Yes, services were offered for getting cash back from my EBT card. When I asked XXXX ( bank teller ) how much the fee was he said {$1.00} and then quickly stated that I would be getting {$11.00} from my {$15.00} dollar request. I entered my pin code and XXXX gave me {$11.00} walking out of continental currency services looking at my receipt I noticed the fee amount of {$3.00}. Waling back in business for my refund of {$2.00} because of being overcharged, lied to, misquoted, fraud. The store manager XXXX was not available. Then XXXX said call our headquarters in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX, after calling headquarters the phone kept ringing and then finally a voice mailbox machine recording played then I left a message stating " it's XXXX PST is anybody available to take my call? I am at the XXXX location XXXX store manager is not available to provide customer service '' for me this business is terrible, disorganized, unprofessional, without customer retention policies, disrespectful XXXX would not provide customer services kept repeating " come back tomorrow ''. I then kept calling Continental Currency Services headquarters in XXXX XXXX and a XXXX woman answered stating I should speak with XXXX XXXX XXXX I asked what is his title she said " marketing ''?? I explained that this matter was regarding customer service and I was told that he does that too. I really began seeing how this company does not have it together, so then she said or speak with XXXX. XXXX was eavesdropping my conversation with headquarters pretending she was ignoring slipped {$2.00} under her teller window, so I disconnected the call and explained in person at her window that I will never do business with her company ever again! This did not happen by coincidence I have been experiencing state sponsored persecution at the hands of XXXX, I believe because racial reasons XXXX.

To whom it may concern, I XXXX XXXX sole owner of landline for 6 years have requested my number XXXX to be removed from your system for XXXX XXXX on multiple occasions and you have failed to comply so I am formally putting my request in writing and have also left a complaint message with XXXX XXXX. I will also be filing formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commision.
