The credit counseling company is called Consumer Shield of XXXX Florida XXXX. I signed a contract with them XX/XX/XXXX through a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. But their so call lawyers, that's what I was told will not respond to me, anyway XXXX XXXX left the company shortly after he talked me into adding {$3000.00} to my already existing account of {$9000.00} and this money was to go in an escrow account until they got paid then they would take care of my creditors of which I have several, they only communicated with one that I know of and that was XXXX. I got a summons from one of my creditors and consumer shield sent a letter deputing the charges, but a date was set for XX/XX/XXXX anyway and I had to face the creditor without any representation .I called over 45 times from the date i got the letter until I went to court.I pleaded for any kind of help I could get but got no response I also sent numerous emails asking for advice but again I got no response.They finely answered the phone XX/XX/XXXX and I asked to speak to one of the lawyers, I was given the run around and was told someone would reach out to me well this is XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and I have yet to here from them they are nothing but scammers and I wish I could get my money back because they have not done what they said they would do, I had to file Bankruptcy for fear of loosing my house. I thought they were an honest company because they were so nice.
