Good afternoon! I must say I am very frustrated with THESE COMPANIES. I have been trying to get a loan with THEM for years. Even when I had a XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX, I could never get loans with you. I have been wondering for many years that maybe it's just me and maybe it's my credit. I have been going years and years with disputing things off my credit and getting my credit as high as ever. I have done everything to try to make my credit manageable, and I have still BEEN turned down for a loan every time. So now we are gon na do things my way! Let me inform your company of some Laws protecting consumers. XXXX cfr part XXXX talks about the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. Consumers by law can not be denied credit. By law you all can not deny me credit transactions for any applications. Please see the screenshots below I am a CREDIT WORTHY APPLICANT. Individual accounts can not by law deny me credit. This is DISCRIMINATION. I have many adverse action letters even from when my credit was even in the mid XXXX and I was still getting denied. So it makes me think who is responsible for this, the credit bureaus or your company.. Please refer to the other screenshot below. Adverse actions are illegal amongst consumers. Adverse action : ( ii ) does not include ( I ) information solely as to " transactions '' or experiences between the consumer and the person furnishing the information; or ( II ) information in a consumer report. These are transactions that I have applied for for years and I was turned down everytime. This is {$1000.00} per violation if I pursued this towards court. This is 15 u.s. 1681m. Please view that as your company has broken this law and has resulted in me being denied for credit over and over. My SSN is my credit card which has been unauthorized by your company, bureaus etc. So you all can make money off my ssn but I can't benefit from credit transactions which are illegal!! Loans, Mortgage, car notes etc are extensions of credit transactions! There is civil liability for violation of these laws! Please see 15 usc 1692k. I posted the screenshot below I have been denied credit from you for years and I refuse to be denied again. Please forward this to your manager or corporate and have them contact me immediately! I want a loan of {$50000.00} or higher. I deserve that amount for all the years of frustration your company has caused me!!! I also want to get some credit cards to improve my credit asap! Please don't make me go to higher authorities and take you to court like I may soon do with the credit bureaus. If I take you to court, I have consumer rights attorneys waiting for a case like this. Keep in mind, this is {$1000.00} per violation and I have years worth of denial letters from you so you do the math Thanks! XXXX XXXX

On XX/XX/2019 I filled out an online application to refinance my home. The company is Credible. Minutes after completing my application I received a text to my cell phone. The text said, " 'thank you for submitting a application ', 'please set up appointment with a Loan Officer ' and " if you would like to lock your rate prior to your call-text " Rate ''. I responded with the text " Rate '' to lock my rate prior to a phone call with Loan Officer and this is my complaint. After I responded Rate, I log onto and set up a account on the Credible website. I uploaded all the requested documents ; W-2, check stubs, 1040 forms, bank statements, etc. I completed all they requested. During this time, Credible forwarded to me their documents for my signature, listing the rate at 3.25 % ( the agreed rate ), along with amount financed, new payment amount, etc. I signed all their documents and returned on website. Meanwhile, the Loan Officer scheduled an appointment, but was missed by loan officer. I then scheduled a second appointment where we both attended on phone. At this meeting the Loan Officer informed me that my Rate was not yet locked and the current rates were higher and the costs were more money. I said, " no, the rate is 3.25 % and I responded to the text I received asking for my response indicating " Rate. '' I also took a snap shot of their text to me and my response. Still, he said no. I asked for his manager and explained story. She said sorry, we can not honor that rate. However, she asked her boss and his response was also NO. I further explained that this was " your company text to me asking to lock rate with a response prior to speaking with any loan officer! '' This is unfair business and manipulating the rate in order to collect more money for processing. The loan officer name is XXXX XXXX and his license # XXXX. His email is : XXXX XXXX XXXX. His bosses name is : XXXX XXXX and she has no license. I do not get the name of her boss. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX email : XXXX XXXX

I started a mortgage refinancing process on XX/XX/2021 with : Credible Operations , Inc., NMLS # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX I understood later that they represent XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since the day I started moving forward the process has been terrible. Very frustrating to say the least. Not only that they requested me to send numerous documents but some of them requested twice and some of them just with no justification or already in their hands - best example is asking me for my DOB when they have my driving license copy in their hands. It often felt like someone deliberately trying to fail the application. On top of that I received at least 3 or 4 different loan agreements to sign. Each one had different numbers on it from the others : closing cost went up as well as cash out total changed every time. Looks so unprofessional to say the least. Responsiveness of the company is indescribable. Never calling back on time, lack of knowledge, never giving me answers, never updating me on time so I know what is going on. My suspicion was that because I locked on a low rate of 2.25 % for 15 years fixed they felt uncomfortable with it as rate went higher. It seems like someone is trying to delay my process as much as possible so eventually they can come back and say it didn't work so they can update the interest rates higher. Till this day my loan is still not closed despite numerous phone call emails requests for someone to please let me know what is going on. I seek help on this from you as much as possible. Thank you

