XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX an authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC is demanding {$780.00} from me with the intentions of damaging my credit files by XX/XX/2022 ( according to her/his/their letter dated XX/XX/2022. ) XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC are debt collectors demanding a debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not received any goods or services from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC. I do not know how XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC received my private information. Please be advised Crawford & Von Keller LLC failed to validate their alleged debt and as shown in the attachments.
Crawford & Von Keller LLC proved they are willing to do whatever they can to force their alleged clients into paying debts while violating their rights in the process. The verification letter provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC dated XX/XX/2022 proves I am the victim, and if I dont pay XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC XXXX they will damage my credit scores.
XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX an authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC provided documents of an unverified contract with no first-hand knowledge of contracts between the parties mentioned.
As of XX/XX/2022 the alleged amount due increased to {$780.00}. On XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 {$700.00} was demanded via unverified mail usage from Crawford & Von Keller LLC. XXXX certified notarized validation notices were received at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX via the USPS each delivered on XX/XX/2022. An authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC did not reply.
Crawford & Von Keller LLC are aware they do not have a permissible purpose to contact me for any reason in regards to anything. There are no contracts in place to support we have agreed to honorably conduct any business. I have not agreed to pay/tender anything to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC on behalf of another company at the expense of my private information being on display to whomever.
XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC proved he/she/they are willing to do whatever they can to force their alleged clients into paying debts while violating their privacy rights in the process.
I am not a party to any agreements that XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC may or may not have with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am not responsible for Crawford & Von Keller LLCs purchase / transfer from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not agree to pay/tender anything to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC .
I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in efforts to clear this matter with the alleged original creditor. I would like to know the name and number of the authorized representative that released my detailed private information to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC. At this time, I demand no further contact from any associate or authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC.
My credit files are not to be reported to or damaged in regards to this matter as XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX the authorized representative of Crawford & Von Keller LLC are not Holders In Due Course with contractual agreements to support goods or services provided to me.
