My vehicle loan was being serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I received statements from my company up till the middle of XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020 I sent a payment through XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$410.00} as i typically would. On XX/XX/2020 i called XXXX and they advised me that they no longer serviced my account and it was sent over to another company by the name of XXXX XXXX. I was given a phone number to XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX and they told me that my account was being serviced by XXXX. For the week and a half I've been in contact with both company 's, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, and they both are telling that don't service my account and I have to call the other. No one from either company can tell me who is servicing my account. I have not received any form of letter from either company explaining to me the status or the update of my account. I was never provided any type communication of whom bought my account or that it was turned over to another company. I've reached out to XXXX and the only response that i get is to call XXXX XXXX. I then spoke with a Supervisor by the name of XXXX whom works for the company Credigy Solutions. Credigy is a contracted by XXXX to service clients over the phone. XXXX stated to me that she would reach out to her analyst to find out if the account is with XXXX or XXXX. I called back and when XXXX was available I would speak with her briefly and she told me that i had to call another phone to XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX and they told me that XXXX has my account and then just transferred me to XXXX. I just keep getting pushed around to someone else. No one can tell who has my account. I don't know if there is an account number but they are able to locate me by my Social Security Number which i provided as the account number in this complaint. Credigy Solutions is XXXX.
