I am so very upset over this matter. We were never notified about being sued, and they were able to get a judgement against us back in XXXX. Again, no notices were sent, no communication at all, except one weird looking judgement acknowledgement paper in XXXX with stuff crossed off, looked like scam mail, then one day in XXXX when my child was coming home from school, I saw on our XXXX XXXX, that once my child entered the house, a man walked up behind him and posted some papers on our front door. I questioned the man from the speaker and he just said call your bank. I was at work and terrified as my young child entered our home with some man watching ... still gives me the chills. This notice was a notice to force the sale of our home, which we have been in since XXXX, for a debt. I contacted the debt company XXXX XXXX XXXX, and spoke to XXXX from the XXXX XXXX. I asked many times what this debt was for as the information is not there. I see Main Street Acquisition Corp, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX listed, and have absolutely NO CLUE who this is for, plus, they have my maiden name, and my husband as the main person ... We have tried to figure it out and since they had a pending sale on our home, we had no other option but to get into an agreement with these people in XXXX so they would not force the sale of our home ... I did not know what the debt was for, tried to ask for a lower rate and all they could come up with was {$110.00} a month for 5 years ( an amount that was difficult to do, but I was told I had no choice if I wanted to keep my home ). The original agreement was they would charge me on the XX/XX/XXXX of every month, they would run my debit card. The XX/XX/XXXX was difficult for me and at some point early on, we changed it to the XX/XX/XXXX of every month. XXXX would charge me on random days, sometimes before the XX/XX/XXXX, sometimes after, sometimes skipped a month, then double charged, even sent me the receipt of another client with their personal address, name and amount they were charged ... I regularly communicated with XXXX, when I needed a extra couple days or when I was laid off in XX/XX/XXXX and had no unemployment coming in yet ... He kindly offered to extend my payments a couple months, until my unemployment kicked in.. Last year in XX/XX/XXXX, I wrote to XXXX to ask him to please charge me as agreed on the XXXX as he is causing me to overdraw, and that month leaving me with {$32.00} in the bank for a week ... He apologized and claimed he had " chaos '' going on along with a recent XXXX, but would charge regularly. I had been paying now for 2 years, {$110.00} a month at this point. Then, all of a sudden, the charges stopped, I received a tax write off for a credit card company and assumed that was for this debt as they never told me what it was for. On XX/XX/XXXX, I checked the XXXX County Court website and noticed a writ made in XX/XX/XXXX, and that day I also received a letter from the XXXX County Sheriff 's department that a levy was being placed on my bank account for this debt, with additional fines added making it more than the original amount, on which I had already paid 2 years on!!!! I emailed XXXX immediately, I also forwarded our last communication from XX/XX/XXXX where I asked him to charge me on the agreed day each month ( XX/XX/XXXX ). In two days I sent him 4 emails, called many times, left several voice messages to where he never responded. I was able to talk to a co-worker twice, she could not even figure out what happened and saw he noted that he spoke to my husband regarding them not wanting to use their credit processor anymore. This is soooooo false, as my husband, in the 20 plus years of being married has NEVER dealt with a bill, let alone talked to a creditor. He never answers the phone, even when I call, and hes going to talk to a collection agency and agree to something??? Nope, never!! XXXX basically didn't want to pay the credit card processing fees anymore, and lied saying he talked to my husband about it ... How could he go and file to levy my bank account when in 2 years, we were in regular contact, shouldn't he try and reach out to me, set up a new payment plan? And if he supposedly did reach out, wouldn't you send a confirmation of the new agreement? Or a certified letter or a XXXX phone call?? NOTHING!! He bought this " supposed '' debt for pennies on the dollar, won't even tell me what the debt is, lied saying he talked to my husband, also lied about serving papers probably, so they would win in default. These actions creditors take are wrong. They place the consumer in a dire situation, such as trying to force the sale of my home for an unknown debt ... then get a payment arrangement and what, feel that money is not enough and levy my account for more than before?? Plus, it's NOT my job to remind him to charge me ... he's the one who said he had to run the charges himself. I am beyond stressed, upset, and this man won't even call or email me back, all week!! I kept my part of the deal, I communicated when I need additional time, he decided to stop charging, then levy with no notice whatsoever, then ignores all calls and messages. I am still out of work, I tried some odd jobs since XX/XX/XXXX, collected some unemployment then, which XXXX happily used towards this debt. Now with everything going on, Covid-19, riots, no work, being stuck at home, he is levying my bank and not answering my calls or messages. The consumer needs protection from these collection methods, falsifying a communication, charging randomly to cause me to overdraw, then this final attack, all the while never telling me where the debt originated, the original amount and the original contact information ... please help me, I can not let my health and well-being deteriorate over an incompetent collection agency on a debt I don't even know is mine. Attaching email communications for your review. Also, Judgement docs we received sometime in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX ... when judgement was in XXXX???!!! Please note, errors where notary signed and signatures looking similar, and not stating who the original creditor is ...

