I disputed these items back in XX/XX/XXXX. The CFPB sent me 2 emails apologizing for the XXXX XXXX XXXX not responding in an appropriate time. You ( CFPB ) threatened to take action, so instead, in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said that my Dispute was frivolous and unfounded. It is not my debt and when I Disputed all 3 of these again in XX/XX/XXXX through XXXX, they removed 2 of the 3 because they couldn't back up the information. I have Disputed now again after XXXX reports the inaccuracies yet again. This is getting ridiculously redundant and all parties involved now are purposely ruining my Credit and my Name! I want this matter resolved ASAP, the remaining account that is charged off is too be removed in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX XXXX removed 2 of these items in XX/XX/XXXX and now has put them back. I see no other way of looking at this but that these companies are directly sabotaging my Credit Reports. These need to be removed immediately and my scores adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX. I am writing you guys because I seen some information of my credit report that is inaccurate, which is affecting my credit score. I sent in dispute letters to XXXX, XXXX & XXXX about multipe inquiries that I have found on my credit report that I never authorized, which I believe was identity fraud & I have asked that if they are not able to verify and show proof that they must delete these items off my record as it affects my credit history. I have sent my letters Certified Mailed with USPS since XXXX XXXXst, 2021 to insure that I am able to track them and insure that the credit bureaus received them ( which they did ) & I will be providing proof of receipt with photo uploads. Robocall for Credit Bureau stating that they would offer a card to help reduce my debt. I pressed 1 to talk with a person. When I got someone on the line, I asked to be taken off their list and they said no. I repeatedly ( at least 5 times ) asked to be taken off and they kept saying no. When I asked why, they said they didn't know. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person said that they were the supervisor. I asked to keep speaking and they said they were the owner of the company. I asked again to be taken off, and they said " N-O. Do you not know what that means? '' I finally told them I would report them and hung up.

I am having a problem with my credit score due to the fact that I have old/negative XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX closed accounts on my credit report from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. I currently have an open account which I 've been paying on time since XX/XX/XXXX. I was told and understand these negative accounts which are closed are really hurting my credit score and I am asking if they can please be removed. If one looks at my payment history, all my payment have been on time and I am trying to rebuild my credit.
