Crabtree Law Group, PA has told me that they will place a lien and possible foreclosure on my home due to an unpaid HOA payment. I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/26 and asked for the total amount due, including the late fee and if I could make a payment but she gave the website to XXXX XXXX to make the payment because they do not accept payment on the phone. I immediately went online made the payment, which was the same amount I was given by XXXX XXXX. Then a few weeks later I received a certified letter from Crabtree Law Group demanding payment with over {$300.00} in admin and attorney fees. I immediately contacted XXXX XXXX and they said they never received my payment and I will have to work with Crabtree. Then I contacted Crabtree and they told me that XXXX did receive my payment and forward the payment to them. Then XXXX said I never called them in XXXX but I have my phone history from XXXX tha i did call them. I also have the voice message from XXXX stating they didn't receive my payment. I worked hard from my home and to be threaten with foreclosure because my HOA management took my payment and lied and said they didn't receive payment and that i didn't call them in XXXX and got the website and the total amount due.