Hello! An employee of XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX fraudulently charging my debit card for his insurance plus he tried to spend XXXX at XXXX online when my bank called and shut down my card because of abnormal activity on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. An employee of XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, called me from a different number ( his cell phone ) at XXXX pm to tell me my card number was invalid. I then explained to him that yes it is because I had some fraudulent charges on it. He seemed sympathetic etc and I told him that I would be getting a new card and would call him with that information. I called his office the next day, because I thought it was odd that he was calling me at XXXX and asked to speak to a supervisor. The man that answered the phone said he no longer works there. XXXX called me the next day while I was on a lunch break to ask if I had received a new card. I said Im a little confused because originally you told me that XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX does not accept debit cards and if you dont accept them why would you need it? He said because it would be a backup in case I didnt pay. I then informed him that I called the office and they said he no longer worked there. He denied it and asked who said that? I told him I didnt catch his name. I told him to call me back around XXXX and I would get the card and give him the number. He never called and Im assuming he knew that I knew it was him that did the fraudulent charges. I called XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX because I never got a call back, and asked to speak to a supervisor. The lady said she could help so I told her the story. She said you need more than a supervisor and placed me on hold. I spoke with XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and told him my story again. He said XXXX no longer works there and that the XXXX had done this to another lady and she was filing a police report and that they, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, were filing something also. He asked me to fax him a copy of the police report when I got it. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. took me to court over an old credit card debt. The credit limit was XXXX or XXXX} and now is XXXX that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX bought from Main Street Acquisition Corp. I asked if they would drop the interest off and I was told that he would fight it and so I agreed to pay XXXX a month. I would think that XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX would have some type of responsibility for their employees. I have written an email to XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and as of today XXXX XXXX, XXXX I never received a response to that email. I did receive a letter dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX saying they have n't received my payment. I do not think that I should owe anything on this debt after an employee of their company wrongfully used my debit card. That person would have never had my debit card number if he was not a collector on an account of XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have some liability for this/his action.

