I went to the XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2012, and there 's a {$920.00} balance that I needed to pay, but I did n't know I have that payment because I moved to a new apartment. So, I did n't receive the payment from the hospital. During these past two years, nobody contacted me about this, and I did n't receive any payment about this either. I received a phone call from revenue collect on XXXX XXXX, they said XXXX XXXX forwarded this payment to them, so I have to pay it. I paid it immediately after I understood everything, and I paid it through the phone using my credit card. Also, they sent me a document receipt after several days. Recently, I 'm trying to apply a credit card from XXXX, and they reject me because they declare that I have delinquency history, then I checked my credit report. I saw XXXX XXXX XXXX as a negative account on my credit report. I called XXXX collect to ask them to remove this negative account because I 've already paid it, and they said they no longer have this payment because they 've transferred this to another collect company, which is revenue collect. They told me that I should call XXXX to ask them to dispute my record. However, XXXX agency told me they can not mark this payment as paid because they have to get the prove from XXXX XXXX. After they get the prove, they will mark it as paid, so experian agency suggested me to call XXXX to ask them to send a prove to them to prove that I paid. Then, I called XXXX collect again, they told me since they no longer have this payment, and I paid to Revenue Collect, so they can not do anything about this. ThenI called XXXX again to ask them if I can call Revenue Collect, they said it 's not working because the negative account on my report is XXXX collect. I 'm frustrated now because I paid my payment, but the bad record still hurting my credit report. XXXX said they could n't help me, but the negative account on my credit report is still XXXX collect. I do n't know what should I do now.

On XXXX XXXX I woke up to check my credit I was extremely upset to see XXXX collection items reporting that did n't belong to me. I seeked advice from a professional and read some articles online how to handle it. I then sent the collection agency revenue collect a debt validation letter that requires them to not collect on the debt for the next 30 days. I also sent a letter to XXXX XXXX and XXXX disputing this debt. On XXXX XXXX I have n't heard anything back from the collection agency but I noticed that both collection items were deleted from XXXX and XXXX but not from XXXX. XXXX deleted the debt for {$90.00} but not the the one in the amount of {$1900.00}. I called XXXX and ask what type of invesgation did they perform they informed me that they did n't have to investigate that the collection agency responded to them that the debt of {$1900.00} would remain on my credit report. I do n't understand how that is so when Revenue collect never responded to me at all. Now I know just from reading they violated the FDCPA specifically section 15 USC 1692G. As a consumer they vilaoted my rights as well. I am extremely XXXX. This accounts need to be deleted

with all of the above stated derogatory marks on my credit, it seems all are medical bills. Being that I am a XXXX XXXX who has paid for medical insurance for years, and when i was unemployed during lay off periods and what not I had medicare. If they could all be brought into XXXX debt, not several seperate collections, I would be more than happy to find a payment solution, and given a break on the total lump sum due to financial situations and I already pay a medical premium, child support, taxes, etc. If possible I would like all the medical credit history brought together as XXXX collection and a payment set up.

I had hospital visits in 2010. I provided insurance information and went on with my life. Now, over 6 years later, I receive a collection and indications that the bill was never even submitted to my insurance. I provided this in good faith. I NEVER heard a thing about any of these bills. Now, after the time for submission has passed years ago, I receive a brand new collection bill.
