On XX/XX/XXXX, a robo caller voicemail message stating the following : Hello this is an important message for XXXX XXXX not XXXX. This is not a sales or marketing or sales call. Please call us toll free at XXXX when you call, please quote your reference number XXXX Thank you have a nice day. No mention of the collection agency name!
The collection XXXX is XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX is : XXXX XXXX XXXX waited XXXX years or XXXX XXXX did not send it for collection until XXXX years later. I did not receive any statements.
On XX/XX/XXXX, After returning from XXXX XXXX XXXX, I started returning any voicemails I have. I called and got the same lady before stating another statement for payment but did not acknowledging the payment arrangements.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I receive a call and spoke to the Office Manger ( not sure but think her name is XXXX in the conversation I was told a statement was mailed in XXXX. If I'd received the statement, I would have quickly made arrangement to pay the bill or pay in full. So, she sent one via email then I called to tell them what amount of the payment I could make. She tried to bully me and threaten me with Collection efforts so I told her those tactics would not work. Later we were able to discuss payment arrangement ( she agreed to ) and told me she would notate the account. I am receiving XXXX XXXX which is a fixed income and will not commit to payments I can not pay. well, I had an appointment with XXXX XXXX for my XXXX XXXX XXXX and decided to call first. I spoke with the Front Desk Person, so I explained payment arrangement were made with the Office Manager. She said let me ask the doctor and I was placed on hold over XXXX mins. I felt the long hold was for me to hang up and she knew my appointment was in an hour. In addition, she knew I would not have time to get to the appointment. She says XXXX XXXX said he would not see me without paying {$50.00} that {$10.00} as agree was sent to them.
I will request XXXX to send that statement to me. However, if there is a charge for the XXXX archive statement, XXXX XXXX 's office will need to pay it.