I am an XXXX service member who recently applied for a home loan. When I received my credit report from my loan officer, I noticed there was a collection account listed from a company called NCEP , LLC. Reporting date was XXXX saying the original creditor was a company called XXXX with an account open date of XXXX have never done any business with a company called XXXX or NCEP , LLC so this debt needs to be verified ASAP. I sent XXXX letters, via XXXX to the address listed for NV. XXXX letter was return to sender, and the other, I was never contacted back. 30 days go by, I still have no information on this debt, however I realized that on my credit report the account number XXXX was the same listed for a XXXX XXXX XXXX account that was listed as charged off w/ a balance of XXXX XXXX acct XXXX is an account of mine, HOWEVER this account IS being paid on and should NOT be listed as charged off. I have been paying on this account through a XXXX party agency called XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to get more information, they were not able to provide me with any information or any type of documentation of my debt/account, its status and what they 've done with my account/ and or payments. I was never contacted about a charge off/ and or a hand-off to another company. I made contact with NCEP , LLC who was very stern with me when I was just trying to get information and to come up with a solution. The clerk on the phone would not provide me with any information about the hand off from XXXX XXXX XXXX to shoppers to now NCEP. I told him that the information being reported was incorrect and that I am currently paying on the account through XXXX XXXX, and have documentation to prove such. He said that even with that documentation it would n't suffice in updating my balance, saying that they have had the account for some time now and it shows no activity. I got off the phone with this clerk because he was rude and overwhelming. I submitted this same statement throught XXXX and received a response of " Please be advised that NCEP , LLC ( " NCEP '' ) is the owner of the subject XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card ( account number ending in XXXX ). Since acquiring the account in XX/XX/XXXX NCEP has received XXXX ( XXXX ) {$68.00} payments for a total of {$470.00}, with the last payment being made on or about XX/XX/XXXX. Since that time, no payments have been received by NCEP. NCEP respects our military members and, as a courtesy to the consumer, will agree to permanently close the account and cease all collection efforts. " However I am not satisfied with this response because {$1500.00} is still un accounted for. what they are reporting is not accurate and I have proof of XXXX cleared payments of XXXX {$.00}

Credigy Receivables, inc and XXXX XXXX esquire have filed a lawsuit against me for debt from 1998. First, the status of limitations has passed, second they filed a lawsuit and advised they served me with an affidavit, but I never received nor did I sign anything stating I received an affidavit. So I was never aware that I needed to appear in court. I have contacted the creditor ( credigy receivables, inc XXXX for copies of all debt and payments and affidavits they claim I 've received but I have still not received anything. They originally filed in XXXX XXXX and then transferred the case to XXXX XXXX ( case # XXXX XXXX, they won a summary judgment and had all my bank accounts frozen. When I first received the letter of the summary judgment I contacted them to find out what this was in reference to and if I could speak to the attorney that submitted lawsuit ( Credigy and attorney XXXX XXXX can be reached at the same number, attorney is never available only collection dept. I did ask the collections person what happens now, all they could tell me was that now I need to wait and see what the courts say, when they had already requested that the court freeze all my bank accounts. I am unable to pay my rent, bills ( ie : credit cards ) or buy food, I have been borrowing money that I 'll probably not be able to pay back if this continues. How can I dispute something if I never knew about it? I filed for emergency motion to open judgment or to unfreeze my account to at least pay my rent and cc bill, the judge denied this and gave Credigy 20 days to respond to my request. I have contacted a few attorneys and almost all of them are in complete disbelief that the courts allowed them to do this. Could someone please help as I am starting to incur more debt trying to fight this lawsuit, also credigy receivables keeps increasing the amount owed to them each time XXXX because my bank received a court order to provide credigy with how much was in my account. This debt has n't been on my credit report and if they win this judgment this will end up on my credit report thereby ruining my credit even more. I have never received anything from this company, but it appears they purchased a debt that was discharged. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I 'll also try to reach out to some news channels to see if they expose this company 's practices.

On or aboutXX/XX/XXXX I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX the loan was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I filed Chapter XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. When I dismissed the Chapter XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX to request the payoff. After more than 15 telephone calls, no one could find the record or tell me the balance I was told it was charged off during the Chapter XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, my vehicle was repossessed from my home. I was directed to XXXX XXXX XXXX. No one at XXXX speaks English ; it is a call center in XXXX. However, I went through the process, paid off the balance and all associated repo fees in the amount of {$5800.00} ( pay off balance of : {$4800.00} ; repo fee : {$980.00} ; and Redemption fee : {$140.00} ). I was told I would receive the Certificate of Title within 15 days. I did not receive the certificate of title in 15 days. I then contacted XXXX, who would not talk to me but rather directed me to contact XXXX XXXX at XXXX. I called and tried to talk to someone about my title despite the language barriers and I was told it was on its way. XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( I have no idea who this is? ) on XXXX letterhead that indicated : They had contacted the CA DMV to remove their lien interest and I should receive the title within 15-20 business days. In addition they included an unsigned State of California Certificate of title listing XXXX At XXXX XXXX as the legal owner of my vehicle. I took the Certificate of Title to the DMV and was told that the certificate was an unsigned, illegal document. I placed 6 separate calls to XXXX, told them the document was not legal and asked for a legal replacement. Out of frustration, I contacted XXXX and told them I had a fraudulent document. They informed me to make a formal, written request to : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX. That request was faxed on XX/XX/XXXX to : XXXX. I still received no response or legal Certificate of Title. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX again. I was asked to email my request to : XXXX. That email was sent on XX/XX/XXXX. To date I have received no response or no legal Certificate of Title. I get the run around at every turn and this company ( ies ) : XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are conducting fraudulent activities and will not send me my legal Certificate of Title.