Strung along for over 2 months in a conventional refinance transaction. Received an approval and 5 estimated closing statements, and provided 68 deliverables only to be told right before closing that we needed 2 years of tax returns even though we were told at the beginning of the transaction that we could proceed as long as an extension was filed. The underwriter was discriminatory in my opinion as there is no valid reason for denial. The ultimate denial reason was around making an estimated tax payment for 2020, which we showed proof of. Then it was decided, after we provided this proof, that an additional deliverable was needed, which we provided, and then it was decided that 2 years of tax returns were required ... contrary to what was originally advised. The broker, Credible, had different information in their system than XXXX XXXX and was complicit in the discrimination and faulty transaction. I jumped through hoops only to be met with a second level underwriter who didn't understand self-employed and asked us for property tax verification to verify we paid our income taxes??? The underwriter also asked me to provide explanation as to why we estimated an estimated tax payment? We provided a letter of explanation and everything else under the sun and are not satisfied with the brokers handling of the transaction, the discriminatory conduct of the underwriter, nor the misinformation contained in the several teaser closing statements. The brokers system also reflected a different term than the lenders.

I applied for a loan with this company which I was denied for. The issue that I have is that pursuant to federal law, they do not have the right to deny me my own credit. I am the original creditor and I am the one who will fund this consumer credit transaction with my social security card. The definition of a credit card under 15 USC 1681 is the same as it is under 15 USC 1602 ( 1 ) which is " the term " credit card '' means any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining, money, property, labor, or services on credit ''. Notice, congress said ANY card. The credit card is my social security card. This is the credit card I will be using to originate this consumer credit transaction in exchange for money which the law states I have the right to do. This company is falsely advertising a " loan '' which does not exist. The term " loan '' is not defined anywhere in Title 15 Chapter 41, therefore it does not apply to consumers. The only type of transaction that exists involving a consumer are consumer credit transactions. Pursuant to 15 USC 1679a ( 2 ), the term consumer credit transaction means any transaction in which credit is offered or extended to an individual for personal, family, or household purposes. So, this company is falsely advertising that they provide " loans '' when in actuality they are denying me my own credit.

" Credible.com '' offers a best rate guarantee ( terms attached ) that pays {$200.00} if you close on a better rate at a different company. I made a Credible loan refinance search on XX/XX/21 ( results attached ). The best rate offered was 3.32 % from XXXX XXXX ( details attached, note that rate includes " auto-debit discount '' ). On the same day I made an identical search and was offered a better rate from XXXX of 3.10 % ( search results attached ) for the same loan information entered at credible. I chose to refinance with XXXX and submitted a claim with credible. Upon receiving my loan agreement from XXXX I submitted that to credible ( email and XXXX terms attached ). On XX/XX/21 I received an email from Credible denying the request citing that my rate from XXXX was actually 3.35 %. This rate does not include the the auto-debit discount of 0.25 %. Per the best rate guarantee terms " The Better Rate will be compared against your prequalified rates on Credible with autopay considered where available ''. I replied to their email pointing out their error and that I was eligible. They have replied to no further correspondence since i pointed out their error.

Credible.com is advertising to me through XXXX for a 3.99 % APR Fixed Rate Personal Loan. This is nowhere near the actual rates on their website when you put in your information regardless of the information you use. Bait and switch tactics. I reached out to customer service and received boilerplate language. " We publish our lowest rates for the strongest financial candidate, although our pre-qualified rates will be based on your personal financial profile. '' When I mentioned that I am the best possible candidate XXXX Fico, Lowest possible DTI etc. etc. there was no answer.

I went to credible to only look at rates for an unsecured loan, after looking at rates I was done with the site and deleted my account. A month later I received an email from XXXX stating that they couldn't offer the full amount and that I was presented with a counter offer. I looked at the document and it was an adverse action notice for a loan that I never applied for ( was only looking at rates ), nor did I give any permission to the credible website to apply for a loan in my behalf. I wasn't looking for a loan at this time only rates.
