There are unknown hard inquiries on my credit report. Im requested the verification of the inquiries and the method of verification. On XX/XX/2020, XXXX XXXX XXXX add a hard inquiry on my credit report per XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/2020, XXXX add a hard inquiry on my credit report per XX/XX/XXXX.On XX/XX/2020, XX/XX/XXXX add a hard inquiry on my credit report per TransUnion. But companies did not provide the following proof : Permissible Purpose My written authorization Proof that I personally initiated these inquiries. To my knowledge, I have not signed any documents authorizing your organization to view my credit history therefore, your inquiry into my credit report violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 1681b ( c ) : Transactions Not Initiated by Consumer.

All of the accounts on the attached file are from XX/XX/2015 and I have written to all the credit reporting agencies and they ignore me. It is not legal to show a charge off/write off and STILL show a balance due. It has to be one or the other. This has destroyed my credit and I have reached out to all of them, yet to no avail. I have been turned down for a mortgage because of this. I would appreciate any help you may offer!

I have tried to resolve this issue through cfpb on four previous occasions and it has not been resolved yet. Complaint Numbers. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX requested a letter from me authorizing the Credit Bureaus to remove the Hard Inquiries and she sent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX authorization for release to the credit bureaus. but Credit Information Systems has yet to remove them.