My vehicle loan was being serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 'XXXX ( XXXX ). I received statements from the company up till the middle of XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020 I sent a payment through XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$410.00} as i typically would. On XX/XX/2020 i called XXXX and they advised me that they no longer serviced my account and it was sent over to another company by the name of White Coast. I was given a phone number to White Coast. I called White Coast and they told me that my account was being serviced by XXXX. For the week and a half I've been in contact with both company 's, XXXX and White Coast, and they both are telling that don't service my account and I have to call the other. No one from either company can tell me who is servicing my account. I have not received any form of letter from either company explaining to me the status or the update of my account. I was never provided any type communication of whom bought my account or that it was turned over to another company. I've reached out to XXXX and the only response that i get is to call White Coast. I then spoke with a Supervisor by the name of XXXX whom works for the company Credigy Solutions. Credigy is a contracted by Whitecoast Trust to service clients over the phone. XXXX stated to me that she would reach out to her analyst to find out if the account is with Whitecoast or XXXX. I called back and when XXXX was available I would speak with her briefly and she told me that i had to call another phone to XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX and they told me that XXXX has my account and then just transferred me to XXXX. I just keep getting pushed around to someone else. No one can tell who has my account. After reviewing my credit report, I came to realize that a debt was being reported twice by XXXX different companies, XXXX and Mainstreet Acquisitions. Original creditor is XXXX and that account 's date of first delinquency is XX/XX/XXXX. Mainstreet is not accurately reporting the date of first delinquency on my credit report and has the date opened as XX/XX/XXXX but is showing the collection as being reported XX/XX/XXXX. In conjunction with that, Mainstreet is reporting that my terms with them is " Terms : XXXX months '' on a paid, closed account despite me not having any signed contractual repayment terms with this company. This violates FDCPA 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) ( A ) by falsely characterizing the account as " Terms : 1 Month '' on my credit reports. On my XXXX report, this collection is being reported as open. With respect to the " Type Of Account : Open Account '' notation on my XXXX report : I do not have any known type of agreement or contract in writing or otherwise with Mainstreet Acquisitions that creates or procures any type of " Open Account ''. A revolving line of credit is known as an " Open-ended account where there is a possibility on continuing transactions '', and being that this is a collection account, there can be no " open-ended '' account terms. Mainstreet Acquisitions violates FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) for knowingly reporting inaccurate information to a consumer reporting agency " Type Of Account : Open Account '' on my XXXX credit report. Mainstreet Acquisitions violates FDCPA 15 USC 1692e ( 8 ) by communicating credit information which is known or which should be known to be false, by reporting the account as " Type Of Account : Open Account '' on my XXXX credit report. I sent a letter to Mainstreet Acquisitions on XX/XX/XXXX requesting that the paid collection be removed from my credit reports with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, but have never received a reply despite including my address, phone number, and email address. Also, I recently changed my name to XXXX XXXX after getting married but my credit reports with the incorrect information will show XXXX XXXX.

