I do n't understand why I have paid XXXX for a property that was foreclosed by XXXX XXXX and why the payments I made to XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX did n't count. I have made ALL of the payments on the XX/XX/XXXX truth in lending disclosure statement on a 7 % loan. I have made enough payments to XXXX to pay off a 15 year loan at 4.34 %. Now that we have paid XXXX for the property XXXX XXXX took they want me to not only pay for the original loan they want me to pay them my down payment again.
I do n't know where this goes I paid {$270000.00} for my house in XXXX XXXX.
{$65000.00} down payment. {$210000.00} @ 7 %.
XXXX XXXX Refinanced $ XXXXXXXX6.5 %.
XXXX XXXX paid {$5000.00} to escrow shortage.
XXXX XXXX refinanced to XXXX and in XXXX it dropped to 5.875. % and a new {$260000.00} included a {$35000.00} line of credit. In all I paid {$79000.00} to XXXX mortgage {$49000.00} to XXXX, {$39000.00} to XXXX paid {$36000.00} to XXXX bank. {$340000.00} to XXXX and {$39000.00} to XXXX. {$30000.00} to XXXX plus {$79000.00} to XXXX. {$62000.00} to XXXX XXXX ( plus {$61000.00} from foreclosure ) and {$69000.00} paid to XXXX.
In XXXX I owed {$20000.00} on a va loan I did not refinance.
XXXX XXXX XXXX released XXXX {$260000.00} loans. XXXX for the second time. XXXX released the same {$35000.00} twice - XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX.
My credit report shows a {$310000.00} mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX and a {$240000.00} mortgage at XXXX I never had. In XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX offered me a {$420000.00} loan on my house and a {$150000.00} loan on my duplex I never signed. XXXX XXXX took my duplex in XXXX and I had to sign a {$290000.00} modification to keep my house / to which I have paid {$110000.00} ( @ 2 % on {$240000.00} ). The current balance is now the XXXX purchase price. I paid off the VA loan and the buyers {$91000.00} loan on my duplex was also paid off in XX/XX/XXXX. In all I paid off {$44000.00} credit cards - that were already added in the mortgage. I paid them -with interest - at least twice. We filed bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX and all debt was discharged yet my credit report shows {$79000.00} was paid. ( I mailed over {$170000.00} seperatelybto those credit cards over 3 years ) I believe I have paid the escrow on all three properties 3 times. Or I paid over 20 % interest. I have paid off all of the principal interest taxes and insurance on XXXX properties and owe more than I paid for the only XXXX left.
All of the credit cards and the second mortgage were included in the balance I still owe. None of the {$460000.00} I have paid on my house counted.
None of the {$160000.00} I paid for my duplex counted.
I paid {$30000.00} more than I owed on the VA loan I never refinanced.
I believe I paid the discharged debt back twice.
The way I see it is I have paid {$660000.00} interest ON MY HOUSE.
And 4.5 % more interest on the original balance and pay my down payment again.

I have fat along with XXXX at XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX at which day failed to provide me with information on the income based repayment program as well as Ombudsman group advise them to remove all credit reporting on payment history prior to my bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX and they still after 2 years of complaints have failed to do so which is causing a negative effect on my credit bureau as well as fifteen years now in late fees repayment for XXXX 's deferment they never once advised me of the option of income based repayment program which makes my account balance a XXXX amount owed every month due to the fact of being a single mom of XXXX children. So I want to file an official complaint against baby and in regards to never vitamin all information which could have assisted in repayment options for the last 15 years as well as increase balances of {$5000.00} in the last 15 years as well as late fees and they refused to advise me of the information in regards to trying to include myself in the mass litigation against XXXX

We received one call and then another call about 3 weeks later from a XXXX XXXX, Consumer Protections Bureau, telephone number XXXX, stating that I had won a total of {$580000.00} but could not tell me what contest of where the money was coming from. That the Bureau only delivered the money. I explained to him I knew nothing about this and did not think it was for real. He stated that I could give it to a charity and I told him that was fine, to send it The XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, TN as this was a refuge for needy people and I gave him the address. He took all the information I gave him and said the check would be mailed to The XXXX. This was over a month ago but The XXXX has never received any check. Is this a scam and is this XXXX XXXX an employee of the Consumer Protections Bureau? If not, he is using your name. Thanks for your help in this matter.

CFPB please investigate this matter I have been disputing this account for over a year XXXX refuses to remove this account even when it was stated in a CFPB responce this is credit manipulation at its best I have contacted, XXXX they still refuse sent them copy of enclosed still nothing I see that you refer it ti OCC but I never get anything done or hear back from them I'm not asking for you to do anything your not supposed to do but if the FCRA laws are being violated and they are by false reporting I would think you can enact on that, there own report shows violations No date of last payment, no date it was closed just those reasons are violations to be removed .I give you permission to investigate
