I have been contacted by Core Recoveries, LLC, which claims that I owe {$70000.00}. They will not state what this debt is for, and I have routinely indicated that I do not owe any student loans. Without debt verification or validation, I can not get them to correct their records. The date of the letter is XXXX XXXX, 2016. Since utilizing the CFPB complaint process, I have had a non-existent loan transferred to XXXX different collection agencies, none of which want to produce actual documents. This process is not working at all and has damaged my credit in an unimaginable way ; now I have credit entries from XXXX collection agencies, and my " student loan '' entries have ballooned to more than XXXX. My credit report is XXXX pages long. The more I work to correct these erroneous and fraudulent listings, the more the situation expands exponentially. I do not owe on, nor did I ever take out any student loans. I do n't know how much more simple this can be, but for some reason, the more I state it and write in about it, the more collection agencies become a part of my life. Their letter threatens 15 % wage garnishment, " without having to bring action in Federal Court. '' No matter how many times it is stated that this is illegal, these debt collection agencies do not cease these practices. I live in the state of California, so I know that they are also violating the XXXX Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Nevertheless, nothing is being done to stop these agencies.

I 'm being harassed by an unknown department of education collector company, I am behind on my student loan for financial reasons in the past and am wanting to pay it back somehow, I 'm getting half of my check taking for back child support. Anyway, the number calling me is XXXX. I 've asked them to not call me in between XXXX - XXXX pacific due to the fact I am working in a law firm office setting and they have deliberately failed to do so and keep interrupting my work causing me to loose valuable time and inteferring with our law firm. I 've asked several times which is apparently recorded on thier system for proof of company by sending me info via email or post office. They have refused and now threatening to take money out of my check after I already agreed to pay a monthly payment as long as they prove who they are. The repeatedly ask for my credit card information and refuse to provide proof of what company they are or represent. They claim to be " Core Recoveries, LLC XXXX XXXX, KY phone number XXXX/Fax XXXX They emailed me once but the email was from some form of docusign with an attachement of this company. I think these guys are fraudulent and are stealing credit card information because of the fact the number that calls me is XXXX and the email they sent me is from " XXXXXXXXXXXX ''

My defaulted student loan has been paid in full as of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX with Department of Education. I attended XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located in XXXX XXXX, NJ ( original transcript attached ) and graduated with XXXX in XXXX. While attending this XXXX I took out a XXXX loan. The original servicer was XXXX XXXX who transferred my student loan a few times. I made a few payments and later defaulted on the loan. In XXXX the debt was paid and I received a paid in full letter from the secondary agency XXXX. I have sent supporting documentation such as Federal Income Tax return, proof of payment history provided by XXXX, certified original note reflecting the debt in question is one and the same without avail. The contracted agency Account XXXX XXXX XXXX have harassed and dismissed my statements about my debt is paid in full. They Collection agency is currently garnishing my payment with my employer with is a violation. I have paid this debt and they are getting twice for my loan. I am without any help and need guidance and direction.