I have sent multiple letters and made several phone calls to this company with no results. In XXXX I received a Line of Credit loan from XXXX XXXX line of credit. This line of credit was based on a REVOLVING line and interest rate. Several years into the loan it was sold to a company called Zelkova Acquisitions LLC. My payments were based on the amount borrowed and the interest rate. I want to stress that this was NOT an installment loan but rather a revolving line of credit. The law REQUIRED the Zelkova honor the full terms and interest rate of the original agreement with XXXX. As my balance was approximately XXXX dollars my monthly payment was essentially the same save a few dollars each month as I was mostly making an interest payment. In XXXX of XXXX I made a significant payment to the account which reduced the balance on the account by almost {$10000.00} dollars. As such, the corresponding monthly payment should have come down dramatically based on the interest rate that would have been applied to the then smaller owed balance. Yet for MONTHS after this occurred I was still charged the same amount as I had been paying for the prior balance of roughly {$14000.00}. I made multiple requests of Zelkova to remedy that situation only to be rebuffed. When I explained clearly that the account was a REVOLVING Line of Credit that it was not only improper but it was in fact ILLEGAL for Zelkova to bill be a set amount each month. My payment was based on the amount of money owed applied to the interest rate, logically then if I owed XXXX dollars at X amount of interest the payment would be dramatically less if that same interest rate was then applied to a remaining balance of let 's say XXXX dollars. I tried to no avail to explain to Zelkova that they were charging me hundreds of dollars in interest that I was NOT obligated to pay based on the new smaller total balance. I feel that Zelkova owes me hundreds of dollars back due to overpayment of interest based on their fraudulent billing of my Line of Credit over the last 6-10 months of the loan.

I am attempting to close out the estate of my deceased father. He had XXXX judgements placed against him. I am trying to pay them in their full amount through the sale of his house. However, one of the companies, Main Street Acquisitions, refuses to provide the title company with a pay-off amount. This is resulting in the inability to close the sale and the inability to close out the estate.

I, and the representative from the title company have been trying to get an answer from Main Street and are facing a stone wall and feel like the sale of the house is being held hostage to their ineptitude. When we call Main Street we are told that they are trying to place the debt with a servicer and that they have escalated with their dispute resolution department. We are not trying to dispute the judgement or the amount of the judgement. We are merely trying to pay it, but they will not allow us to.

The result of their unwillingness to provide the pay-off is that now my house buyer is wanting to charge me {$370.00} per day ( including weekends ) since this has caused us to miss the contractual closing date and if we can not resolve this with Main Street, I will lose the sale of the house in 14 days.

I expect that this will absolutely cost us this sale and do not see why future attempts to sell the house would ever lead to a different result which means i ca n't sell it and ca n't close out the estate.

I am merely trying to honor the financial obligations that my father created. I am not trying to negotiate the amount of the judgement at all. I am begging them to just take the money that is owed and let us proceed with the sale. They do not appear to be interested in doing this. Due to real estate market timing, I do n't believe that subsequent offers will be as high as the one I am desperately trying to close right now. Their actions very like are now causing financial damages to the estate.

XX/XX/XXXX I received a levy for a debt collection company called XXXX XXXX XXXX They had advised me that they has took all of our funds from mine and my wife joint checking and savings accounts zeroing out the balances now my bills have been returned for NSF. I have no debt or contract with this company I'm not sure why they are harassing me for a debt that doesn't belong to me. They will not return any of our calls in regards to debt it goes straight to voicemail, So if I wanted to make arrangements on this debt if it was my debt which it's not they had no intentions to work with me and they still would have taken every dime I had. I pulled up the case in the Missouri Case net case # XXXX and it showed this was a debt starting in XX/XX/XXXX. I called and left numerous messages and no one has responded and now being the XX/XX/XXXX. They are not willing to discuss the account with me because I do believe they are aware this is not my debt and took my funds anyway. Then they say the original judgement was for {$5900.00} they have doubled the amount of the debt adding post judgement interest of {$4600.00} for a balance of {$10000.00}. I have knowledge of charge off debts and I'm well aware that they didn't pay the original balance of {$5900.00} to try to collect this debt they are a 3rd party vendor and the original creditor sold this account to them for pennies on the dollar due to the fact they already charged off the debt and took their loss. This would be the same company that filed this same case under a different case # on XX/XX/XXXX Case # XXXX XXXX and filed a transcript judgement in XXXX County court for the amount of {$5900.00} plus court cost. This company is being deceptive and have horrible business practices. I would like my funds returned this is not my debt. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX

