I am a XXXX Veteran and I trusted XXXX XXXX XXXX with my private information to do right by me so my kids and I can have a home. On XX/XX/2018 I told XXXX XXXX, sales manager for XXXX XXXX XXXX that my credit scores were above XXXX. XXXX XXXX told me if that is the case he can get me 4.125 % interest rate. On XX/XX/2018 XXXX XXXX pulled my credit and said he can get me a 4.325 %. My scores are excellent and above XXXX. I said you told me that you can get me a 4.125 %. XXXX XXXX was not being transparent with me.
On XX/XX/2018 called XXXX XXXX XXXX and talked with another loan specialist and he told me I can get a 4.2 % interest rate with my credit scores. And he said I can buy down the rate to 4.0 % with {$2000.00}.
I got a call from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018 and he yelled at me, " You called one of my fellow employees and we can not work like that, you need to get a loan from another company. '' I told him I signed my contract and you pulled my credit reports and got my bank statements, driver license, and Certificate of Eligibility. He said, " it does not matter. '' I asked him to take the inquiries off my credit reports and return my complete file. XXXX XXXX hung up the phone in my face.
