My vehicle, purchased through Credential Acceptance Corporation, located in XXXX XXXX California, has been inoperable since XX/XX/XXXX and I attempted to work out a deal with the finance company, Credential Acceptance Corporation, to pay it off at a lower rate due to the excessive amount in repairs preformed on the vehicle since day one. They denied my request to deduct {$1000.00} from my {$2000.00} balance back in XX/XX/XXXX. I called today XX/XX/XXXX to again attempt to pay off my loan, this time in the amount of XXXX from the {$1800.00} that is still owed. Office Manger XXXX at Credential Acceptance Corporation accepted that offer and provided me with their account number. When I asked the office Manager XXXX if she can email me that approval as a confirmation she stated No, they do not do that. I need to put the money in the account and they will close my account. I explained to her that that is a large amount of money and I have every intention of making my payment, I just do not feel comfortable depositing that amount without an email confirmation. She went on to say, very rudely we do not email anything and if you do not trust us, then we do not trust you and you can pay {$2000.00} to clear my account and she hung up on me. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and I have had previously had my vehicle wrongly repossessed in XX/XX/XXXX, after speaking with XXXX and she became upset with me regarding payment. I would want not more then to rid myself of this finance company, but their actions are very concerning. I understand my faults but theyve sold me a vehicle that has had an abundance of repairs in my 2 and a half years of ownership.

The Car got repossessed after payment was made and also the Finance company it 's adding all kinds of fees and stalling the car from release after all fees were paid, also she does not want to provide a break down of charges, and did not want to take any other form of payments except cash, car still at the storage after 15 days and they are charging {$50.00} per each additional day, the rep at the storage garage said she still has not receive any release order from finance company yet, also the person at the finance company is not letting us talk to a supervisor, she is also very rude her name is XXXX, the personal from the storage place even called her to ask about the release form and she still did not get it done