I defaulted on an auto loan with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX claimed it was sold to them, then Main Street Acquisition claimed they purchased the debt. In XXXX XXXX, Main Street was compelled to delete its account from my credit report because they could not produce a valid assignment and/or proof they had the right to collect the debt. Immediately after Main Street deleted its account, XXXX XXXX XXXX began reporting the same debt claiming title to the same. By certified mail dated XXXX XXXX I demanded verification of ownership and the right to collect the debt. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX produced a copy of the original paperwork from XXXX, but no copies of any assignments or any other document substantiating, proving or evidencing their right to collect or report the debt to the collection agency. In addition, they are purposely omitting the last payment date information to the credit agency to make the debt appear recent when in fact the statute of limitation ran out on XX/XX/XXXX I consider the omission to be a fraudulent misrepresentation of the legal status of the debt in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) AFinally, XXXX XXXX XXXX 's attempt to brush off the verification of title ownership by merely providing copies of the original contract is clearly unresponsive to my request for verification of their alleged rights to collect or report the debt. If they are not able to produce evidence ( not a self serving statement ), actual documented evidence of an assignment, transfer or sale establishing a chain of title back to the original creditor, I demand deletion of their reporting to the credit reporting agencies.

On XX/XX/XXXX : My pandemic stimulus money held at XXXX XXXX XXXX ; in which would also be unlawful-to take away stimulus money through their levy. This would be based on a prior judgement entered in the amount of {$13.00}, XXXX. XXXX plus taxed costs. This amount was supposedly a XXXX credit card that I had when I was previously employed there. However ; during the recession when jobs were lost in XXXX ; I had credit protection. Therefore ; there should be no outstanding bill. I notified XXXX and sent them proof of credit protection charges on my statements. XXXX states that a third party bought out the said amount account and that they have nothing to do with the outstanding bill. Main Street Acquisitions XXXX XXXX would be that 3rd party. Harassing and fraudulent he is. I faxed them proof { XXXX - XXXX } of credit protection charges on my statement as well. No response in 30 days. And no response until now ; when they levied my stimulus money from my bank account. According to a past complaint on XXXX XXXX XXXX : Main Street is a passive account owner and does not make any direct collection attempts. A third party law firm working on behalf of Main Street obtained the judgment. The lawyer in my case would be XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Such, XXXX XXXX XXXX. And even even if the above statement was true ; XXXX XXXX - debt collector is handling accounts as if direct collection attempts - would be directly from him.

There is this account on my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit files that I do not recognize, the account is showing with a status of charged off but the problem is that I never had an account with this company called XXXX XXXX XXXX the account number that it is being reported is XXXX and there is no phone number being reported and it is also showing that the account was opened on XX/XX/2017, I have disputed this account with XXXX , XXXX and XXXX and for some reason they tell me that the account was verified as accurate. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are reporting this account as charged off, I know this cant be right because like I said I never had an account with this company. I asked them for the original contract that has my signature on it that proves that I opened this account since they are claiming that the account was opened by me, and they cant seem to provide me with anything. By law the credit bureaus have to report the information on a credit file 100 % correct without any errors or mistakes. I want XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide me with the original contract that has my signature on it or for the account to be deleted from all of the credit bureaus.

On XX/XX/2020, I received a court notice stating the plaintiff, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX, voluntarily dismissed the garnishment of my wages without prejudice. I then received another notice from the plaintiff on XX/XX/2020, that garnishment would resume. They failed to include the defendant 's claim form for me to formally reply to. I emailed Cooling and Winter on XX/XX/2020, and respectfully made them aware that I am seeking representation from the Attorney General 's office in regard to the class action lawsuit against XXXX for fraudulent loans. I did not receive any response to my email, yet they have already started garnishing my wages yet again for a vehicle that was REPOSSESSED MORE THAN 10 YEARS AGO! I received a letter from XXXX stating this account was bought by Credigy, whom I have never heard of or received any correspondence from. I will definitely be forwarding this complaint to the Georgia Attorney General as this seems fraudulent and scandalous.

