, but they declined to release us from the contract. We placed no further orders, and have left their food and equipment untouched in our garage for their pickup. The next time we heard about this is when XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX passed our account to a collection agency ( CBY Systems Inc. ) which immediately reported it to all three credit bureaus without any efforts to address the wrong. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and CBY Systems apparently intend to inconvenience and shame customers into payment.

Hello, I have an account on my credit report showing from YK CR BUREAU. The orginal creditor name is XXXX XXXX. The balance is showing on my credit report as {$1400.00} and the account status is listed as open. I have attempted to dispute this account with YK CR BUREAU as well as XXXX and it has not been removed. This is not my account and belongs to a relative. They were residents at XXXX and left the apartment in " bad '' shape when they left. Again, as I have mentioned I have tried disputing this several times and have been unable to come to an agreed solution. This account was moved to collections on XX/XX/2018 and is hindering my ability to reach my desired credit score to be able to do things to achieve my financial goals. I would like assistance is trying to get this information corrected. I believe this is reporting for my self, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX but the person ( s ) who resided here were XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Thank you.

A medical bill I had was denied for payment. I called my insurance company and they told me the doctor did not submit the bill correctly. I told his receptionist that he just had to submit the bill correctly and my insurance company would pay it in full. Apparently he did not do so because it is on my credit report as a debt owed. If the doctor didn't want to submit the bill properly it is not my fault. I told them how to fix it and they didn't. I am not going to pay for a medical bill that I am not responsible for. All they had to do was to do their job right. And there wouldn't have been a problem. I tried to fix it, but it was up to them to correctly submit it. Not paying for their mistake. I even tried calling Credit Bureau of York to explain the problem. The number they give to contact them is a number that is no longer in service. There is nothing more that I could do.

I was alerted on Friday XX/XX/2019 by XXXX XXXX of a 52-55 point drop on my credit score due to a collection account by XXXX XXXX XXXX. This company has never contacted me regarding this debt by either phone or mail, but instead filed negative remarks against my credit score without ever notifying me that this collection existed. I tried contacting them and was immediately directed to answering machine voicemail. I have not received any response from them. The balance with the account in question ( XXXX XXXX ) has been paid in full. I believe this to be unfair practice to impact my credit score without ever being contacted about a collection account that I didn't have knowledge of, and am asking that this be removed from my credit report immediately.

Over 6 years ago, I employed the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to help me with a XXXX case. Their firm helped me for several months, and my bills were paid up to date. We reached a point in the process where the attorney said, in order to continue with the case, I would have to pay another {$3100.00} on top of what I already paid them. The case was dropped, shortly thereafter, and no more legal services were rendered. So this bill for {$3100.00} was not paid, because additional legal services were not needed. Somehow, this balance got sent to this collection agency as an unpaid bill, but it was a mistake. I do not owe the law firm an additional {$3100.00}. We paid them for the services they provided.

XXXXXXXX XXXX called to collect a debt I do not owe. They refused to understand it is not me who owes this debt and threatened to take me to court. I am XXXX and in a XXXX and find this XXXX and want them to stop calling. They call all the time but I answered this morning XXXX/XXXX/17 and she berated me and threatened me for a debt of over {$3000.00}. My daughter called them and spoke to them and told them to stop calling or she would contact their attorney and go after them for harassment as their actions are illegal, she says.

Thank you for taking the time to review the complaint. After the reviewing of all major credit reports, CBY furnished an unfamiliar debt on credit profile. Understanding creditors are obligated to report paid and unpaid debt, however ; never established residency at XXXX XXXX XXXX. Requesting a full method of verification, which is under FCRA 623, will include the following ; signature of the lease agreement, unpaid amount, and how it was generated. Copies of identification along with social security number.

I have been the victim of identity theft, I tried to dispute with the XXXX credit bureau several times but the refused to remove it from my credit report. I even filled up the FTC report and send it to them but the results came verified. I don't recognize that debt, it's the only debt I have in my credit history with one credit bureau which is XXXX. I don't recognize that debt at all, it's also stopping me from getting an apartment for me and my daughter. Please I really need this to be able address it.

I sign a contract with the company XXXX XXXX XXXX, for one year, when I sign the contract the manager with the name XXXX, told me, if you cancel the lease before the year, you lose the down payment, and all is ok. but after 6 month I talk with her to try to cancel the lease, she said no, if you cancel the lease know, you need paid the total pending in the lease, for XXXX, I deliver the keys, and she put my information under collection for the value mentioned.

I was renting a property and after we moved out my landlord was not happy we were leaving she became irrational. We gave proper notice and moved out. I never received any other information from her. I would try to contact her regarding our security deposit she owed us but she would not answer my calls and we never heard from her again. I was checking my credit report and saw this charge from what I am assuming was her. This large amount of debt I do not owe.

For the past few months I've been disputing this account directly with York Credit Bureau or whatever their name is. I don't even know if they exist at this point, the only way I've ever heard from them about this was a phone call at work, and from my credit reports. I did not appreciate how aggressive they were, and they did not provide me with any information about what the debt was for! They didn't even tell me they were debt collectors.
