Company = Continental Mortgage Bankers INCXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I tried very had to lock the rate in XX/XX/2022 XXXX week when the rate was XXXX XXXX, however the Loan XXXX XXXX XXXX at Financial Equities XXXX was unreachable and never provided clarity. When the close was scheduled on XX/XX/2022, he offered XXXX XXXX rate with some buy down points. And claimed that this is the best, no explanation. Again unreachable, he used to fwd phone msgs, wothout direct talking or clarification. Hence, I was sold a loan with interest rate XXXX XXXX higher what I could have got, when I wanted to XXXX. At the closing day, the closing attorney of bank made me sign back-dated ( XX/XX/2022 ) document I was made to sign at closing XX/XX/2022. This document states that rate is yet to be determined. On questioning this issue, at closing, XXXX XXXX was not available nor his office. Closing Attorney representing the Bank said he can not do anything here. So only choice for me was to sign the back-dated old document or NOT close. XXXX XXXX at Financial Equities, gives big promises in the loan application process, however once the process starts and time comes to lock rate and closing arrives, he would be not reachable via phone/email. He will provide a high interest rate and obligate to buy down discount points. Will not entertain market fluctuation of change, previously promised. Mandates to sign back dated document at closing or can not close. There is no alternate manager or contact at Financial Equities who can help. No one at closing department or any departments at Financial Equities will respond, unless they need documents from the applicant. In any case the loan will be sold to a large bank or financial institution before 1st loan payment. XXXX XXXX also made excuses of unavailability with no alternate contacts by saiying XXXX XXXX XXXX, when the office/underwritter/loan-assistants was unaware of such an issue. He makes some imposer call from unidentified number called XXXX XXXX who just tries to talk non-sense and justifies the wrong doings during the process. This feels like harrassment. Horrible experience, waste of Time and efforts, very stressful.

I was informed by my new direct lender per the credit report he received that the previous mortgage company ( Financial Equities ) had pulled by credit 36 times with at least 3 hard inquiries since XXXX 2017 resulting in damage to my credit report and score. I did not authorize all of these separate pulls and feel this was done so inappropriately.