While my son and I were backing out of the driveway a towtruck swooped in and blocked the exit. The driver jumped out and started chaining my car to his truck, I got out of the vehicle and approached him and he punched me in the face calling me all kinds of distress. I am a wounded veteran with XXXX and a XXXX XXXX XXXX and having this happen caused all kinds of distress. The driver called me all kinds of names in front of my neighbors and continued to try to tow my vehicle with my son in the backseat. My wife called the police and the police made him release the vehicle to me in exchange for not pressing charges against the driver of the truck. I was left with no options due to the sergeants strong suggestion of not pressing charges. The driver continued to humiliate me in front of my house in the middle of the day, and the police threatened to leave me alone or they would arrest him. To this day I am still embarrassed to be seen by my neighbors. Please help.

I was contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX in regard to a debt that was charged off in XXXX. XXXX XXXX called saying that he was collecting this debt and that I need to pay the entire debt of {$7400.00}. I requested supporting documentation to prove his firms right to collect the debt. 2 weeks passed and after my receipt of supporting documents to prove he had any right to collect the debt, he again contacted me. We had come to a verbal agreement of {$3200.00} and he was to email me a settlement letter to sign with that amount. 2 weeks passed and instead of receiving the settlement letter from XXXX XXXX, I receive an emailed settlement letter from XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX CC'ed. It 's for {$5200.00} I feel the false statements by all parties named has caused a real problem. I am not sure who to believe or whether this is a real company. They may have the same dotcom but all contacts have different phone numbers and none seem to know what either is doing.

on XXXX/XXXX/2015, I filed an dispute with NCEP. I advised them that I am not refusing to pay the alleged debt, but their claim is disputed. I advised NCEP to send me copy of contract with my authentic signature that begun this alleged debt and should the contract not be available with my authentic signature to delete the trade line off the CRA. More importantly, I advised NCEP that not complying wit the FDCPA will put their company in a bad position with the CFPB. NCEP never sent me a contract with my authentic signature that begun this alleged debt and is still reporting the account to the CRA .NCEP sent me correspondence dated XX/XX/2015, and it stated that they have responded to my previous disputes and there is not any new facts to form a new investigation pursuant to the fair credit reporting act U.S.C. section 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 8 ) ( F ) ( i ) ( 11 ) and no further replies will be forthcoming.

I do n't understand how a title company insurance can recover from their mistake after they had clear my home at the time of transaction? If it is been paid off by the title insurance company, how come the same original lien is still enforced?

A company I worked for had a business credit card account with XXXX Bank XXXX for 12 years. After 12 years of never reporting this information on my credit report, XXXX reported the account as a charge-off on my personal credit report in XX/XX/2015 without advising me first. I had never even opened the account. The Company paid and closed the account in full and XXXX and their collection agency indicated the information would be removed from my report or showed as Paid In Full with no derogatory information. The account now shows as paid but is reporting as derogatory still despite several calls and assurances from them this would be taken care of. I have exemplary credit besides this and it is impacting my credit. XXXX claims they have reported the information to XXXX correctly yet XXXX has not updated and will not provide any response.

I owned a credit card from XXXX XXXX XXXX that I defaulted on. The account was closed by XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Since then, I have been steadily contacted to the point of harassment by Main Street Acquisition Corp, represented by XXXX XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, I was served with court papers to which I responded noting their lack of proof of the debt as well as my inability to pay. Over the ensuing three years, I 've been asked to produce documents relating to the debt that XXXX would 've provided them if they 'd bought the debt. Furthermore, there is no record on my credit report of XXXX selling the debt to Main Street. They have now obtained a court date for this case. As the debt is now five years old, I am sure this is inappropriate.

This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that XXXX XXXX has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to misreport. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!
