My credit report has a fraud alert place on it and credit bureaus keep letting creditors check my credit with out my approval as in the last 3 month I have not apply for anything and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I called them to let them know that its not me and I was a victim of identity theft in XXXX only thing I apply for was XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX all other inquiries not me so please help me with the credit report agency theyre reporting the wrong things on my credit report that unfair to me that why I placed the fraud alert XXXX XXXX

I recently check my credit report on XX/XX/2021 and notice some collections from CREDIT BUREAU CENTRAL , INC D.B.A. CBC RECOVERY, LLC for some alleged debts of {>= $1,000,000}, and XXXX that i do not owe. I sent them letters on XX/XX/2021 requesting for documentation of the alleged balances, as of yet I have not heard anything from them.I also have attached copies below for the records. this is stressing me out and causing my credit score to decrease.

In accordance with fair credit reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604A section : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : a Creditor may not treat a payment on credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.
