On XX/XX/year> I sent letter to the follow companies asking them to validate debt with signature or copy of my identification I observed on my consumer report : Credit Bureaus Data acct # XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX Dept of ED/XXXX acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX acct XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acct XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FCRA ) [ 15 USC 1692g ] stating your claim is disputed and validation is requested.
Debt wasn't validated which makes those companies in violation of my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 USC 1692 ( g ) - " Failure to validate alleged debt ''.
Sent a CEASE AND DESIST LETTER 15 USC 1692cI ceasing communication, still no avail.
On XX/XX/year> I sent a letter to all 3 consumer reporting agencies asking to correct my personal information. That my name, address, phone number, and employment was incorrect, included was a copy of my Driver License, Social Security Card, and Proof of Address. XXXX and XXXX both came back with my personal information being validated. The incorrect is as follow : Names Addresses XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, WI XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I also asked all bureaus to validate all the accounts above per : Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 USC 1692g violations Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 violations for willful noncompliance 15 USC 1681b Permissible purpose of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.
XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was removed/Deleted from XXXX but not XXXX and XXXX meaning the information on my consumer report is incorrect.

Hello, My issue is with my former landlord " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' in Wisconsin XXXX. At the end of XX/XX/2019 my lease was over so I moved out. Before moving out I made sure that everything required by them before you move out is taken care of. I spent two days cleaning the apartment in which I lived for XXXX years. At the moment of turning in, the apartment was clean, the only issues being normal wear and tear. More then a month after moving out I was sent a cleaning bill for over XXXX $ on top of my deposit which was the equivalent of the rent ( XXXX $ I believe ) plus the pet deposit ( I don't remember the exact amount ). So they charged me around XXXX $ by not giving me my deposit back plus they are asking for another XXXX some . I looked into the cleaning company they hired and it was a year old company, a family business which doesn't have a business phone number. So I called and asked for proof and they sent me some pictures that don't show anything, just some bad pictures of what could be anything. Those pictures don't show what apartment they were taken in ( they all look the same ) and we were specifically told by the landloard not to move any appliances ( fridge, stove etc ) to try and clean behind them because they will but they included pictures of those areas in the ones they sent ( all pictures are attached ). They even went as far as sending us pictures of a dirty stove that wasn't even ours ( pics attached ). I tried disputing the charge based on those photos and they said they will go to court which never happened and then I find myself listed for collections. I'm sure this is normal practice with this management company and they're trying to rip people off by doing schemes like this.

I just got a call about a house address I have not lived at in 13 years. They asked if I was XXXX XXXX, I said yes, they asked about a past address from XXXX. I asked what this was about and what company they were calling from they refused to tell me until I verified this address. I was very uncomfortable because I did not know who was calling, why they were calling, what they were calling about and I do not give out personal information for no apparent reason over the phone. I told them to remove my name from their list back in XXXX, and XXXX and again today. I have no idea what this is about, I dont want to give an unknown caller my information. I looked the number up online and it came back as credit bureau data XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX, WI. Asking people to provide information with out identifying your company is not right. Whatever debt I had has to be around 15 years old and should be well over 10 years old.

I have a debt owed that I am being sued for. A payment plan was set up in XXXX and a payment amount was agreed upon between the debt collector, myself, and IN Charge debt solutions. The creditor stopped payment without notification on XXXX. They are now seeing me for the total amount of the bill and not taking the {$210.00} we payed into account. They are also using a different name other than the company we payed ( A lawyer ) So we write a personal check to this Lawyer but when he cashes it the check clears at the original company ( Credit Bureau Data Inc. ). They are now still seeking the total amount even after I have provided proof to the court system.

There are attachments with letters/statements/emails. They as threated that I would be arrested multiple times both by the original creditor and the debt collector. They advertised a credit card with auto pay, but if you weren't approved you got a debit card instead. They left that part up. I did not sign up for that. Statements look like a credit card. Say XXXX department. Have a credit limit. Have a min. amount due.

XXXX XXXX of XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) sent bill to collections and included price of rental unit. Lady in office said if i brought unit back they would remove cost of unit. I brought the unit back and they then said they couldnt remove the cost of unit and said id have to work it out with XXXX XXXX. I am not paying extra for unit that was returned. Amount sent to collections is {$920.00}. Bill was only XXXX some dollars

I noticed on my credit report that Credit Bureau Data of XXXX XXXX, WI had placed several entries on my credit reports prior to contacting me.
I have attempted to contact Credit Bureau Data XXXX XXXX XXXX numerous times via USPS letter, but have received no response from them to either validate the alleged debts or attempt to settle the alleged debts.

I noticed that this account its in my credit report, I try to dispute with XXXX, when I deputed it came back as verified. They didnt provide any of the following.
1.I need the audit trial of the balance.
2. Also I need them to provide me with the agreement that grants them to collect this allege debt.

This was a medical debt that was incorrect and excessive. As a measure of good faith, I paid the amount owed directly to the creditor. Although paid, directly to the hospital, a collection agency is still attempting to collect.
